I have placed an order about 4 weeks ago and I havent received it yet. They dont cancel the order, they also dont provide a clear answer in regards to when I will receive my order. They keep changing the estimated delivery date on their online tracking page. I am moving overseas and this has been a nightmare for me. My order worth over $1000. Do not buy from them online.

Store was super clean and stocked well. Employees were helpful and friendly. I picked up a couple of pumpkin items and the employee at the checkout was nice and recommended a couple of other items Ill have to pick up the next time. The store floor was nicely labeled to keep social distancing and everyone was wearing masks. William Sonoma is always a great shopping experience at this location and other various locations Ive visited.

Still have friendly and helpful people! Like other places, they may not have everything in stocks, so be prepared. Got what I wanted 👍

Always a pleasure shopping at Williams and Sonoma. Staff were polite, funny, and helpful. They controlled the entrance of how many people could enter at a time.

This store DONT HAVE CURBSIDE...So if you buying online and give you tje option of curbside pick up .just know that is not true you gonna have to go in

Worked with Julie over the phone, and she was incredibly helpful locating an item Ive been hunting for!! She had to check their stockroom, which took a day, but she called me back just as she promised to let me know they found my All-Clad TK Sauteuse pan!! Woohoo!! Then when I went to the store, I was very impressed with their COVID protocol (floor markers for distance, multiple sanitzers around the store, and staff instructing customers where to stand) and how nicely stocked they are! I was equally delighted to meet Paula, an 18-year W.S. veteran, who helped me with some other cooking bucket list items of mine and gave me great recommendations! ((I would love to see a Staff Favorites/Picks section!)) Highly recommend this location, their super tenured and welcoming staff!!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, they can help with any cooking scenario! Always there for my familys Thanksgiving dinner.

Aside from the business aspect, I am a huge fan of Williams Sonoma and their products are amazing! I always love William Sonoma. I came here to buy GC for a coworker’s retirement, but the lady was very not friendly. Worst experience ever

Loved my visit today. Staff was super engaged in helping everyone, offering samples and sharing all the deals.

This Williams-Sonoma store is in essence a physical replica of their other stores, but it has great customer service! The crew here are friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to make sure youre good to go. I once went in for a carbonation refill, and even though they were out in the back - they gave me the one they were using for their demo machine - for free! A huge help, and very nice of them to do.

I know they are just being helpful but the service here became downright annoying. I finally gave someone a task to find me something but she brought me back a beat up box that I didnt realize was so beat up until after I got home as she put it at the counter with the rest of the stuff she collected from me *as I shopped* because she wouldnt leave us alone! It was a gift for my daughter so I had to apologize for the condition of the box as it had *CLEARLY* been open before! This is a Breville product- NOT cheap! I wrapped it anyway because I had no time to get a new one for her birthday. Hopefully it works! And the staff here need to back off quite a bit.
