The young girl that was working yesterday maybe closing the store. Thank you just because of her being on it I purchase the printer there. She heard from a distance away what I needed came up to us,told the guy to call so and so and boom I got helped and bought a printer! Thank ya so much!

The most friendliest staff ive seen in a office depot. Bought a desk, asked so many questions to the point where i started to feel annoying to them, but they were really cool, had numerous convos before leaving, and overall a really good experience. Solid 5 star rating

Ok, let me get one thing straight, why are there soo many mosquitoes in the store? This place needs better maintenance. Those darn insects were following me around the store. This is why I am giving this place 2 stars... Disappointed

I wanted to thank a team member who was very sweet and knowledgable, my sons and I visited ur store at the Manhattan beach location and as soon we walked in we were greeted by Ben.He is fantastic friendly and very efficient. This store is really nice, Everytime I come in I am greeted. The cashier that checked me out was pretty rude and looked like she hated life. But other than that the store was coo. I came in to get some prints done, the girl there was really cool and funny. She will be why I come back

Customer service is unbelievable right when I walked in one of the workers Rob came over to me help me out got me exactly what I needed in and out within 10 minutes wonderful amazing store

Office depot is a decent place. Their prices are just higher than what one has to pay if willing to wait for shipment from Amazon. I checked out some HP printers - all were on line for less than what OD was selling them for. With that said, I like walking around and looking at the office supplies, so theres that aspect!

Had a list to purchase some class items for my son class and the cashier was exceptional.He was very helpful in assisting me find my items. Found everything at a great price.

Have to go through the cashier to give recyclables. Didnt have the ink cartridges their website said was there. Prices for their own brands are about the same as what can be bought online for name brands. Parking is free and ample.

Nicely organized, with staff readily available for questions. And no lines at the Rosecrans location. Great parking, too!

Went to the Pick up here area since I had ordered 2 posters online, and I wanted them mounted, unfortunately I didnt click that on my online order. But Jessica, the employee there running the area, quickly started working on it so that I got what I wanted. Best worker ever!

What you need, when you need it. But if the checkout process took me almost 20 minutes, when i only purchased 3 products, it should really make them think about improving their checkout process. Beside that, good prices and high quality products.

Clean location with plenty of parking and helpful staff. A huge space, there is plenty of inventory - Ive never found them to be out of anything.Pro tip - price your item online first, sometimes the item is cheaper online, and they will match it in the store.

I tried to figure out how long it would take to get a marketing postcard printed through Office Depots website and it was impossible unless you place an order. I had put through a faux order until checkout to find that I could pick up the next day, which didnt turn out to be the case when I placed my actual order. At that time, I was told it would take 10-15 business days. I called the Manhattan Beach copy center to see if I could get them in 3 days if I placed this order online now and I was told they would do it for me. Once I placed the order and they had my money, I called the next morning to make sure everything was going smoothly but it wasnt. My order was sent to a 3rd party for printing and then was quoted a price 3x as much to get it by the morning they originally promised me. When I went to online customer service to see if they could actually speed up the delivery, the best they could do was shave off 2 days. If I hadnt found a local business that was able to print (for less than what Office Depot charged!), I would have been left without a marketing piece for a 235 person event and I would have lost a lot of money. Office Depots website is difficult, their staff is clearly untrained and their customer service is inept to do much when there is a problem because they dont actually print everything in-house. I recommend cutting out the middleman and go elsewhere if you need a dependable printer!

Helpful, professional and yet unobtrusive personnel, today (after the rather repugnant experience at local BestBuy) we came by to pick up a sitting chair, so theyve surprised us in most pleasant way not only by a plethora of choice but also were so kind to guide us through the options so we went with an absolutely stellar Serta (literally 10 mins to assemble). Quick pit stop so I could stock up on paper for my home printer. I was in and out within 5 mins.

I kind of did not feel as if the staff was friendly or enthusiastic. Wish they had a greater snack option and the store was not as organised. There was several empty shelves, I think they looked understaffed but, then again I went around 830 am

Print Dept was very helpful...needed a special project done over a weekend and they took it in right away to start working on it immediately

I went in today and one of the staff members told me and my wife, if we have enough money to spend. That’s really offensive and racist. I spoke with the employee and the mgr. but I fell it’s not enough. That type of people shouldn’t be allowed to work and interact with customers. I’m really upset.

Need to do a better job at keeping stock. They were out of stock on half the items I needed.

I needed to get some accordion style folders and could not find any at the Walgreens or CVS. Thus stopped in here. They had lots of different sizes but they were not cheap. I do appreciate the large inventory of various papers, pens and more but prices are kinda high in my opinion.

Came in here for a copy then laminate.I asked for magazine quality paper and double sided. It came out very transparent that I am able to see the text from the back side. Looks cheap and low quality, very disappointing.

I was greeted literally 5 seconds upon walking into the store and directed to exactly where I needed to be. Great customer service.

Horrible, say they have items in stock get there and then tell me they dont have it. Thier website online says they have it at that store too. They waste my time for an hour aimlessly looking around, looking at boxes that arent even close to the right size. It was 2 x 3ft 1in thick and mngmt was looking at boxes 1x1 x.5. I could have told them that wasnt right item before it was scanned total waste of time. Not very customer oriented dont expect much help.

I went in to make copies. I brought my external hard drive with me and they made the copies for me right away. There was no wait and its only 14 cents a page (black and white copies).

There were at least 6 employees cluttered around the front entrance between the registers and copy center when I entered. I was rushed to pick up a prepaid order and no one knew what to do or who should help. They all looked at each other with no clear direction. Either unmotivated or untrained, this is not cool in my book!

Smells like wet, mildewed paper. Fully half of the fluorescent lighting was out and a third of the remaining was flickering.

Purchased a Pick up in Store online item that they claimed was in stock. Got to the store to find they didnt have it in stock. The order was canceled and they sent me away while referring me to the store on Sepulveda. After leaving they called 15minutes later asking me to return to the store to refund the money. Their service was horrible.
