The representative Bryce is Awesome! Service was incredible. The restroom was fully stocked, clean & even smelt clean. They had coffee for customers and even offered to get French vanilla creamer from the fridge in the back. Bryce at this location checked the tires and confirmed the others are over 60% tread. Bryce was so friendly & helpful I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel when at a tire shop. They are so fortunate to have him. He got us everything we needed and nothing more than the additional inspection we requested of the suspension and breaks. Very trustworthy. He deserves a raise and a bonus for all the loyal business he generates

Awesome Service!! The folks here definitely have to best deals around the LAX around. Bryce and his team members were able to get me in and out on my way within an 45 minutes of me pulling in. Excellent time for a no appointment tire replacement. The staff were friendly and made sure that I was comfortable while they worked. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who needs a tire fixed.

DO NOT GO HERE, SCAM ARTISTS. Charged me 800$ for a fuel pump that costs 50$ at an auto store, which broke a week later, and they refused to cover the warranty and fix it. They belong in jail, and maybe the good reviews are from extremely rich people who dont care about spending 800$ on a part that wont work, but you were warned if you go here, its on you now. These people belong in jail.

First visit to this location. Lot is very small and crowded. Staff seem knowledgeable, however a larger location would be beneficial.

I went to get service on a fleet vehicle around noon and they told me Id have to leave it with them until the end of the day. Not a big deal, but I couldnt spend that amount of time so we made an appointment for 2 days later in the morning. When I checked in, it was the same story, but instead of having 4 hours to wait I would now have 7.The customer service agent got upset when I was baffled. A simple email, text, or phone call would have been sufficient to not have me waste my time or my companys time to make the drive over here.

Do not hesitate to service your vehicle here! Super friendly staff and they bust their tails off. Customer service is top notch! There’s a reason why they stay busy compared to other locations. I know I’m always in good hands when I service at this Firestone.

Firestone has gone above and beyond for helping me out today. They found a nail in my tire, and were able to help me locate the correct size tire for my Chevy Aveo. They did an alignment, rotated my tires, provided a full diagnostic on my vehicle. Bryce, Jeff, Charlie, Shawn, and staff are all amazing great guys. I made new buddy today by the name of Sygeal. They are all very knowledgeable and I will be a loyal Firestone customer. Thanks once again for providing a great business and fixing my car problems.

It was my first time here and will definitely be coming back for future services. I called today to ask if they had availability to bring my car in. I for sure thought they would schedule an appointment for the weekday or the following weekend since its Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised they allowed me to come in within the next half hour. Considering I didnt have an appointment they changed my tire in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. I was hesitant about going by myself because I thought when I showed up I would be bombarded with all these things that would require fixing and I wouldnt know any better. Well, not at this Firestone ladies. They did make some recommendations in my printout but I was NEVER pressured into scheduling it asap. Their honest service made me very comfortable and its exactly the reason I will be returning.

I used to love the fire stone in Grand rapids MI. I went there for 8 years+ my whole family did even longer but this one in Manhattan Beach CA doesnt live up to the same great experience.I went there because my car stopped accelerating suddenly on the highway. I paid like $140 to have them do a full inspection of the vehicle and they just look at my car and tell me they couldnt recreate the experience so there is nothing wrong with it. That its working greatThey didnt say anything about the engine noise ? They didnt say anything about the extremely squeaky brakes. They just drove my car around the block once in Manhattan Beach, took my money and thats it.They are extremely busy and even if something is obviously wrong and sticking out they probably wont find the issue.They did top off my washer fluid like the other Firestone so I am giving 2 stars for that reason alone.I would recommend going somewhere else.

They won’t let me put my used tire to my spare rim...? Two weeks ago it was ok now I’m getting baited to buy a new tire. I’m taking my business elsewhere and the other car still can’t pass smog. Wasted money in this place.

I cdnt believe how pushy and trying to gauge (my Aunt) this Bryce was.His friends must be writing his accolade because he is NOT what the reviews say at all..My aunt went in and he tried to bamboozle her when all she needed was her tires cked and to buy one tire and needed them checked for a nail. He wouldnt help (ck her tires) unless he could sell her 4 tires! This is known as elder abuse!I shall never recommend to this Fire stone to anyone again.Ned Yosaka Levine

Somewhat okay for tires but not sevice! Had a nail in a tire which we purchased road hazard. They replaced the tire at a fair cost but told us we needed maintenance which we had 6 days prior at Manhattan Beach Toyota. Tires okay, service no. We had to get a new catalytic converter on another car we owned because of their negligence when they serviced the fuel injector on another car. They took no responsibility! Fortunately it was still under warranty but very disappointed in their customer service. Toyota replaced the catalytic convertor at no charge. Problem was evident immediately after the service. Have not allowed them to even change the oil since!

I totally trust Firestone with all my cars! However, this location (which is close to my work) is rather small and very crowded and it doesnt have a waiting room. Also located on a very busy street. Not ideal.

I went in yesterday to purchase two tires. No need for service, nothing, just wanted to purchase and walk out with two tires. I arrived at 6:50pm exactly, the man behind the register said he had just closed the register and could not help me. I left at 6:51pm exactly and they locked the door behind me. I understand that I absolutely should have made an appointment... regardless... if your website says you are open until 7, it would be appreciated if you stay open until 7. I planned my commute home to arrive there at that time, make a simple purchase and walk out before closing time. I wanted the tires before a 130 mile drive my wife would be doing the next morning, so I was quite disappointed.

Bryce and Ceaser explained in detail to me the possible problems with my car. As a young female, I greatly appreciated the time they took to help me understand. Pedro, the mechanic, did a great job on fixing my car. It was completely fixed that same day I brought it in.

Good place, good people - like some others have said, they are super busy but treat you and everyone with respect and take their time to make sure your concerns are addressed. Work wise super efficient, needed an alignment and rotation and it was done in 45 minutes without an appointment on a fully booked day (I called ahead and asked if they could somehow squeeze me in)

Just got my car back from the shop. Went to the store after making a call, checked model of my car and heard it would take 1.5 hours and cost 390 on the phone. Went to the store, and suddenly what I heard is because it takes longer hour I would need to pay more for the labor and told me it would be 530. I was very surprised to hear much higher price...but because of my schedule for the afternoon, I decided to go with the service.Knowing batterys retail is much cheaper - 232.95 exact same model on the manufacturers website which I got charged for 300, for the labor while I found few other stores charge only for 45 mins had to pay 1.4 hours. I made a call to share my honest thought and asked if they started the job already... they said they started work and explained its more expensive because it comes with 6 year warranty - 3 year free(which comes from the manufacturer though..)and 3 year partial. Also said if job ends earlier they would charge less...but afterall they said it actually took 2 hours but they are only charging for 1.4 hours..and I ended up paying 530.I am giving 3 stars because the work seemed done professionally. I just wish I didnt heard cheaper price before the visit which made me decide to drop my car there and after getting there hearing more expensive priceI wouldnt come for any other service here. I can tell the overall rate and price is definitely more expensive than other centers I have been to.

Ive been coming to this Firestone Center for well over two decades now. My current Toyota Corolla is the third Corolla I have had serviced here. I can always rely on Firestone to do a good, timely job, and their prices, while a little high, are fairly reasonable for me because as a regular customer and a holder of a Firestone credit card, I can get extra discounts that less loyal customers probably wouldnt get. I can negotiate and get the best deal! I would recommend it highly, but do call in advance and make an appointment, rather than just bringing your car in. You can wait and have coffee and watch TV there, per my photo, or you can leave and they will call you to come back when your car has been serviced. I recommend this Firestone Center!

Charlie was amazing and was super quick with the tire

Quick Quality service!! The customer service was on point!!! Very professional and honest. I went I was told by two other auto shops that my car needed brakes, all new rotars, tires, an oil change etc. so I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg. BUT!!! After doing the full inspection they called to let me know that there were actually only a couple things that needed to be done. I will continue to do business with these guys from here on out. They were so helpful and thoughtful and thorough. When it was decided that I would need to leave my car there with them they offered to assist me in getting a ride home if needed.

This is the place to go. The staff is great. The works guaranteed, and its done in a timely fashion. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. They do get very busy because they do great work. Theyll let you know if its a good time to just come on in. After 10 years and 200,000 miles, I was considering getting a new car, but theyve got my trusty road buddy running like a champ!

First time going to this particular Firestone. I only needed a tire repair but received good service.

This is the second Firestone store I visited for a wheel alignment. The man at the front desk told me that they would have my car available in a couple of hours, this was at 11am and I was going to get a call. I came back at 3pm and nothing was done, and no call either. Now I was told to come back at 5pm. The customer service and communication skills are horrid. I will not use this place for any service. If they cant even provide you with a call on a wheel alignment, imagine for other intricate work. Make sure you call ahead and ask for a estimated time on the services you are going to get done.

Firestone Manhattan Beach are very caring and professional staff!

I installed new tires at Costco and was told that I needed alignment. Firestone had a great deal on life time alignment. It was easy to get an appointment. Amir was very friendly and checked me in quickly. It took about 2 hours to complete the job. As I was driving home I realized that the steering wheel was off center do I took it back. It took about 1.5 hours to fix. I dont think they use plastic seat covers or paper floor mats as my leather seats had grease on them.Update:I received a call with an apology and an offer to clean the seat.

Everyone at this location is awesome and went out of their way to make me feel taken care of. They were really busy, but still managed to get my service done quickly. As someone who knows very little about how much specific auto maintenance task should cost I appreciate that everything is standardized and very clearly communicated.

I had a critical failure in my coolant system while driving home one day and they helped me out. Several months later a different shop mentioned a concern with a part that had been replaced. I returned to Firestone, they checked it out and figured it was probably okay, but went ahead and installed a new part at no cost to me. Its refreshing to receive good service.

Took care of my flat tyre right away. Very professional. Very helpful. Very fast. Not sure at all about the retail side of things. But for my urgent repair they did the job right and they did the job fast

All they try is to make money out of you, when they know you have a warranty on the product and they can not charge you, they look for excuses to not honor the warranty unless they can sell you something extra.

Very honest service. My car was fairly old and they underestimated how much labor it would take them to do the repair. However, they honored their original quote and were even very apologetic about the extra wait.

Always seems to be a honest repair shop. Explains problems and gives options. Prices are in line with what you would expect. Does tend to be very busy and parking is extremely limoted. You can park on PCH, however read the signs as it does become a tow zone.

I called and asked how much for a brake check and he said free. I asked if there’s a wait right now and he said the work will take a couple of hours. I was like no, I just want a check but not getting work done today and he said how will I drive away with no brakes on my car? Listen, I know I sound young on the phone that you think I don’t know anything. And I hung up when you asked that asinine question. But I’ll answer you now: once you told me as to whether my brakes were at a 4 or 3 or 2 mm with the free check you said you provide, then I would have driven off with the same brakes I drove in with. I just wanted a gauge as to how much life was left on my brakes. Not dramatics to get me to “buy now.”

These guys are a five in my books. When ever Im in town and one of my sons cars need serving, they are the folks I turn too. This week I had both cars (KIA Sole & Toyota Corolla) serviced. Both needed car tire rotation, oil change, and fluids topped off, plus a full inspection. After reconfirming that the Soles battery was about to go out (8ys old), I decided to return back and have the work done a few days later. Next time you need service, call or visit Firestone in El Sagunda and ask to speak to Robert, Robin, or Evon. They may be busy, but their take care of you or fit you in. Dave - From Ohio.

I guess it was just good luck that I ended up taking the car to Firestone to do the work instead of trying to save a few bucks by taking the car to some low-end shop (a sin Ive been guilty of before); I figured that since I didnt live in the area, it was a smarter move for me to take the car to a shop that I could find locally in Los Angeles once I returned.My repairs were completed no problem and life goes on. Then about 2 weeks down the road I developed a problem with my front brakes and I took the car in to this Firestone location which is near my home. After reviewing my cars repair history the manager informed me that because there was a chance that the problem with my brakes could have been related to the recent repairs I had done in Las Vegas, Firestone fixed them completely free of charge - parts, labor, everything. I paid $0.00.There just arent many companies out there these days that still have guarantees in place supporting customers so unconditionally - even fewer businesses are actually willing to back up such promises; particularly in the auto repair industry.Bravo, Firestone... so long as I have a car, you have my business for life.

Went for patching a tire with a nail. First time the guy said it would be $25 but come back tomorrow. When I came back the price had gone up to $40 (just for a patch). Worst, the tires were not filled up enough when I left and had to turn around and come back to get more air.
