The staff (especially the chick with undercut) is extremely friendly and professional, easy to do business with and informative without being too pushy. I would certainly recommend these units to anyone looking for a convenient accessible place to store their belongings in transitioning to a new home.

This storage facility is 42 miles away from my house, but for the convenience of drive up access storage and large units, with high ceilings make this a real storage value compared to any other storage facilities I have been to. Devon took good care of me. The size unit that i was interested in came available, i reserved it online and went to the office to finalize the deal. The facility is close to my house, they have many, many sized units to fit various needs. I need to store a vehicle and shopped around. They not only had a unit that would work comfortably but the price was right. All went well.

They are very nice and helpful. The rates were the lowest I found. The units are clean and very secure. I definitely recommend checking it out.

We have used this storage facility for several months for both camper and unit storage. We have never had any issues. They have been extremely attentive and responsive. I highly recommend!

Have had a storage unit here for over two years. One year ago they increased the rate by $3 without notification, I called to ask about & was told someone would get back to me, they still have not.This month there was an issue charging my card with the automatic payment. I get a text message saying my payment is late & a late fee has been applied. I just went to the office to pay & ask why I wasnt notified, not able to give me a good answer. I said that you are able to email the invoice & text me after late fees are applied but unable to notify me of rate increases or that there was a problem with the payment. They are quick to notify of the $10 late fee but not that the payment process didnt go through.

I have been storing my boat here for over a year. Entry and exit is easy, it is conveniently located, pricing is very competitive and the staff is very friendly. They even helped me secure covered storage. I love Mandeville Self Storage.

Friendly staff. Clean premises. Tight breezeways so navigating a trailer can be a pain. Roof leaked water onto antique furniture I had in storage. Structure is antequated; they spent money painting when they should spend money on the roofs. Also there is a rat problem.

Wonderful staff that is there to help and answer any questions. They keep note of who comes and goes and the gates are always locked. So far a great experience.
