Love this store, their jeans are top quality and customer service is top of the line. Been a True believer for years and only own TR Jeans. they easily transition from work to play and look great with t-shirts and or suit jackets and button up shirts. Love this place!!!

Ive been emailing True Religion for over three months now I did a purchase did not receive any of the items they still have not sent my money back on afterpay I feel like its a scam you call customer service its closed now I will be driving down to the headquarters due to I live nearby its not right as a customer they receive your money with no product

I ordered a huge order from true religion more than $500 on the order one pair of pants did not fit I sent them back with the tags still on them unworn unused still brand new I sent them back two days later it has been more than three weeks and I still can’t get my money back I need my money back for those jeans and no one will answer any of my emails I have sent 20 to 30 emails with no response!😡

Spent 0ver 300.00 on a pair of jeans that I got to wear a couple of times before the rear pocked button snapped and cut into my leather seat. Customer service said the would send out a replacement button to fix a pair of pants that now have a rip where the original button was....Poor service!!

Although they are quality jeans, customer service and online shopping is unacceptable. I had to do a return, and when I called returns multiple times, I was only told that they will be asking update from warehouse. after 15 days of waiting from customer service, I had to file a claim through Paypal. If i have not done a Paypal claim, I would have lost $300.
