Anyone can find the right shoe or boot for any occasion here. Has officially become the first place I will go to when looking for any shoe or boot and accessories.

The owner was super knowledgeable and really helped me choose the best running shoes for me. Felt super comfortable and not pressured like other stores. I dont ever really review places but this place earned it. I have already told my friends about it to get good service and running shoes.

I had bought a pair of shoes here for my brothers 15th birthday, just to find out later on that they were different sizes... I live about 1.5 hours from this location, so it’s pretty inconvenient and left me unimpressed with an otherwise nice store!

Let me start off by saying that even though I did not end up buying shoes from this location, it will always be my first stop for non specialty shoes and worth every star in this 5 star review.I came into Tradehome shoes because I was in need of new boost for my job. I work at a car wash with a lot of water and soap on the ground, so I needed waterproof, slip resistant, black shoes/boots. I was greeted in the store by Caleb Carlson. He helped me pick out a few boots that would work for my situation and gave me the guarantee that if the shoes didnt work out, I could bring them back and get a full refund. I was a little hesitant about this in the beginning because most places will NOT take shoes back after youve worn them.I purchase a pair of Ecco boots and wore them for 2-3 days before returning to the store because I was slipping on the wet spots at my work. Caleb was working that day and gave me a full refund just like he promised, then followed up by showing me the other option they had available. I purchased that pair of Hoka shoes and gave them a day to see if they would work better. They were more slip resistant while I was walking carefully, but the moment I started walking with confidence, I slipped on some wet pavement. I proceeded to take the boots back this same day. I was greeted by a different associate, and he refunded me as well with no addition questions other than to make sure I was okay.Fast forward to the next day, Caleb Carlson called me to apologize and check that I was okay from the slip that happened at work. I have never had such a good customer experience in my entire life and I am sure that I will not soon forget this one. I hope to whoever ends up reading this, that this helps you make your choice purchasing from this store, because even though I didnt keep any of the shoes, I will be back in the future to buy more. (maybe just not for work)

Very accommodating! The owner knows his stuff! My husband has wide feet and they were the only store locally that carried a wide casual dress shoe. Found out my husband has been wearing the wrong size shoe for years!!! Its so important to me to have a good quality shoes and this is the place to find them!

I have crooked, crippled feet. My shoes have to be altered to accommodate hammer toes. Trade home allows me to have beautiful shoes with all the adjustments my feet require. They are all so very kind helping me look as normal as possible.Well Done by all!

Bought a good pair of shoes here that seemingly had a manufacturers defect in one seam that frayed prematurely. Brought them back without receipt, wed paid in cash as well. The owner took the time to manually look up the purchase from several months ago and have a new pair shipped.Despite the unfortunate early wear, its this type of service that separates good business from bad. I will now be purchasing all of my casual footwear from this vendor.

I went in Thursday march 10th of this year to try on shoes. Even though I had told the sales man I was buying my shoes offline he was extremely helpful and knew so much about the shoes I was trying on. You cant find help like this anymore.

Tradehome is one of those unassuming places where you end up meeting someone so fascinating that you suddenly have the urge to buy 3 pairs of shoes when you were originally just going to the mall to buy a pair of pants. My experiences at Tradehome have all been top-notch. The employees are extremely knowlegeable about all of the products in the store and unlike other shoe stores you can feel how genuine they are when they give their input. Their ESP-like recommendations come after they pull a modern day Sherlock Holmes, looking at your shoes and then asking you questions about them. I always appreciate the way that they take that kind of time to offer me something that Ill actually enjoy and feel comfortable in for a long time to come. If you havent tried Tradehome yet, slip on your Crocs and go get yourself a new pair of shoes!
