Purchased a used motorcycle from them in Feb. and have had nothing but problems with it since. It had a pretty bad oi leak, the rear brake didnt engage, and a battery that would not hold a charge. They took it into their shop for 2 weeks fixed the brake, charged the battery and changed a seal on the cap but did not fix the leak. The next time it is in their shop for 3 weeks, they change the battery and swap the oil cap which fixes the leak. Once again bike will not start, look at battery to see why it will not charge and apparently they did not properly secure the connection, as the bolt melted its way thru the terminal and disconnected.

IDK what type of place Briggs Bikes is, but Rob and Bill are the epitome of customer service. They always strive to do 100% and then some just to fix even the most minor inconvenience. They only offer quality products and ensure that what you get is worth more than what you pay for. The two mechanics that work with them are also top notch at what they do. I would recommend this place time and time again to anyone who would want to buy a motorcycle. Harley Davidson better watch out because they got some competition!Thank you Rob, Bill, and the two mechanics (I didnt get their name) for taking care of everything!

I purchased a used motorcycle. The only (but big!) reservation I have is that I was not allowed to do a test drive. I was told that I could have a test drive only after the purchase, with the option that the contract could be canceled if I was not satisfied. I dont think this is how it should work. The result of the test drive can affect the decision to purchase or the negotiation on the terms of the deal. I understand the liability issue, but that can be addressed through waiver forms, like it has been done for decades and is still done by the large majority of dealers. My local dealer let me check out a bike I was considering for over an hour, so I could drive it, take it home, see how it fit in the garage, etc. The salesman Tim was great to work with, and while I decided to go ahead and buy from Briggs Bikes this time, I dont think I would do that again unless I am given the option to test drive first.

I am usually very happy with purchasing vehicles from Briggs but when I purchased a used 2017 street glide from them I noticed a very loud squeaking sound and so I told them within the testing period about it and told me to bring it in and when I went to pick it up they told me they had to get brake pads. When I came back the next time I asked if the mechanic test drove it and he said he didn’t (I’m not a mechanic at all) so I had to bring it back again. So another sales guy told me that they had to order a rodor for my bike and that they would let me know when it would be in. Took a couple weeks to let me know. Then I brought my bike in again and the mechanic told me that they found out how much my motorcycles rotor would cost (I don’t think he was suppose to tell me that) so they told me they were going to try a few different things to fix it. It sounded fine for a couple days and it came right back and it’s 10 times worse now. I have messages saying how the rotor was warped, and now that it’s continued they haven’t been communicating with my any further. You expect this from a smaller nobody dealer, but not one of the largest in Kansas.Kent responded right away and they are going to replace the parts now.
