My appt. was for my yearly contact lenses exam with Dr. King. Everyone at the clinic from Dr. king, to the tech and the receptionist were extremely pleasant and explained every bit of the process in great detail. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will not hesitate to go back. I highly recommend them.

Between my insurance and out of pocket, I paid over 1k for a pair of glasses and a free pair. Was told I would get my free pair in a week. They did deliver on that.I was supposed to get the other pair a week later. I was told I would get them in up to 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called and was told it will be at least another week and it was my fault because I chose to use my insurance.Go to eyemart...you will pay less and you will get your glasses in an hour and you wont get excuses and people being rude to you.
