Such an amazing and adorable store to find purses and other designer items. The store has great prices and their items are always in great condition. The store is extremely clean and organized which was definitely a plus for me especially during COVID. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for designer items at a cheaper price and in great condition. Will be returning again soon!

I bought a Longchamp belt here for a really reasonable price(I checked online and the price beat them all). Lady there is just pleasant.

I have lived down the street from here for over a year now and had been waiting with great excitement to shop here. They are NEVER open despite their sign showing “open” and their hours stating they should be. My girlfriends were in town and we walked by pleasantly surprised to find them open. We started to walk in only to have an extremely rude and disrespectful employee yell at us to stop. She let in those of us who are Caucasian but stopped those of us who are Asian. Coincidence? I would’ve thought so except that she continued to be rude to those of us who areAsian. She didn’t find us important enough to get off her phone call, yelled at us to be careful, spoke down to us and didn’t address our questions. I will never step in this store again (which doesn’t matter since they are never open) and will share my experience to everyone I know.

I understand with covid this boutique is closed but it’s pathetic that no one seems to be checking voicemails, I’ve had my Chanel bag with them for monthsssss now as I Intended to sell it, I’ve been calling for the last two months to arrange to pick it up and nothing! No call back. I’m just trying to pick up my bag and never intended to do business with them again.

I love to come into this store to shop. They always have a consistent collection of high end pieces for great prices. The staff is also very accommodating and always work to give clients the best prices which I appreciate so much! I got my favorite Louis Vuitton speedy from here as well as wallets, scarves, and dresses, all for 1/2 of the retail price!! Overall great establishment

Great experience, so much selection, must see to believe!

Pretty difficult to shop at a store thats NEVER OPEN! Ive stopped by 3 different times over the course of a month and even though their sign on the door says theyre open Tues-Sun, 11-6, theyre NOT!!! I stopped by at 2:30p on a Thurs., CLOSED. Noon on on a Wed., CLOSED! Another Wed. at 1:00p, and YEP, you guessed it...CLOSED!!! Since its a consignment store, I wonder if the people consigning their items are aware that customers CANT ever get into the store to have a possibility of making a purchase?!? Hmmm...? Looked like they had some interesting items when I peered through the window, but no idea of quality or price. Sad, very sad....Very poor management/ ownership. Probably a better idea to go to EBay to sell your items, than relying on this store.

I brought items here for consignment, however at the end, no one ever answered the phone, the door was always locked and they never returned my items or sent me the consignment money. Not what I would expect from a Manhattan Beach business.

I came here looking to buy a few gifts and was looking forward to the experience of shopping here, but they werent open. No sign was on the door listing holiday hours. And the answering machine gave no information either. Quite a disappointment.
