Competitive price, online discount and easy pickup. Compared Fleet Farm to Batteries Plus and got a better price on a similar car battery. Didnt need to lug heavy battery to the back of a big box store. Knowledgeable associate tested my battery and confirmed it needed replacement.

Were able to repair my phone screen same day when I called. Only took a little over 2 hours and my phone works beautifully. Repair cost wasnt too bad either.

The young woman that handled my battery purchase was very helpful... she had the battery that Id purchased on the floor and ready by the time I arrived (maybe 25 minutes after buying it on line). She worked diligently and quickly on a difficult installation for me (battery under rear hatch in C7 Corvette). A very nice experience... would come back again.

Every employee was always friendly and pleasant to deal with.I stopped going to the Sheboygan location cause everything was terrible at that location. But the Manitowoc store will leave me recommending there service and products to in the Mani location to others I know and will continue going myself for all my battery needs.Just stopped in today for a battery need and the young lady was very friendly, quick, and knew what she was doing.

Couldnt find any battery acid (electrolytes) in town anywhere. Although they didnt have any for sale they were able to to fill a motorcycle battery for me at a great price!!! Chelsea saved my day!!! Also picked up some random oddball batteries while I was there. Great inventory and great service! Dont buy batteries online when they can be purchased locally.

Absolutely blown away by the terrific service today! I have gone here for various batteries previously. I have had watch batteries installed, and purchased car remote batteries and had an iPhone battery replaced and all done very well. But today I needed a simple rechargeable battery combination for an application for my organ at home. I showed the guy what I needed and of course they did not have it, but he stopped and made one for me on the spot! This was perhaps the least expensive battery I have ever purchased here and this was the most over the top service I have ever received. I am so extremely impressed by this location and even more so today. I failed to get the young mans name unfortunately, but a huge thank you. It works perfectly. I unhesitatingly recommend this place!

Mediocre service at premium prices.First I show up Sunday to pick up my online battery order... Theres a note on the door saying closed because someone didnt show up for their shift. If I had needed the battery that day, I would have been irate at this disrespect for the customer - so what is someone doesnt show up, management should step up and call someone else in or go cover it themselves.Second, I have my fiance go to pick up the order Monday, and she is told that they cannot refund the core charge for the old battery unless she has my credit card that was used for the online order. Wow, sure.Third, I show up on Tuesday to finally be rid of this plague which is Batteries Plus. I tell them what Im there for, provide the receipt I was told to bring for the core charge, and was then informed that I would just be give cash for the core charge anyway! Wow againTHEN to top it off, I get out to the car with the battery (for a motorcycle) and open the box to find that IT IS THE WRONG BATTERY in the correct numbered box.I finally did get the right battery and the core charge, but it took 3 days and 3 trips to the store to complete this simple transaction. GET IT TOGETHER Batteries Plus, this is why your stores are dying at the hands of online commerce - I should have ordered the battery on Amazon Prime and had it delivered my door 2 days later.

Very friendly staff. They had my online order ready in 10 minutes. I will continue to use them for batteries and bulbs. One stop for every battery I use in the house and great selection of bulbs for all my fixtures and appliances.

I brought in my watch JUST for a new battery back in May/June 2018. The girl working that day was trying to put in a new battery when the hands fell off and she could not fix it. I was told that Battery Plus will send it off for repairs and call me when fixed. Weeks went by and never got a call. I called them several times and each time I was told that my watch was sent in for repairs and that they have my number and will call me when fixed. Well, its now January 2019, and I never got a call; NICE! Will never go to Batteries Plus in Manitowoc AGAIN! Horrible service. They either lost my watch or could not fix it. Im thinking they lost it. Even if they could not fix it, I would have understood and still pick it up and find a jewelry store to fix it. THANKS A LOT BATTERY PLUS MANITOWOC!! Sandra P, Marible, WI

Im posting on behalf of my mother, who recently received excellent service at this store. Here is her review:Late yesterday afternoon I went to Batteries Plus as my automatic car starter has not worked for the past 4 years & my coworkers told me that it may just be that it needs a new battery. The car starter has batteries??? Who knew? I was helped by Dominic, the Assistant Mgr. who not only replaced the battery, but went out to my vehicle on a freezing cold, windy, rainy night; sat in my vehicle and reprogramed my car starter. And it works!!!You know, in this day and age of hearing all of the bad things on the news it sure was nice to experience this exceptional customer service.

All I can say is dont have a website that will tell you whether or not an item is in stock and if it says it IS IN STOCK and then drive all the way there for them to tell you that they dont have it in stock. That kind of defeats the purpose of having that service on your website. Seriously pissed.

I recd the correct batteries quickly, but had to pick them up at the store. since i am disabled and cat f=drive, i would have preferred rthey would have been mailed to me.

Good customer service, but how are you a place where you sell batteries and not have any 3.7v batteries? This is second time I have come here for specialty batteries and both times not had what I have been looking for.
