Ive been going to Prarie Hawg for service of my bikes, for about ten years. Ive found the owner, Weedy, to be very thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable about Harleys and very reasonable about his charges for labor and parts. I live in the Kansas City area and anytime I need anything done on my bike, I give him a call and head that way when he says he can get it in. I always try to get there when they open and he has always, no matter what the problem, has got me headed back to Kansas City very quickly and in good time. On occasion I have been traveling through Manhattan and needed some type of service, and he has always got me right in. I gave up on regular Harley dealers, because they cant provide as good of service and pricing. Thanks Weedy, Jay.

We purchased a new rear tire, which took 4 days longer than it should have to. The owner didnt even call us to say it was in. We went in the store, and when we requested a refund, the owner threatened us and refused a refund. I would not recommend this business, go somewhere else with real customer service.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR YOU CALL IT A BUSINESS TERRIBLE SERVICE RUIN A BRAND NEW TIRE AND BELIEVE IT ON MY RIM ON MY NEW BIKE AND WILL NOT GET ME A NEW TIRE. IF IT WAS MY RIM WHY DIDNT THE RIM CUT MY FINGER, AND IF IT WAS MY RIM ON 2015 ROAD GLIDE FIRST TIME UNMOUNDING TIRE FROM RIM THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WOULD OF DAMAGE MY RIM, BUT ITS NOT THE RIM BECAUSE HAD THEM PUT THE STOCK TIRE BACK ON AND HAD NO ISSUES OF MOUNTING TIRE ON THE SAME RIM SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DONT GO TO THIS BUSINESS NEVER HAD A BUSINESS USE BAD LANGUAGE TO CUSTOMER FOR THEIR IN CONFIDENCE SERVICE
