The owners were so attentive even though we got there 15 min to close, they are awesome. Such great people, recommend if you love coffee, food and friends. If youre in Manitowoc, need coffee, or food, or AMAZING cupcakes then skip Starxxxks and come here.

This is exactly what a great coffee shop should be. Great tasting coffee. A wide range of options. Laid back environment. Perfect spot to sit and read or do some work. Ate some of the food here and enjoyed that as well.

The food and smoothies are awesome. I’ve been there multiple and they are always closed earlier then what they said. Supposed close at 6. I’ve gone there at 5;45 and the doors were locked. The servers were very rude when I was asking questions about there food. Need to be more understanding, need to know better customer service.

Excellent place with caring people. Quality food and drinks. My go-to place to relax and enjoy the moment. Peaceful atmosphere and not forced or denied service if you dont wear a mask... I really enjoy this place and ALWAYS tip for the gentle souls that work there!

I just love this place so very much! The coffee, espresso, lattes and everything in between are awesome. They also have excellent baked goods. There is oat milk and other non dairy based milk products. Highly recommend🍩☕️

I am a coffee drinker and was indecisive what I wanted. She followed through with a really good coffee drink with a touch of f Carmel flavor. It was so good. The urban atmosphere is great and makes it feel cozy. In the few times Ive been there, there is nothing I would change about it except to abolish covid in general but thats a different story. I will always come here for a pick me up and my kids LOVE their hot chocolates!!! Keep doing what youre doing!!! I love that place!!

Manitowoc couldnt have been more accommodating to us! The food and drinks were incredible. We were there on vacation, but will make a point to stop at Manitowoc Coffee in the future if we ever pass through town again.

I have been supporting this establishment through this pandemic. They were doing a good job of curbside delivery. Today, I had to request it. They opened their dining room. No social distancing being enforced and I was told masks were optional. That did it for me. Apparently, the management no longer cares about the health and well being of their customers. So, I will no longer be supporting and will not go back. Beware, as seemingly only the stupid people are hanging out there.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and great coffee. Their food here is also delicious. My only complaint (if youd even call it that) is that there arent much outlets that you can plug your electronics into to charge if you plan on doing work or homework here. Depsite that, I stil highly recommend this place. Great coffeeshop.

On the corner of 8th and Franklin. Nice classy place, food served on real plates, tea and coffee come in nice cups. Clean and eclectic. Good coffee (my wife loves the lattes) and my Earl Grey tea was really, really good. They serve a lot of coffee specialty drinks. Nice selection of baked goods. Sandwiches, soup and smoothies are available. Yes, they have a veggie burger. Try an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The people who run the place are extremely nice. This place is in the heart of downtown, near shops, and the Maritime Museum. I recommend this place if you find yourself in Manitowoc and want a place to relax, have a hot beverage of your choice and want a snack or a sandwich. There is no hurry here.

The Mango smoothy taste like dish water and the Carmel ice coffee had the flavor of soap and made me feel like I was about to have a alien burst out my chest.I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you wish to seek revenge on your enemies.

This is a charming place to enjoy great coffee and really good food. Friendly staff and nice quick service. This was our first visit passing through and I would make a trip back, plus Im very happy to suggest a visit to others. A bonus is a nice big gift shop attached. You dont even have to go outside. They are right on a corner, in a nice big building, and right on the main drag. It was recommended to us, community supports them well. Im a Starbucks fan, a latte junkie, and I loved it. Check it out, you wont be sorry!

We liked this place a lot. They treat you like a regular even if you are from out of town. The coffee is good, and the atmosphere is exceptional if you want an intimate outing with your lover. Quiet relaxed place to talk.

When visiting new towns I always want to steer toward the indie coffee places first. Manitowoc Coffee came up on my go to place first. I must say, it was not a disappointment. Great positive vibe when I walked in and was greeted. Plenty of places to sit and even some seating outside also. I had an iced latte, my drink of choice. It was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Manitowoc. You will not be disappointed!

Very neat place and the hall outside provides cafe seating where you can bring your dog inside. Really nice for hot or cold days. Good location right by the to river.

I go there often and enjoy the selection of drinks and lunch choices. The friendly service and lovely decor make this a favorite spot for me! My Tea Time Girls love to meet here often and I advise everyone to check it out! You can bring your computer and work on a project or meet with friends or read a book because Manitowoc Coffee accommodates all those needs.

This downtown coffee shop is a great place to meet up with friends or hold a meeting. Ample space and a historic feel give this place a thumbs up in my books. A newly added sitting room is also a great place for smaller private gatherings.

The new management (as of Feb 2017) has done a great job! The food menu is wonderful! Coffee is fantastic.Theyre eager to please and have brought the fours back out to 9 pm.My only gripe is the music. Would rather they played some kind of upbeat instrumental. The music they play is distracting...hard to carry on a conversation.

This is my favorite coffee shop! Even if your drink has something as simple as hazlenut flavor syrup instead of toasted marshmallow syrup, they will rush to fix it. The staff are absolutely wonderful all the time (maybe its the coffee). The interior is cozy with different sections, and the coffee is delicious! I personally cannot have caffeine so I always get the decaf, but they have different flavored coffees and different roasts available and they all smell delightful.

Manitowoc Coffee was very accommodating with a special drink request (a Keto-friendly iced blended breve with collagen protein powder) and they provided free snacks for our kids, just because. A great place. Great food, great coffee and great people!

Has a small range of gifts (I bought a squirrel tea infuser) in addition to a huge selection of flavored coffees (and other drinks) as well as a reasonable selection of small food items. Out of the way near the main windows is a door with a map on it. Make your mark.

Cool atmosphere, ready serve coffee was cold or gone. It was 3:30, whatever thats worth. Wife loved the mango iced tea.

Messed up order 3 times. Also they Serve hot coffee in wax-coated paper cups therefore causing wax droplets to appear. Yuck who wants to swallow wax?. Not enough comfortable seats. And having tall chairs that are unstable to sit on.

Love their coffee, today I had the coffee of the day which was salted toffee....it was excellently strong. Then topped it off with the piece of carrot cake....yummy. the atmosphere is relaxing sit back read a paper or use the wi fi. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. .......the 1 star from Emily I dont get i guess Some people prefer commercial coffee houses with a less personal touch
