Ross went above and beyond for our backyard synthetic grass project! Ross was very good in communicating and update our backyard grass. Ross additionally finished our backyard earlier than expected. Rosss workers were friendly and were very helpful is answering any questions about our backyard grass project! Finally, having the synthetic grass in our backyard has been a gamechanger for our family. Recommend buying a quality synthetic grass for your family and kids!

Ross and his team at Synthetic Dream Lawns are the best. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My backyard was bare with a dead lawn that resembled a dust bowl. My wife hated it and never wanted to invite people over. My kids didnt want to play in the backyard. Something had to be done. I knew we were going to get a synthetic lawn [that was the easy part], but the rest of the backyard needed some help to bring it up to the new aesthetic that the new lawn was going to create. Even though their focus is lawns [hence the name], Ross went out of his way to make our backyard whole so that when he and his team were done, there was a sense of completeness and would no longer feel like a work in progress. What did he do? Painted cinder block walls, dyed ugly concrete ground, installed wood posts to string lights, hung said lights from said posts to our roof, ran electrical conduit and installed electrical switch and outlet boxes for said lights. The price was fair, but more than that, I knew I could trust Ross. Further, he was more than patient with me and my wife. While Im sure some people out there know exactly what they want, my wife and I were not that way and needed ideas and suggestions to help us frame our vision. Ross did just that, but more importantly, he never showed any frustration with our lack of vision or our indecisiveness on colors, design, etc. The work was done quickly and was not a burden to our family in any way. Now the backyard is an inviting place to be and we go outside all the time to enjoy it. Whats more, we just hosted a party the other day for the first time in a long time, and everyone had a blast. More specifically, my kids and their friends practically never left the lawn. Success!

We hired Ross to do our backyard with turf and also the fountain for our pool with the pipes needed. It was very important that we always let him do everything and he would say trust me and let me do everything. Well we have now waited over 2 months for him to finish this job and we have the fountain just sitting in our backyard. He said he needed a few more days to come back and finish, but now he does not take our calls and I have paid him since we trusted he would finish. I will let you all know if he finishes the job, but I would find another company and stay away.

These guys are rare – they actually care about doing the right job! My dog destroyed the yard and it was a mess. We chose Ross & the SDL Team over a slightly cheaper non-licensed company because of the quality of his product and his vision for my yard. He cut the bottom of my picket fence so it’s straight & level, trimmed and removed dead plants, moved irrigation into the landscape area, and leveled the yard so it’s beautiful and functional, at no extra charge. I hired Ross to do some work on my backyard that was initially just a pile of rocks with tons of weeds. I asked him to remove all the rocks and weeds and put in artificial turf. I also asked him to rebuild a small wooden fence. He was very helpful from the beginning, and gave me a description of the different choices I had with turf (he had samples), filler, and fencing materials that was easy to follow.We set a starting date and duration (2+ days) and he stayed right on schedule and finished on time. I barely even noticed he was there while he worked. The final result was a beautiful and clean new lawn, and a great new solidly constructed fence. He went through extra care to make sure everything was cleaned up and looking good after he was done.Highly recommended if you want somebody who is reliable and pays attention to the details.
