Renting UAHUL truck. Great experience

Poor customer service. Was not warm or inviting. Did not make me or my boyfriend feel comfotable with renting a uhaul. Moved to town and dropped off a uhaul there. Tried to charge us for damages that were there from previous trips (not ours). 4 months later went to rent a uhaul to move again and the lady wasnt helpful when it came to us telling her our previous experience. Did not make eye contact. Did not seem sorry or like she cared about our previous AND ONLY OTHER visit to her store. got the uhaul back home and then back was filthy with dirt and grass. I used to work at an actual uhaul store. Will not be returning as I feel im not welcome or taken care of.

I thought I was dealing with a bad situation with them, but it turned out just great, and they said they were going to drop off a welcome to area package, the lady was really understanding and fixed my earlier concerns,I would recommend to anyone, thanks

Selection is awful. Items are all cheap quality and overpriced.
