Very helpful & accommodating...went out his way to troubleshoot & fix the audio in my car. Once successfully resolving the problem with my radio, he offered to help me finish some hard wiring I had been planning on, but never found time. I’m very happy with the overall experience & pleasantly surprised with how little time it took. Ultimately I would def recommend him to friends/family & will be calling him for any future work I need done.

Did some shopping around the usual places to get a remote starter (key fob and drone mobile) installed on my Wife’s minivan; and not only was Tantrum Audio priced the best, but Ryan came off as extremely knowledgeable and flexible with his time. He even said he’d beat a price if I could find a better one because he didn’t want to lose a new customer over a small discrepancy in pricing (turns out he was already priced the best). That, coupled with the fact that he picks up and drops off the vehicle when it’s done, is just phenomenal customer service you just don’t find anymore. After the job was done, he was there to walk me through everything, and he’s been just a phone call away with any follow-up questions I’ve had (and I’ve had a couple). Bottom line: he’s priced very fairly, knows what he’s doing, and makes it as easy as possible on his customers. I’ll be a customer for life.

Ryan did an awesome installation on my truck. I felt very confident in his work . He is very knowledgeable. His shop is very clean and organized . Ryan was super easy to work with! He spent the time to tell me how the system works, how to use it, and what to do if I run into issues. A plus is that Ryans products have a lifetime warranty and if something goes wrong, he will pick up and drop off your vehicle and get it fixed! I have had remote start put in two vehicles within the last month by Tantrum. Excellent products and super clean install as if it was fresh from the factory but with much better range than your factory fob. Went with 2-way, 3000ft range and I couldnt be happier. Totally worth it!

I had Ryan install remote starters on both my wifes and my vans about 3 years ago. Both units have worked flawlessly since installed.Recently I had the battery out of my wifes van for several hours for an engine repair.Went to start it this morning and it wouldnt work. I got a good deal for a good product.2. They fit me in within a few days.3. They were very flexible, picking up my vehicle from where I work in Two Rivers, driving it to Manitowoc to install, and bringing it back to me in Two Rivers when complete.4. When a feature wasnt working right, they made sure to keep in touch with me and made a second visit to test.5. When it turned out the problem was that I had not listened fully to instructions so I wasnt doing it right, at no time did they make me feel like a doofus. :) They patiently re-explained the instructions.In summary, I would fully recommend Tantrum Audio to install your next remote start. The owner is very wise and willing to go over the details clarifying equipment specs, and answering questions along the way. He has built a strong business which displays the below aspects.Fair Prices:Tantrum Audio charges what I would call the market rate. The prices matched many shops in the Green Bay area, and were even a bit lower in some cases. I found that the labor charge was quite low, compared to the amount of hours and work put into the project. It is still honestly cheaper to go the do-it-yourself route, but there are two things to consider. First, they have all the tools needed for the job. For instance, some may use pliers to try to crimp thick gauge wire, whereas Ryan has a very nice 8-point wire crimper. Second, they have the experience, and the warranties to back up their work.Great support:Tantrum Audio is easy to reach by phone, and Ryan is always ready to help. The company stands behind their work, and offers warranties on all of their items. If something breaks, Ryan is able to do the exchange, so you do not have to work with the manufacturer. Ryan also offers support by text if you encounter any issues. I sent him a text when my new stereo would not display text correctly, and he sent a helpful message right away. By the time I had reset the stereo, he even followed through with a call to make sure everything else was running smoothly.Quality work:My new amplifier was installed securely, and in a reasonable location. All of my new cables where routed safely using wire ties, tubing, and heat shrink where appropriate. I know some shops skip this, but it helps prevent water damage. He also took extra time to crimp the ends, to ensure a strong connection. Ryan also removed my rear seats, and anchored the grounding wire securely to my car. Some other shops are known to simply drill a hole anywhere, and crew the wire in place. My favorite part is that the company never cuts corners. The 17FT wiring kit was almost long enough to finish the job. Ryan was worried about the cable being stretched, so he got some of his own extra cabling to finish the job. Of course, your car is put back together, and vacuumed out.Flexibility:The Owner sets his hours, and is quite accommodating. Most shops are open until five or 6PM, and offer limited weekend hours. Ryan can work late if needed, but also can do weekend appointments. If you give them a call or text, they will work with you to find the best time for any install. The company has their own audio work vans, and can travel for bigger jobs. They are also flexible with equipment. Many shops instantly frown at outside speakers or amplifiers, but Tantrum always asks for details, and considers equipment, which they may not normally work with. Even though I bought my amplifier elsewhere, he was still willing to install it.Reputation:Just read the other reviews! This company clearly knows what they are doing, and is in it for the long haul. They do their best work on the first try, and always provide follow up service and support if needed. Ryan is a great owner, and has a great vision for the future. I cannot wait to see when his new shop is complete.

2015: Best prices, service, and will schedule an appointment that is convenient for your schedule. Which was great since I work 12 hour days.They even came and picked up my car and delivered back to me on time!!!2020 update: just in case you are thinking about going somewhere else I decided to update my review. The drone mobile needed to updated with a more current model. I ordered at a reduce cost thru drone and then they again worked around my hectic schedule and installed the new one for FREE!!! We know we all like that price. He also waited (I forgot to renew my drone mobile app and was having trouble doing so because well sometimes things dont want to work as it should) with me while I was updating the information to make sure it was working.

Clean and worth the price. Look guys if you got the money and want your job done clean and right go to Ryan. I literally saw the guy in the Taco Bell drive through. I was honestly behind him and it was like an angel sent him to do the work of an angel on my system. A local and honest business so I said why not. I needed to drill through the firewall to get my 0 gauge wiring through and I didnt have a clue where to start. On top of that I needed a few other things like a battery (MT7), and some wiring done. He really hooked me up and even put the rest of my Dynamat in the rear of my car. When all was said and done he got the job done better than I couldve imagined. It was clean, hidden, and professional.
