Pasha was absolutely perfect. We went in just trying to get a idea of what we wanted and they were so welcoming!! We were looking for a band to reset the stone we already had. The owner of this place will do anything to make a dollar. Ownership has zero integrity. Their focus is only on margins. With that being said, expect the lowest of quality jewelry possible. Listen to my advice and trust me when I say to take your business elsewhere.

Went in today to get the battery on my watch changed. The place is beautiful and the service was kind and quick. He had it changed over within 30 minutes and it only cost $10! Can’t beat that.Obviously I peeked at the jewelry too, and they have some really nice pieces.Would recommend.

This store has ZERO integrity. The other review that states these people are thieves is extremely accurate. PLEASE visit any other jewelry store before bringing these losers any business.I brought a 24k gold necklace that Ive had for over 15 years to the store for a repair. I went to pick up my necklace and a fourth of the length was gone. The necklace was not even long enough to go around my neck. I was polite and was attempting to explain the situation when the owner abruptly disturbed me from the back of the store claiming You need to quit making false accusations...Look at this jewelry Im holding. Its worth $100k. Why would this store do something to such a cheap piece of jewelry.No wonder they only asked for $20 for the repair.They were ready and full of excuses so it is to no surprise theyve done this multiple times.The owner kept repeating prove it over and over and over again before threatening me that I better leave or something bad would happen. However, he was a very small man and far from intimidating.Although the particular jewelry wasnt expensive, I take this very personal and will be taking legal action. If you experience anything similar please contact the Better Business Bureau just as I have.

I have bought several jewelry items at Pasha over the last 6 years. Their service is excellent; their desire to please is extraordinary; and the quality of design and workmanship garners appreciative comments everywhere. There is nowhere else to go in the South Bay for fine jewelry.

When I decided I wanted to buy some earrings, I looked around and couldnt find what I wanted. I talked to the people here and gave them a budget range and ended up with exactly what I was looking for, and at the bottom of the range, too!When some jewelry was passed down to me, I decided to have the main stone reset and went back to them. The design they came up with was even better than what Id imagined, and reasonably priced. Their quality is fantastic.I highly recommend them!

THEY SWITCHED OUR DIAMONDS!!!My mom brought a 3 ct diamond tennis bracelet with 44 -7.5 point diamonds here to have it made into 3 diamond bangles. She paid them about $2100 in addition to giving them the gold in the old bracelet and had wanted the diamonds from the tennis bracelet set in the bangles.The bangles they ended up giving us were set with 4 point diamonds! When my mom mentioned this to them they said she had only given them a 2 ct bracelet. She went back to show them the receipt and they still denied it and asked for pics of the bracelet.They said they hadnt melted down her old bracelet setting yet and it was in the Santa Monica store so I went there to see it. What I found was a bracelet just like my moms in the window for sale. Dont get me wrong its a common S link tennis bracelet, but who sells those now anyways. When I went outside to call my mom and came back in they had hidden the bracelet. Now if it wasnt her bracelet, why would they have hidden it?I waited for over two hours at the store waiting to be shown the setting. Finally the owners wife came in, hid behind a door and brought out a 3 ct S-Link setting. When I asked to see a 4 pt diamond in the setting, they asked me to leave. I even offered to let them clip one of the diamonds out of the bangle they made me to see if it fit in the old setting. Alas, no, they showed me the door.Not to mention I had the bangles appraised at an outside jeweler and they appraised for only $700 each.Dont shop here!! Go to a reputable jewelry store

I had a piece of retro diamond jewelry that was oxidized and corroded beyond conventional repair and they suggested rhodium plating which gave it a new life. Honest people, great quality work, not expensive.

We are a reputable company!!!! We stand by our word as well as do our best to satisfy each and every client. The above statement is an opinion from an order that was taken 8 months ago. Yes we did pull the clients stones out and set in 3 different bangles. The stones are 4 pointers as the old S mounting we still have and did not scrap yet we showed to the client. The client saw the S bracelet and said it was hers, that mountig is and was the only mounting we had, and the mounting came out of the safe in front of the clients eyes with NO stones in it as she sat in our store and waited for the safe to be unlocked and opened. We had and have nothing to hide,In response to the UPDATE, the company did not make their decision solely on the bad review on YELP, we made our decision on the Facts which were presented to the client.
