Horrible customer service. My husband called to make and appointment for our sons car since he goes to school at KSU. His sensors keep going off and we wanted to replace two tires. Making it very clear to rotate the new tires to the front. Took it the night before the 8am appointment and reminded them to rotate the new tires to the front. Was assured this would be done. Got a call from service department the next afternoon stating they were short staffed and hadn’t gotten to replacing the tires. I asked about the sensors and they said they were still working on that as well, could they keep the car till the next day? I said yes as long as it would be done by noon. Was reassured it would be. Got a call next morning about sensors. My husband and I didn’t agree with diagnosis and decided not to do anything with them but to go ahead with the tires. Service department called at 11am to let me know car was ready. Pulled in parking lot at 1:15pm and new tires were on back of car. Went inside and let them know we had specifically asked twice to have them put on front of car. They wanted to keep the car longer to correct the problem. Absolutely not!!! You have had it for two days and couldn’t even put tires on correctly. We will not be going back here for any service.
I recently purchased a used minivan from Little Apple Honda. I needed the Van for my 180lb dog that cant get in and out of my SUV anymore.I really have to give them credit for standing behind the products they sell and helping me repair a few unforseen issues. I have never encountered this trait in a dealership before. They really care about their clients.Keke my dog approves and now I dont have to stress about how I will get him to the vet.Thanks to Ross, Matt and Brad for helping me out.
I had a great experience with Jo and John when purchasing my truck. They were straightforward in negotiations and made the process rather easy.The general manager was a little low on appraising trade-ins when compared to their direct competitors. This cost them the chance at selling a second car to my wife.
Do Not Fix Your Car Here, You Will Be Overcharged!!!!!! When I ask for the cost details. They lied to me that the mechanic worked from 7:00 am to 9 am to replace the EVAP line from tank to charcoal canister. Ironically the official opening time is 7:30 am. The parts replaced were only $28.95, but the labor cost was about $350. As you mentioned below, that the working from 7:30, finished by 9 am, why the lab time was hours? It was not consistent! When you search the normal labor time to fix this issue, 30 minutes are pretty enough. When you lied to me, you eyes told the truth.
My wife and I started shopping back in the spring for a Ridgeline. We met Gary during the process and he was excellent to work with. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. I set up the service online and dropped my vehicle off the night before my early morning appointment. The envelope had a section that asked when I needed my vehicle by so I wrote 4:30 since I work till then. I was called at 4 to let me know that they didn’t finish my truck and they would need to keep it overnight. I had to arrange for a ride again. The next morning, I was called and sent the report. The price of the service was about $60 higher than what I selected online. I was also told my filter needed replaced for an extra $40. The original package I requested included the filter replacements. When I called the guy out over the phone, he admitted to me that I was one of the few people that actually read the service provided. That tells me that your service department knowingly does this to people in hopes that they don’t read. I’m very annoyed with this as I’m a loyal Toyota owner. Now I will drive to Topeka instead and spread the word.

Little Apple took care of the tire rotation and regular check up of my 2015 Camry. They also were able to find and correct an issue causing a wind noise underneath the car. In addition, they coordinated a windshield replacement. I really appreciated the shuttle available to clients as my car had to be kept overnight. Courteous, professional service all around.

Little Apple which knew I was military when I purchased the car, because we had to print off my LES for income. Little Apple never told me about the SCRA for active duty which has to give you 6 percent or lower interest rate through the lender. I had a high interest rate but got it paid off in a year. So, if your active duty and are going to buy a car here, please ask about the SCRA or do quick research to save you money!

Dean Harken at Little Apple Used Cars (Toyota) was a great salesperson to deal with, particularly for a transaction many states away from KS! I live in Lexington, KY and had notifications being sent to me anytime a particular used Roadster was listed. Laughingly called the Unicorn, I had almost decided that it wasnt and wouldnt be for sale when I got the notification that Little Apple had one just listed for sale. I contacted Dean, the price was fair and I purchased it pending an inspection. Dean had an employee drive it to the Mini Dealership a couple hours away as I was unable to obviously drive it there myself. The inspection was extremely positive and was in line with the one done by the dealer. The only thing noted was that the brake fluid was due to be replaced soon. Little Apple replaced the brake fluid before the car was delivered. Delivery was to my door by a trusted employee. This was really a surprise because I assumed I would have to have a carrier pick it up and ship it which I was not crazy about because of the potential for damage. The price for personal delivery over a thousand miles away was inline with the cost of a shipper. The car was delivered days after payment had been made.Everyone I dealt with was very professional, polite and willing to answer all my questions. I admit to being a bit concerned about purchasing a car sight unseen, but the photos sent showed the car from every angle and it was accurately described.I would definitely recommend this dealership. Used car dealers all too frequently get a bad rap. Nothing could be further from that with Dean and the dealership. From start to finish, this was one of the best car purchases I have made and at my age I have purchased a lot of cars!
I went to the Little Apple Honda/Toyota dealer expecting to be treated like a cash cow by a bunch of pit vipers that couldnt wait to get some Dapper Dan on their slicked hair. What I got was completely different. The salesman Bob Bishop was down to earth, got kids in college at K state. Took a test drive in a new Honda Insight. No pressure. I drove it like a mad man, spinning around round abouts two or three times, cranking the stereo. NOT A WORD! When it came to financing Ive never had a smoother experience. They honored the True Car price even though they dont participate in the program. The Finance guy William, another cool guy very knowledgable and at ease. I even had the General Manager in the office checking on William to make sure things were smooth. So my wife and I walked away with a brand new car and we left feeling like we had just joined a family. I will definitely buy another car from these guys in the future. Even if you are just shopping around and want a test drive this is the place. On a bad note dont ask Bob to make you a cup of coffee, it was terrible! LOL

They have never really come through for us any time we have gone there to find a vehicle. If you go through KBB for an instant offer this dealership will come up as one the value is sent to. In my experience they didnt honor it though and its not like I lied on the info. I think it came down to the car being too abundant at that time. This last time they talked us out of looking at a vehicle because it was over 200k miles but had no other options to offer us. It also took forever to get a simple appraisal while we were trying to wrangle a baby. I have never had any issues with the service department though so I suppose that works out for me since I occasionally have to take my Honda there.

I have gone here multiple times and have had a bad experience each time. I came in to get my starter replaced and even told them it was my starter. Ended up with a bill that was just shy of $1,000 as they claimed they didnt know the exact issue with the car and claimed to have spent an excessive amount of time running diagnostics.Another time I went in just for an oil change (mind you, this is just 1.5 months after I got my start replaced). I was told it was going to take just one hour but then after an hour and a half I was curious as to what was taking so long. After a 2 hour wait, they sent me this long list of things that needed immediate attention even though a month a half ago they told me everything else in my car was fine. The estimated cost for these new issues was $960. I declined all of those and reminded them I scheduled an oil change and nothing else. They persisted on some of the new issues multiple times until I said fine for them to refill some coolant so they would finally let me leave. I ended up not actually needing the coolant as they put barely any of it in my car. There was also no immediate need for any of those other issues they claimed needed attention.Summary: A true rip off. I do not recommend them to anyone. They will scam you beyond what it is worth and youre better off going literally anywhere else.
The staff are friendly and efficient. They got me to and from the dealership in timely manner and fixed the problem with the vehicle. The prices are a little steep, but I feel pretty confident about the work done.
So I bought an 2021HRV about a month ago and I have been pleased and satisfy with the service provide by Akira ever since I stepped in the door. I am a very indecisive person by nature and I had a hard time picking out a car but Akira helped me throughout the whole process. This was the best buying experience Ive ever had.
I cant begin to tell you how wonderful our experience at Little Apple Cars Toyota Honda in Manhattan, Kansas was once again! Ray Chase is amazing! This is the second time that we have worked with Ray and he is extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and and really makes you feel like you are a friend. Ray is in a management position now but still helped us every step of the way. Our salesman, Matt McRoberts, was also great. He took his time with us, gave us suggestions and helped us get into the perfect vehicle. They went above and beyond what you would expect. Never once did we feel pressured to make any decision. If you are thinking about buying a new vehicle you should definitely talk to these two men! You will not be disappointed! We know where we will go the next time we need one.
The service was horrible this time. My car was not starting and I had towed my car there. They have made two incorrect diagnoses with two different bills but couldnt fix my car issue there. My appointment was in 11:00 am, May 21st but the called my just before the end of business hours but I dropped my car three days ago. First, they told me about the problem in my keys which they said somehow messed up with cars security. However, I have not experienced any key issue ever since three years of driving this Toyota car. They gave me a qoute of $800.00 for replacing the two keys which I could not afford. They were also trying to manipulate me to make me believe the issue is related to the keys nothing else. The gave me a temporary solution to separate my keys in two places while starting the car. I followed their instruction, but again, my car starts showing the same problem from that day and it was also vibrating. I towed my car again to their center and this time they told me the car battery is problematic. However, I tested my bettery from Autozon just a few days ago and it tested good in condition. As I had my battery warranty from Walmart, I wanted to drive my car there to get a new battery. They used a jump-starter to start my car. I started driving but just after a minute the car stopped again. They pushed my car back to the service center again and told me the problem is in the Air filter. Luckily, I was able to drive my car to Walmart Auto. Walmart guys tested my bettery has no problem and found the bettery terminal is problematic. The changed the bettery terminal with free of item cost and service cost. Many thanks to Walmart Auto. Finally, my car got fixed. I am so much harassed for this car issue and unsatisfied with Little Apple Cars service. I have paid a lot for uber ride in these days becsuse I had no other way as I have an infant baby. I hope customers should learn from my experience that don’t believe something if you don’t see any proof of that. Thanks

I purchased my Camry from Little Apple, worked with Matt on the car I was looking at. He scheduled a test drive around my schedule, had the car ready when I got there. I made, what I thought to be a reasonable offer, and they took it without haggling. I was short on time so they were willing to deliver my new car to my home that evening freshly washed with a full tank of gas, had paperwork ready for my review/signature at my house, and I was even allowed to give them my down payment at the time of delivery instead of having to mess with it when I was in a rush at the dealership. Matt saw that one of the lenders was my own bank so double checked and got me a significantly lower interest rate than what I would have gotten had he not taken to time to look into going with a lender I already have accounts with. The car was missing the manual, I noticed later, so a new one was ordered for me. I didnt have time to get instructions on all the electronics and such the day of purchase, but was invited to stop back when I was in town for instructions on what all the buttons were for. This was the most headache free car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars. As an added bonus, the car is GREAT too!!

Got my car serviced and had an inspection. It was marked that my brake pads were fine. Please refer to the picture below of my brake pad. These pads were severely worn. Whoever had checked my vehicle, clearly didnt bother to check my brakes. I spoke with a manger, and he said that he appreciated the call and will look into it. Little Apple Toyota has lost my trust -- especially when it comes to service/safety with my vehicle.

Our son was able to schedule the service online while traveling and could drop off the car at the dealership. In fact he was able to change the time of this drop-off because he was delayed. Yet the car was ready within a couple of hours of the drop-off. The service was done promptly and the personnel were very courteous and receptive.

He and the delivery driver Reggie were both extremely professional and ensured we were taken care of.We were able to have the car delivered from manhattan to KC, test drive it, send it back for last minute fixes on small issues, and it was re-delivered within 48 hours.I will be recommending little apple cars to friends in the KC area, due to the ease and simplicity of the car buying experience and the outstanding customer service.

He went above and beyond to ensure I had a clear understanding of the work done to my car, and the work still needed to be done. He also does a superb job at keeping in contact with the customer throughout the whole process. Overall, the best experience I have had when servicing my car.

We’ve been trying to decide on getting another car to replace our Honda Accord. I happened to stop in at Little Apple cars to browse. It was a great customer experience! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not take your car here. I brought my car in because my engine was misfiring. I get it back and after a few days, guess what? It’s worse than before. I called them to ask what could possibly be happening since The car just got repaired and cost a ton of money and they don’t seem to care at all. They got their money from me and sent me on my merry way. Now I’m going to have to spend even more money on my car to fix the problems that they were supposed to fix but made worse.
