This review is purely for Michelle at the self-checkout. Wow! She’s amazing! There’s a huge line of people using 6 self checkout stations and Michelle is the sole person overseeing everything. Inevitably, there’s always a problem when trying to use a coupon or looking up an item. When I was there, 3 people had issues. Michelle was calm, kind and a pro and solving the problems. I cannot imagine being so together when so much is going on and how impatient people can be. Michelle never got snippy, called everyone honey and always said thank you. Thank you Michelle for making my hectic Saturday morning less so ans filling my morning with kindness and care. You are a gem and I hope Ralph’s management acknowledges you for it!

There is no such product that you can’t find at this Ralphs! It is THE BEST store, in which you can shop. It is very clean and organized. Every product is always fresh, including vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, and baked goods (which are also made daily). All employees are very friendly and helpful. There is a Japanese kitchen section, which cooks delicious sushi daily.

Fantastic selection. I agree with fellow reviewer that this is a better place to shop than Whole Foods in El Segundo - which is more expensive and with less selection.This Ralph’s has plentiful parking, is clean and spacious. A good experience overall (every time).I like that there are two self-service areas for check out - one at each side of store.Great flower selection. Also many local products.

Restocking the shelves here is almost non existent! This is just unacceptable at this point! The restocking issue was there before the shortages issue came out! The diet soda was sold out and the Crystal Geyser water was also sold out! Another thing I should point out was that one of assistant managers was rude to me! She was very sassy when I scanned the Kroger Pay! This Ralphs should fire this assistant manager for being rude to me and others!

This morning I went during Senior hour and the fish counter usually does not open until 9 AM. Alberto (I think that that was on his nametag) was walking by and I asked him about the salmon on sale. He was so kind as to not only get it for me from the back, but to cut it into pieces. Then, on checking out, an employee named Sylvia was readying some pick up materials. I asked her to go back and get me another Silk Almond Milk (I miscounted to get the 5 items, get $1 off of each) - something she definitely could have said was not possible. I am so grateful!

This Ralphs is wonderful! the nicest Ralphs i have ever been in !Funny but i would recommend this store over any fast food places anyday..We were on a motorcycle ride and looking for something for dinner or something quick but they had large prawn shrimps and new york steaks that were delicious and the cheese cake was the best i have ever eaten . Wine selection i was over whelmed .... For a quick stop for some munchies at this store turned a good day of riding the coast into the most memorable night camping and dinner i have had i think ever.. Thank you Ralphs! i want to keep this place a secret but it was to good SO TRY THIS PLACE !

Very taken aback today by the attitude of the assistant manager. I needed help and clearly did not like me from the get go when I asked about the cat food aisle and why it has not been stocked for 2 weeks now. Attitude to the max!!!

What happened to our store??Shelves are empty, long lines, no help packing groceries??????Totally a different store then in the past, pretty bad!!!

Called deli at 8:58am to confirm it they have items ready for purchase. Called the stores three times before someone answered the phone. The lady answered the phone I asked one of my two questions before I was placed on hold.Bad customer services. This lady didn’t take time to understand my needs before I was pushed to hold.You suck lady!

I have a great experience when I go to this route here I havent had too many complaints but I did know an influx of homeless people that are in the area and sometimes wander through the store so if you have any kids please keep them close to you

This Ralphs is a nice store. Friendly staff, clean, well organized version of the standard Ralphs supermarket chain. Ive been able to find a couple versions of products here that I dont see at others. Good store. Recommended.

This Ralphs is going through a lot with the recent construction, but Ive always found the employees to be happy and helpful. Today in particular I was humbled by one of their managers, Karen, who was helping an elderly man check out (he clearly didnt have enough money to buy his groceries) and she dipped into her own pocket to help him pay. I was taken aback by her generosity and kindness. I have in the past, but I will also continue to shop here because of the warmth of the people.

As a Manhattan Beach realtor, I do my best to know my area. This Ralphs is kind of like a MB staple. Their groceries are always pretty fresh, and their prices on liquors are hard to beat.As a cat owner, their pet section also has a good variety with single can or big boxes. Wish they had a selection with pumpkin, because my cat needs fiber.Parking gets horrendous by 4-5pm or holidays, so beware.

Love this store! I stop in for lunch items for the week. They always have a nice selection of premade sandwiches and prepackaged soups in the deli section. Havent found my favorite glazed donut holes/bites in a while though - pretty bummed.Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The store itself as lovely. The service needs some help everyday I go in there theres two lanes open and theres five people standing in each lane on a Saturday at 10:11 a.m. which is ridiculous. Really you cant do better in Manhattan Beach? Very sad

I am giving one star because the Lady at the Hot Foods Department is super rude. I just asked her for help and she rolled her eyes and gave me all kinds of looks. If i could get the food myself then I would buy again. I never want to ask them for help again! Horrible customer service! She made me feel like I did something to her. All I wanted was a burrito and some potato wedges. She hates her job!

Fresh food in the deli. Great selection of unique items. Generally well stocked. Busy though during the day.

This Ralphs is a bit hit or miss. Parking is usually decent, but the layout makes getting into the parking area problematic during rush hour traffic. The store itself is usually clean, but Ive found a fair amount of expired goods. Make sure you check perishables here before buying.Pro tip - they often have promoters in the alcohol section. Say hi if youre interested, every time Ive met with the different vendors the reps have always been very friendly!

Lots of parking space, clean and well stocked store. Excellent stock of gourmet cheeses, wine, beer and lunch meets. In store bakery and service dely have a good selection of freshly cooked meals.

Whenever I walk into this place, I just want to put my mouth on everything. The amount of deliciosity is overwhelming. Their deli and prepared food make eating healthy on the go a cinch.

Great store but narrow aisles and tall shelves, avoid this place when super busy, best time to shop after 8pm, right side doors closed at night enter from left doors, worst time to shop is 5-7pm and Saturday afternoons
