I purchased a fog light for the passenger side of my vehicle, with the intention of installing it myself. After about 2 hours and reviewing how to videos on both google and yahoo; I decided that it was not as easy as depicted in the videos.I had a short drive to CARSTAR, and requested an estimate to have the fog light installed. I was given an acceptable estimate and an appointment to have it installed.The appointment was for 9:30 am, I was leaving at about 9:45. They do great work and I will return if the need ever arise.The only downside was that I had to wait 2 weeks to have it installed, they were extremely busy and they apologize for the delay.Thank YouCARSTAR

Carstar is awesome 👍Our infiniti g37 needed the bumper replaced and we initially took it to Sewell infiniti thinking we would get excellent service but we were wrong. The first appointment available was 4 weeks away. So we waited and took it in then Sewell said it would be 1-1 1/2 weeks bore they knew how much it would cost to repair, then the time to do it. We decided to go to Carstar body and paint Mansfield. They gave us an appointment the same day and wrote up a preliminary estimate to go to State farm and if upon starting the repairs if they find out something else was needed theyll work with State farm directly and we got an appointment of less than 2 weeks away to do the repair. They had fixed our Ford 500 before and their work was excellent then and now. All of the staff are real service oriented and very pleasant to work with. Thank you Carstar ☺️

Never understood how a computer quote works, and from this place, I see they dont, unless you happen to have been in a wreck. They lost me at the what location is the Damage.What the computer couldnt comprehend is I was looking for a quote on a new hood, the old one is in perfect shape, but isnt vented to allow for excess engine heat build up. So no, I wont waste my time driving there just to have them tell me I have to I stall the hóod so they can over spray the rest of the Jeep.

Front desk services were great. However the job quality is amateur at best. 1) paint job: car star pride themself for being professional but can’t get a simple bumper paint job done without imperfections. My bumper have uneven paint layers along the edge raised outward. Having scratches too. Professional painter wouldn’t have made amateurs mistake like these. 2) bumper repair didn’t fit correctly. Had to take it back for readjustment. Took it to the highway and the other end start sagging. Have to pop it back in place myself. Other than the customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Had a huge issue of communication between shop and insurance but that was my insurance fault. However, the shop itself didn’t back up it quality even though you have a guaranteed satisfaction, pointless.

My brand new 2018 Dodge was rear ended and there was extensive damage to the back of it. This company had my vehicle for over two weeks, not once until the day before I picked up my vehicle was I made aware of the progress. When I was called to be informed of it being finished I was then told my total was to be $600.00 more than it was suppose to be, I did not get all of my repairs done at this facility and planned to take it else where to be completed, but would have been responsible for paying for the remaining balance. After calling the insurance and making them aware of the problem the insurance promptly got on fixing the situation where I would not be paying out additional money for repairs. I brought my vehicle to this company to be fixed and while I was not personally paying for work due to insurance paying, I still brought my vehicle to this facility where I will not be going back nor will I recommend anyone else come here. I appreciate them working with the insurance company, but they did not work with me and I do not appreciate that.

They was friendly, kept me up to date on my SUVs progress, gave me the date for completion and called me when my car was done. Their work was amazing, back to brand new looking. The staff was excellent! Will highly recommend them to friends.

This shop is top notch. We live out of town and were referred by a friend. I have to say that I am glad we decided to make the trip and use these guys. Mark was very professional and blew me away with his knowledge of what we should expect. I seriously thought our vehicle would just need a few minor parts and repairs...but just as he said, we ended up having major damage. They told us we could expect it to take 3 weeks or so...and we were pleased to have been called 10 days later to find out the car was done. These guys are awesome!!! The work they did was excellent and the job was completed very quickly. When looking around to have the body work done this was the only place I found that actually took time to look at the job that needed to be done and give an honest estimate of the work. One of the other places I went to wanted to repaint part of the car that the folks at this body shop assured me would buff out in a few minuets. They replaced what needed replacing and painted what needed panting now my car looks brand new. Getting the work done here saved me time and money.

Dont normally do reviews, BUT..... Mansfield paint and body has beyond exceeded my expectations.... Went in to get my car fixed... something simple.... so I figured I would be somewhat ignored.... or, to the point and thats it..... mostly b/c Im a girl, but also b/c its simple and straight to the point so who cares about fluffing a person who is just in and out (I feel thats the ideas of a lot of companies). But came in and was immediately greeted with a warm, bubbly girl at the front desk. After they looked at my car they let me know what was wrong with it, and how they would fix it (Im somewhat knowledgeable about car, so I pretty much knew what was going on.... but loved that they cared enough to explain it.... you dont get that at a lot of places). And after it was all said and done, I got the most amazingly warm greeting.The part I loved the most is that they were there to help me with my problem at hand.... I cant even get my oil changed without someone trying to sell me tires, or try and tell me something that is not true b/c I am a girl.When I left there I felt like I was leaving my uncles house after he fixed my car.... And compared, the price was extremely affordable
