Took my acoustic guitar to buy a replacement saddle; Raymond took the time to take a thorough look at my guitar & determined a new saddle was unnecessary; he tried to troubleshoot & recommended a local repair man. All of this was done free of charge. I was so impressed by the service I went back the next week to buy a new guitar. Got a great deal on a Martin guitar, good advice from Raymond, and an awesome discount to boot! Would highly recommend C & M to anyone!

Ray and the guys did a fantastic nut replacement and setup on my Epiphone ES355!! It rings like a bell now, the action, intonation, and overall playability of the guitar is just great now! You have to let Ray fix your axe up!!

Excellent service at the best price around. I paid $30 plus the cost of strings to set the action and change strings on my bass. Lanier quoted me $100 - $150 for the same job. C & M even went a step further to polish the frets and hydrate the wood. Ill definitely be returning

This is a wonderful store run by amazing people! The staff is incredibly knowledgable, friendly and attentive. They are also really great about price-matching and discounts. There is always cool music on the stereo and I could easily spend hours there daily.

I was not treated like a serious musician who is competent and knows about his instrument. I had a simple question and was directed to buy something well beyond my price range or related to my question at all. Small music shops have really died in terms of what you can expect from them.

Bad location first of all. I was shopping for a Martin but the salesperson kept pushing Taylor models on me. I tried to make a deal with him for a certain Martin they had; there is no such thing as making an offer in this place. Theyll throw in a free Baby Taylor with the purchase, but you still have to pay the taxes on it. There are better places on the internet to purchase a guitar. Steer clear.
