I went in today to get some stuff to dye my hair and Im very unhappy with my experience there today. Right when we entered the store a lady that worked there kept bothering us to the point where I couldnt even think about what I wanted to get. She told us if we get 50$ worth of items we can get 20$ off but when it came down to it we couldnt get it because of our credit(she didnt say anything about applying) the lady added things to our bill and tried to make us pay for it. We got 40$ worth of items but for some reason it came to 90$ and when I brought it up she began to take off the items that she added on herself. She literally tried to rob us of 50$. They have good products but their employees are ridiculous. I probably wont go back there.

So very irritating, to buy your items and then have them ask if you want a paper sack for .15 per paper bag. They want to recycle, save waste? Great. But if you want people to come and buy everything in the store you certainly should not expect them to bring sacks from home or pay to have something to put your items in. Quite ridiculous. I am sure the majority of customers feel the very same way. Ridiculous and dumb simultaneously.

Good lord - I am aware that greeting your customers is a loss-prevention tactic - but I was literally stopped in my tracks on the way in today by a worker who wouldnt take no for an answer when all I wanted to do was grab the product I was looking for and be checked out. She insisted on helping me find something I knew the location of, and kept pushing.I really didnt want help. I really didnt need help. But your staff is pushy, and even when I grabbed my stuff and didnt want to hang out in the cramped aisle during a global pandemic to chat, she still didnt take the hint at the register and insisted to know why I wanted the product I was buying. I politely said, I dont know. Next time Im just going to buy online to avoid all of this.No wonder people buy products online. Ease up on your customers, please. I dont want to be your friend, and youve probably lost me as a customer as well. The store is small enough, the last thing I want is a long discussion of why Im buying what Im buying in front of two other families.

I have been into this store twice. Both times I was greeted by who im assuming is the manager (Shawn or shawna I believe was her name). And both times she made me feel uncomfortable to the point of leaving without getting what I had come for. She refused to take no for an answer regarding a sally credit card, she followed me and watched from literal feet away as I browsed, and commented on every item i looked at. I think I made it pretty clear I did not want to engage in conversation with her but she would not leave me alone. I will not return to this store for that reason, despite there not being another Sally close to me.

Every time I go in, I feel uncomfortable saying no so many times to the Sallys credit card. I understand they have to ask but its made up my mind to shop Amazon.

Fantastic... My wonderful sales lady dropped what she was doing offering a cheery Hello and offer to assist me and oh yes did I need it. She tolerated my irratic shopping, helped me get everything off my list perfectly and even suggested Hemp bronzing moisturizer when I couldnt find a sunbed ... This stuff is great!Will always return to Sallys and especially when great customer service is found ... Appreciatd it.... Xxx

This store always has what I need and always fully stocked. And just recently, the store seems better trained and knowledgeable. And you are also made to feel welcome when you walk in the door. Its a breath of fresh air to be assisted by such friendly employees.

I haven’t been into this Sally’s for a while because the last time I went the employees were very rude. But when I went in today, the employee there, I believe her name was Alexis or Alexa, was incredibly nice. She was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back and I hope the other employees are just as nice.

I went in there today and was followed around. I only was looking at the fingernail polish and one helper just kept peeking around the shelves. I asked another worker for help and after I was ready to check out they both was behind the counter. I then asked if they carried something and the helper took me to the area, the other one followed me and stood at the end of the isle as I looked over the products. I don’t go into this store much, but I felt discriminated. I know my surroundings and this was not going on to any other person that was in there before me.

I was very unhappy with my experience at this Sallys. Dont expect the employees here to be able to help you with much of anything. I went to Sallys, expecting the employees to be helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services when trying to buy hair extensions for the first time. Not only were they unable to give me advice on which products would be best (such as helping me pick out color or length of the extensions), but they also do not inform you of their store policies, which is that there are a lot of products (more than just hair extensions) in their store that you CANNOT return. When I tried to return my extensions and asked why I was not told this when I bought them, their excuse was that it says, all sales are final on the receipt and the sign on the wall (the sign in the corner of the store was half covered by merchandise, and you dont get the receipt that is supposed to inform you that your sale is final, until AFTER your purchase). Do your own research before you come here and dont expect the employees to be helpful if youre not exactly sure what you are looking for.

This is a horrible place. Went in and was not greeted nor did the cashier ask me if I was a Preferred customer but she asked the customer in front of me. Asked for pricing and she stated, That the body jewelry was unlocked and to look myself! Snatched the products out of my hand. I visited 9/4/15 and I want corporate to handle this cashier. Where do I place a corporate complaint? I was there at 3:21 pm and the cashier was very RUDE! I will not be returning and I have family that will be visiting and I will not let them near this place!

Strange place. They treat everyone like they are stealing from them. Follow people around, very uncomfortable. If you bring a child in, it makes them really paranoid, interesting group of people working there. I wont be going back, Ulta online is a much better option. Plus the rewards at Ulta are amazing, love free products!!

I dont know I why keep going back thinking they will change inventory or have nicer staff the next go around.. Never again, I learned my lesson the last time when an employee yelled at me from the other side of the aisle.

Youd think that if two female associates had something to argue about, they would do in in a professional manner and behind closed doors. Instead, I was in and out on a few short moments due to two girls bickering at one another behind the counter. When we approached the counter the girl was very short and rude. Dont expect to recieve any assistance either. We werent even greeted when we walked in the door. This is why I have always and will continue to avoid this location. I cant think of one time I have had a good experience there.

I enjoy going here! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their conditioner (Proclaim) is the only one I have found to truly detangle my hair (as with any conditioner, I saturate my hair with it and let it set for 5 min.) I also like their Tanwise skin bronzer, Femme Couture mascara, curling & flat irons, etc.

I normally shop in JC but o needed to be in Manhattan and thought Id try it out. They girls were more than helpful til us about the of you not happy policy that they disregard on JC. I was given samples and left very pleased.

Showed up on a Sunday at the Manhattan store at 11:11, they were supposed to be open at 11:00 there is a note on the door be back in 10min, waited 25. Lost my business!!!
