I have been here twice and both times the staff (Megan) were friendly and very helpful. I felt at easy and never felt pressured. Once I purchased a chain to replace my old broken one and then went back to have my wedding band prongs serviced. They did quality work and at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

First time shopping for jewelry outside of an old family friends store that I had frequented all my life. The experience was painless and even pleasurable. Victoria was a wealth of knowledge on the origins of the estate pieces I was eyeing up for my wifes birthday gift. She obliged my whims and and forgave my inability to articulate what it was that I was looking for. She even allowed me to make a short video of her demonstrating how to work the clasp mechanism so that I wouldnt forget anything when relaying it to my wife. Her and Megan were both courteous and professional and the display area was quaint, but plentiful in options. Cant wait to come back!

Excellent service. They were very attentive and not only fixed my engagement ring which I bent the head on but caught that the diamond was loose and that it was rubbing funny against my wedding band which caused loose diamonds on it too. They offered me different solutions and worked with me to come up with the best way to strengthen both rings. They got both rings back to me in great time and I couldnt be happier.

Stopped in to get a watch battery changed. They offered to clean my engagement and wedding ring. Found a couple of loose stones in the band of my ring. They fixed the loose stones and restored the coloring on my white gold ring. Now my watch works, my rings look brand new and was saved from loosing a stone from my ring. All done same day!

The team at De Boscq Fine Jewelry are a pleasure to do business with. I took my grandmothers engagment ring over to Aaron. The ring dated back to the 1940s and needed restoration. The center stone was missing, the gallery was cracked, and several small diamonds were missing. He offered guidance on how to restore the ring without over-doing the orignal design. I explained I wanted the center stone to be something other than a diamond, which left alot of options! He presented a wide variety of colored stones and was patient through the selection process. We decided on a beautiful Cushion Cut Ruby and he restored the ring to perfection!

I purchased a ring there a while back. Call to inquire about selling. The associate Meagan was a birt curt. She advised she would inquire and callback. I recieved no follow up, so I politely inquired the following day. At this point she was out right rude and snotty in her tone. Not sure why? Kindness costs nothing.

I have been a customer before, and recently went in looking for something in particular. Aaron sat down with me and designed the bracelet he will custom create for me. I am so excited! While looking at that, he showed me a beautiful estate bracelet, and he custom matched an antique stone to go in it. It is exquisite. This is no ordinary jewelry store. I called Deboscq and the young lady was very helpful on the phone and I set an appointment with Aaron. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the pieces and I was surprised that I had a few very valuable antique brooches, a nice diamond ring and the rest was just some gold necklaces. Aaron had his guys polish up the jewelry and I was amazed that they looked brand new. I will definitely be back.

Aaron created something truly original for me. I am a huge fan of Leonardo Da Vinci and have studied his work extensively. I was in need of a small piece of silver wire in order to recreate the style of this great masters work (called silver point). I went to Aaron with a simple request for some jewelers wire. Instead, Aaron created something truly original. He said to me what would Leonardo design? and Aaron presented me with two beautiful drawing instruments made completely of silver. He also gave me a lesson on the properties of silver and how amazing it looks when applied to a drawing surface by using the instrument he designed in different angles and strokes. Believe me, I never expected to learn so much and also to have such a priceless treasure in my possession. I am in awe at his creativity and feel blessed to have him as not only my family jeweler but also a dear friend. Thank you again Aaron, for creating for me something truly original that I will use and treasure all my life. I will also be able to pass these lovely instruments to my family members, since they will last the test of time and will become more valuable with age.

UPDATE: My pocket watch was repaired by a fabulous watchmaker at another local jeweler. I paid $81.75 and I was given a 1 year warranty. The watch runs great. I dont believe the Deboscq team ever repaired my watch properly and it cost me $500.00 with no warranty attached. The last review I posted was a good one, but things have changed. I purchased a superb antique pocket watch from these folks at a great price. The second time I went to set the time on this watch it broke. The owner and I had a falling out, because I was not notified that his watch maker would not work on my watch so he sent it to be repaired elsewhere. I would have never approve that, because it creates a middle man. There was also another dynamic that could have been much better. These folks do know a lot about jewelry and jewelry repair. I was ordered and not asked to come and pick up my watch after it was repaired. The woman up front called me and said I NEED you to come and pick up your watch How about Could you come by and pick up your watch? I picked up the watch and the bill was a little over $500. They offered to wave the $500. The Christian part of me said no so I paid them $500. When we had the falling out I asked for the watch back, so I could take it elsewhere. The owner said it was disassembled. I still wanted it back. He then had it repaired without my approval. Well when I initially purchased the watch I was told it would not be warrantied, because it was an antique. When I volunteered to pay for the non- approved repair I was also told that the work would not be warrantied. I was also told by the woman up front that repair for these type of watches is a $500 minimum. Well I got the watch back and again the second time I went to set the time the watch broke. Same problem. I left a message on their voicemail that the watch was again broken. They never returned my call or left a message. I then took the watch to another watchmaker. He looked at it and he saw the problem. I have been given an estimate of $79 to repair. He told me that antique watches should be warrantied when purchased and when repaired. His team will warranty my watch for a year after it is repaired. We see some DEFINITE issues here. This has cost me a lot of money and the watch still does not work.

This is my entire familys favorite jewelry store. Weve used them for everything for over ten years...from buying out of the case, repairs, restoration, custom designs that all exceed expectations. My mom redesigned her wedding ring with Aaron and she is so meticulous and had a clear idea of what she wanted - years later she is still head over heals over the design. Amazing staff that makes every visit feel special. I love that you can go in to have a link taken out of a watch or to spend $$$ on a design and get kind, patient, professional customer service and special treatment. All my favorite jewelry (besides heirlooms) is from here.My favorite memory is from Christmas when my cousin and I were teens...my mom conspired with Aaron and blindfolded us from our house to the showroom, took off the blindfolds and gave us each money to spend...we racked up and I adore wearing those ruby earrings every Christmas This is definitely a one of a kind store and Aaron is so talented, cannot recommend them enough!

I spent almost $2,000 here, and when I called back to see if there was any warantee on the work, the man I spoke with was hostile and then HUNG UP on me!! Im really disappointed because I had good service from the woman I originally dealt with, and the workmanship on my ring is incredible. But, I will NEVER return to someplace with such HORRIBLE phone customer service.
