I used to go there for years. Now. Well im not going back again. They sold me the wrong part and then was refusing to give me my money back or exchange for the piece i needed. That thing sis she gave me terrible looks at me the down right lied to my face. Good bye advanced auto. Hello another place. Fire that chic sis or sissy. This place deserves not a star.

This is a great auto parts store. I frequently get Paul to help and he is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk through my options.

One of my favorite auto parts stores; the staff definitely know a thing or two and theyre always very helpful, not to mention the great prices.

One of the few stores where the staff actually care about you and WANT to make sure you get what you need.They are extremely helpful to an incredible degree. You can walk in with a car and a rough idea for what you need and they will track down exactly what you need to buy. Everything from what oil to buy, to what tonnage jack and jack stands you need, to what type of electrical solenoid you need.Would recommend to anyone that needs to do something with their car, beginners and experts alike.

Unusual staff didnt know their own computer systems and how they are linked to speed perks account and visa system. My standard is Twin cities grade, but should be the same at all as they are all labeled advanced auto.

I can’t say enough good stuff about my visit to advanced auto parts today! I called ahead of time and spoke with Owen who was beyond helpful answering my questions. Getting to the store (10 mins before close since I had just gotten off work) Will was ready to help right away. Most workers get lazy towards the end of their shift but not these guys! Will right away helped me get the correct wipers for my car, and worked with my budget and needs! Not only that, he put them on for me, AND went out of his way to show me how to properly do it myself next time! He even recommended a super helpful multi purpose tool! Will and Owen were both very personable and helpful and very friendly.I’ll definitely be returning and recommending advanced auto parts to everyone I know!

Ran the code, sold me the part and car runs great. Simple sensor and they knew exactly what I needed!!!

My experience at Advance Auto was exceptional. Staff member Joe was incredibly knowledgeable -- he found exactly what I needed and installed it quickly. Excellent customer service and product, 10/10 would recommend!

Avoid at all costs one of their employee (Sis), she wont move a fingernail to provide decent service. Ive never been treated like that.Their manager on duty (Mike) was absolutely professional and made things right and acknowledged the behavior of his employee.Great store, just avoid that lady in particular.

A great and affordable place to purchase all of your automotive parts and supplies. The customer service is wonderful, and they are always willing to help you. If asked they will even exchange your battery, wipers, and other small parts. I always stop here after my car wash, across the street, to top off my fluids and get a new air freshener. They do offer a military discount.

Ive used advanced auto for years due to their great customer service and willingness and ability to help with certain tasks(wiper blade installation, battery installation, etc...). But tonight when i went in for help with a headlight issue, the woman working(didnt catch her name but she was older) made a face at me and acted as though i had just ruined her whole day. I dont expect the staff to bend over backwards for me if they cant help....theyre only human. But i do expect a little courtesy when in their store

I would give negative stars if I could but it forces at least one to leave a comment. Not a place I will ever visit again. OReilly or AutoZone within a few blocks of this place is where I will shop.

Great service by Dan who braved a very cold Mankato night to install a new battery in my Civic. Ive heard it is the shop to go to as a veteran. I also recommend Express Care in North Mankato if you need more help than a parts store can provide.

I went to buy a headlight, there were no light catalogs by the headlights. I went to the counter, the guy looked it up and got the light for me. 3 days later I go to install the new light, the counter guy gave me the wrong light. I go back to store to exchange it (it was opened) for the correct light, I did not have my receipt. The Mankato store refused to exchange it for the correct light. Go figure they gave me the wrong part and wouldnt exchange it for the correct part. The counter guy had the customer is always WRONG attitude, essentially saying I might be lying. I told them they had horse manure customer service and left. I then went to Autozone and they got it right on the first attempt. No more Advanced Auto Parts for me.
