Received a call yesterday that our new Infinity patio door came in. It was 2 months early, and Im REALLY excited! The old door didnt open/close well and leaked water, but we couldnt find the leak. The new door is SUPER quiet when it opens/closes, the screen door moves easily and the guys were very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. We have used Midland for years and Ive always been VERY HAPPY with the products offered and work that was done!

I was so impressed that they sent a second person out to make sure the measurements for our new back door were exactly right. Andy and Jamie were both very thorough and professional. And the finished product looks great!

They took off our 30+ year-old Masonite siding and installed TruCedar seamless steel siding.House is quieter, looks far better, and is protected by lifetime-warranted siding that never needs painted.Work was delayed by winter weather, but once they started, our 2500 square-foot home was done in just over two weeks.Yes, you’ll pay more than vinyl. It’s worth it.

Very happy with their installation of new windows. No pressure sales. Crew was courteous, kept me informed throughout the job, cleaned up well. The only small negatives were no effort to wear a mask when in close proximity to me and they set up their equipment on my newly sodded lawn and kind of trampled it. Could have set up on driveway or patio.

The crew that worked on my home did the job well in a reasonable amount of time. Satisfied with the service and results of the work. Only thing Im not thrilled about is that they didnt do as good a job as I expected with cleaning up the area around the house; little things but annoying nonetheless. Overall Im pretty happy with the end result.

Had a few different estimates for windows done. Ryan was the best by far at Midland! I went to their showroom he showed me the differences between fiberglass and vinyl! I was sold! Very easy to work with! Shannon keeps you up to date with what’s going on with your order. Monte is an awesome installer!! Makes sure you are completely happy before he leaves. Cleans up mess like you didn’t even know they were there! He does not screw around he gets the job done to your satisfaction! We were looking to replace some windows and doors and overwhelmed at big box stores with questions and underwhelmed with options. We went to Midland and it was the most stress-free process and we knew we were getting excellent quality product that would match and fit perfectly in our home. The installation went well and the entire team was friendly and knowledgeable.

Midland removed our 40 year old siding, repaired soffit damage, installed LP SmartSide on three sides of the house, replaced all the fascia and installed new guttering.. They had the siding, trim and fascia materials delivered two weeks before the start date so it could be painted prior to installation. The installers arrived on the date promised and spent the next four days on the job. The crew of five worked well together and were attentive to any concerns or requests we had during the project. We are pleased with the outcome.

Especially the way they wrap them in color of your choice, makes the house really POP. They arranged our financing both times which was very easy. Easy to clean, hardware moves smoothly when opening and closing, no drafts, great color match to our existing wood window trim, and in our varying Kansas temperatures these windows perform in keeping the inside temperatures comfortable. Our experience has been very positive and we recommend Midland Exteriors without hesitation.

Great experience with them getting six new windows installed! Everyone I dealt with was always super friendly and professional and the pricing was hard to beat when compared to others. They came at 8 and kicked butt and finished up before 2PM the same day! Will definitely use them when its time to do the rest of the windows, doors and some other projects!

Not impressed. We had a simple gutter install, and a downspout was placed directly on our rose bush - literally, on our bush splitting it in two. A corner of our fascia was soft from water damage, the installer didnt inform me of it. When I brought it to their attention, I was told to paint over it, that should fix it.

Very disappointed in the guttering they put up. Wont come back and fix there screw ups. Ended up fixing the screw ups myself. The crew they sent didnt know what they were doing. Will not ever get them again.

We are slowly replacing all of the windows in our home with the Infinity windows offered by Midland Exteriors. We are loving the ones that we have been able to replace so far. The rooms are cooler in the summer and the E-glass almost gives them the look of being tinted. The installers were fantastic and did a very thorough job. They cleaned up well afterwards and made sure to go over again how all of windows worked as far as tilt-out to clean. I cant wait to get the rest of our windows installed and work with this fantastic team of sales and installation.

We replaced 4 large single pane windows with Marvin Infinity double hung windows. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Midland wasn’t the highest bid we received and they were by no means the lowest but it was their customer service that sold us. Ryan was the sales rep we worked with and he did an excellent job. Shannon made scheduling the installation easy and was able to get us into the schedule a month earlier than originally planned. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. We have used Midland Exteriors on multiple occasions. In the past the service and end product were okay at best. The job was done, but I was not very impressed.On this project, however things were very different and much, much better. The sales representative was much more attentive, thorough, and acted like he actually cared about what we wanted. Then, when the installers came out they were equally professional. They were attentive to our unique fencing situation and did very nice job. No mess and exactly what we wanted.It appears that Midland has recommitted itself to service and quality. Midland Exteriors put siding on our house last year and we were very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the crew. We decided to put in some new windows and we went with Midland Exteriors again. We didn’t even look at any other companies. The crew came in and went right to work. They put in the 10 windows that we ordered in one day. They put tarps down on the floors and vacuumed up after they got done. We would highly recommend Midland Exteriors to any one.

There was a problem with an incorrect crank handle that came with one of the windows and Midland got the proper handle and replaced it right away. We couldnt be more happy with our new windows!

Very professional installation. We had 20 year old Dryvit replaced with LP siding. Project team worked with us thru several scenarios to find the best cost and value. The install team did a great job - completed on time and in budget. All involved very courteous and professional

They removed 18 year old pine log siding, installed TruCedar steel siding, and then wrapped the the soffit, facia, door and window trim in aluminum. It was cold and windy and yet they persevered. All was completed in a week. They are masters of the aluminum ladder and planking to get at the peaks. All was done safely.

At first all went well, had a few minor things when they put our infinity windows in. But then our bedroom window was 12 too big. So we had to wait another month to get it reordered. We were NOT clearly given the entire options right away. Everyone assumed someone else had told us what we needed to know. Very frustrated with that situation! For install attention to detail was a bit lacking, and a little messy. For the price we paid it should have been a neater job! Overall happy with the product but not really with service.

What did it take, over a month to side my cabin? Never knew if the crew would show up. I had to supervise the job. Third party crew. Never ever would have I hired you if Id known that. Wrong size siding arrived on site. I agreed to a small discount. Should have sent it back. The crew finally did an ok job if you watch them. Poorly managed or none at all. The two crew came the first day with little instruction. Screw spacing off. Poorly installed installation. Overall, I paid way too much for the job. It looks fine except for a few openings. No, I would not recommend you.
