7/18/19 I am changing my review to 5 stars because I am really impressed how Taussing Landscape handled my frustration and disappointment. Although I still have not received services from them the owner reached out with a genuine apology and wanted to make things right, which i was not expecting. You do not see a lot of companys now days do that. I look forward to possibly using them in the future and do recommend them because the owner will take the time and make sure everything is taken care of.I contacted taussig on april 8th to ask for a quote on mowing. We had a few phone conversations and emails back and forth. They never sent me an official quote and today over a month later they told me they did not have the capacity to help me. They had over a month to tell me this but instead I wasted my time talking with them and trying to get a quote for my lawn to be mowed. I find that to be disrespectful and expected better of them from all the great reviews.
