Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved our experience this weekend (Small Business Saturday) at Golden Ring. We came in with a pretty hefty agenda and both Mary and Fritz dealt with us extremely patiently. I noticed that we had kept them busy past their posted closing time and they never said a word about it. Mary and Fritz are professional and experts at their craft. You have earned a life-long customer with us. Thank you so much for everything you did for us this weekend. We are very excited for Christmas :)

Very friendly! Great selection (especially ukuleles). Definitely worth a stop in to check it out.Just purchased a guitar from here as well. The woman helped us with both purchases. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to show my daughter a few different notes on the guitar and how they compare to her uke.

I planned on paying $200 for a bass, $229 for a Ukulele, and to buy a mic, and supplies in the next two weeks through this store. I am a college trained, and seasoned musician. My friend was going to buy a $129 amp, and a harmonica today through them. The lady was sooo friendly, she tuned two Ukuleles for me to try out. Once they were tuned someone was playing the guitar on an amp so I couldn’t really hear. Once they were done playing I went back over and picked up the Ukulele so I could try it out and the gentleman that works there told me not to touch his instruments. I am 34 years old. He yelled at me like I was a five year old grabbing candy off the shelves. I tried to explain why I was grabbing it and he said, “well don’t”. This is not how people should treat their customers. He lost some nice sales, not only for himself, but also for his sweet wife who didn’t deserve it.

Great little shop they got everything a musician would need, they lack certain brand names that a rock/metal musician would want but its got what you need. Friendly service to many times they ask if you need something. sometimes I question are they that willing to help or do they think Im gonna try filling my pockets up with merchandise. Great place though

I have never seen such poor customer service in a retail atmosphere in my life. I have known Mary and Fritz for years and this is the second time that I have seen him treat money spending customers this way. My friend and I are both musicians and she went in to check out a ukele, and I went in to purchase an amplifier and a harmonica. I had already chosen the amplifier and Fritz was packing it up, while Mary was tuning up this ukele that my friend has been admiring through the window for weeks now. Fritz aggressively and condescendingly verbally attacked my friend and chastised her for picking up and playing the instrument that Mary just tuned up for her to play.Hey yelled at her and I let him know that we werent buying anything now, and like a child he turned around and said, and dont come back!Im baffled, as a business owner myself, I just cant fathom. I wish I could give less stars. Dont go here if you have any kind of self respect or dignity. Shame on you Fritz! Shame on you so much!

This place is amazing! They have great customer service, if you dont even know exactly what you are looking for they will talk to you, help you and if possible even teach you how to use it. When I bought a piano and need it some one to tune it they provided me with information that was key to finding the right person to do it, when my son got his first Saxophone, they provided me with everything he need it and explained to him how to use the cleaning materials, reeds, etc.. I know that is a mama and papa type store but this is what makes them GREAT ! and we are lucky to have them... Stop by and play an instrument.... We love you guys! The Guzmans from Two Rivers
