Hillside Pharmacy and now Hillside Gifts has always been my go-to spot for up-scale cards. Why? A better class of greeting and special occasion goods. Why? Better customer service and attention. Why? easy location- no crowded parking lot and/or walking two football fields to get to a card shop or department store.I dont work there and not a relative (although they treat me like I was when Im there :) ). Im just a guy looking for gifts and cards for my family. Stuffed animal for my daughter, cards for momma. Every year.Folks, The Ottos have been a part of Manhattan and Hillside for more than 41 yrs. now. While everything else seems to be changing (and not always for the better), its nice to see something continue on as it was. I like coming to Hillside and I want to keep coming to Hillside.
