I had a taste for an Everything bagel and pulled in.....Had a bit of a wait because the order taker was deeply engrossed in taping a to go bag shut... she told me Ill be right with you a couple of times. Finally, took my order.I saw 1 Everything Bagel left behind glass. Ordered it toasted with garden veggie cream cheese and a coffee with Equal.While I was sitting waiting, the woman who took my order came to my table and said they were out of Everything bagels. I knew I saw 1 in there but just ordered a sesame bagel.4-5 minutes later a guy came and handed me a bag with the bagel in it. I asked about the cream cheese and coffee. He went back behind the counter and asked a couple of other employees about it. Soon, another woman came to me with a coffee saying she put 2 sweeteners in it.A few minutes after THAT the young man came back with a small container of cream cheese. I opened the bagel and found out they put the cheese on it already. I dont think it was toasted either.I felt like this was a grand opening with nobody trained, no one managing the chaos, and just a difficult quick bite.I give this a fail.

Nice place to stop for a toasted bagel and a schmear. They were out of some of their most popular bagels at this time which was lunch. So go early to get them fresh

By far my favorite place for breakfast. So many delicious options but I cant bring myself to order anything other than their nova lox. Its always amazing and delicious.

If you like strong coffee i would probably ask for less milk or ask how they make their cold brews but other than that I love this place. I usually just get the same things though. Nova Lox is delicious.

Ladies were nice and food/coffee was great. We were able to eat inside so that was nice. Clean floors and bathrooms.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, even when slammed. Id even say theyre better than the Starbucks across the lot in terms of service.

First time at this location. Their one-egg chorizo sunrise is a filling protein packed breakfast, and offers a little kick to your morning breakfast routine. A flavorful chorizo patty, cheese, an option of one or two eggs, fresh avocado, and a Schmeer !in between a green pepper bagel, combined with a small strong Caribou coffee is a good way to start your day. The price of these two items after tax is $8.63, which is a reasonable price....Their Caribou coffee offers a fine alternative to the competition next door, don’t forget your half-and-half and sugar!

I went to Einstein in Mansfield this morning and ordered 3 bagels and smears foe each. I got home (in Arlington) and only had 2 bagels but all the smears. So I get my receipt to call them and there was no phone number on the receipt, and it gets better. I was only charged for 2 bagels and I paid $17.10, this did include the smears and a coffee. Does this seem correct?

Nicest employee interaction Ive had in a long time. I went through drive-through at 1:00 and had a very helpful, nice young man.

Everything here is always fresh and amazing to eat. Also, if you havent signed up for the rewards program on your phone you should. Nothing is better than getting something for free that you would have paid for anyways. Highly recommend for a quick healthy snack or to stock up on some amazing beagles.

First time here and the worst impression ever. I was just standing there for a couple of minutes and the employees were just looking at me or ignoring me. There was only one woman that was so kind to ask me how she can help me and I finally got assisted. There were three women and if one of them was busy at least the other one could ask me or tell me (we will be with you shortly). This store really need to work with their employees teaching them what good costumer service is all about. Two stars for the service from the other employees, but 5 stars to the woman that actually helped me.

Came in at lunchtime and was surprised by the mess inside the restaurant. All the tables were dirty, the floors even more grotesque, and every employee looked like they were miserable. The employee taking my order for my name completely wrong. My name is Conner, not Carl. My partner and I waited around 20 minutes for our bagels. Pictured below, you see that my bagel looks like absolute garbage, and was also burnt. I love Einstein Bros. but I would NEVER go back to this location.

This was my first time trying out this location. I was definitely disappointed. I ordered 4 bagels. I waited a second when ordering as I’m used to being asked if I want them sliced, if i want cheese, and if I want them toasted - but did not get asked any of these. So i spoke up and said that i wanted them sliced and with no cheese, i forgot to ask about getting them toasted. When i got them, they were just thrown in a bag together, not wrapped or anything. Didn’t even get napkins or get offered them either. (Maybe my usual location in Plano is just overly nice, but my bagels are always put in a paper sleeve and then bagged and they always include napkins with them as well.)Then I get home and the 3 cinnamon and sugar bagels I ordered are just cinnamon bagels - no sugar on them. They were also cold. And they must have been sitting on top of cream cheese or some other type of bagel with cheese because when I ate the bottom half of the first bagel I had an allergic reaction as I’m allergic to milk. They also had sesame seeds all of the bottom of them, which also led me to believe they’d been mixed/sitting on top of other bagels. With as many people that have allergies now, you’d think people would be more cautious.I really love Einstein’s but not sure I’ll be going back to this location again - which is sad because I live in Mansfield.

Great bagels! I had the garlic, 280 cal and a cafe latte. The drink wasn’t great. It’s like they used skim milk for it, but it was very, very hot, which I liked.

Love their food. Just wish I could order online from this store. Its not in their app for some reason. Drive through is always full and inside ordering has gotten better over time. Used to be really slow, but its much better now.

My other to-go coffee shop. (The first one does NOT start with an S and end with a bucks. Just sayin.) Hot. No creamer, no sugar. Oh and that hashbrown cheesy bagel? Yeaaaa! Only wish is they had more of these stores around. (But then they might become like the ubiquitous celestial 🌠 deer 🦌)

Drove an 50 minutes to this location as once a week routine and they were almost empty yet the cashier was so awful and rushing me. Then my order was messed up, went back and they same cashier was rude and still gave attitude. Her name is Lauren. Beware.

Everything I get here is delicious.I really like their 4-pastry box for $6.Heck of a deal.I also get the classic egg, bacon, cheese breakfast bagel. They can add tomato, no extra charge.Their bagel sandwiches for lunch, are really good, too!

Great service, very friendly staff but my experience (food wise) isnt quite as positive. I ordered through the drive thru and received a completely wrong order and the fruit in my fruit cup has mold on the strawberry so I had to throw the whole cup away. Im glad I noticed since it was such a small amount.Although the food was wrong, it was still delicious and I do plan on returning to give it another try.

Well when I wait in line for 30 minutes and order 2 bagels with avocado on both only to realize there is no avocado on them, it is very irritating. It should be difficult to mess the order up when avocado is in the name of the sandwich ordered.

My first time having Einsteins and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Farmhouse I believe it was called. They was out of the bagel that it normally comes on and so I had it on the jalapeño bagel. It was delicious. Cannot wait to try some other sandwiches from here.

Never had problems with this place, but WOW.. on 7/3/2020, service was abysmal, absolutely SLOW. Pulled up to the window and waited for 7 minutes.... would get stared at and they would just walk around extremely slow. It seemed nobody wanted to work that day. I get its the weekend but wow, why proceed that slow?? Ill take business elsewhere, they look busy enough, they wont miss my money.

Great customer service

I love this place, and have never had a problem before. I tried to go here for Breakfast, before work, and both times, the last one being this morning, they were closed, even though their website clearly states they are open. Would be nice if this was corrected, so it doesnt put people out.

I’ve only ever had one employee at this location that was unpleasant to work with, but for someone who goes to this location weekly, I almost always have a good experience. I will say you have to get their early on Monday to get the bagel deal and get bagel flavors you actually want. But that’s to be expected when it’s only 7 dollars for the bakers dozen. The drive through isn’t very fast but still worth it!

I usually like them more then star bucks, but i was disappointed this time.

Totally overpriced bagel and schmear with lox, but overall good for it being available in the south (retail chain) and not the East coast. You might want to add extra lox as it can seem thin.

Love Einstein bagels hate this location drive-thur! By far the worst wait times in a drve-thru. I will try the inside next time hoping its better. It didnt used to be this way what happened? The bagel I ordered was literally sitting there while the girls doing nothing there was no need for that wait.

I came in for the first time today and got a chocolate chip bagel and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. It was really good and I will definitely be back in the future. The staff was really friendly as well.

This was MY FAVORITE breakfast spot. Til I had my original florentine bagel with turkey sausage, cheese and one egg breakfast sandwich. The last two time I came here the florentine bagel has been very excessively oily.I did not notice til I have arrive at home. Will not stop coming here as of yet. But will try my other original breakfast sandwich again. The jalapeno bagel with all my fixes.

We went inside and even if their is signs everywhere saying that face masks are required, a couple went in, without a mask, cut in front of us, and none of the staff said anything. That’s not acceptable. It’s covid time.

I got the turkey sausage and cheddar sandwich on an asiago bagel. It was delicious and the employees were friendly and fast.

I witnessed a employee preparing a bagel lick her fingers twice and continue preparing a bagel. It was gross and mentioned it to the manager. I hope they are inspected for health violations.

Love their bagels. Especially love the bagel thins (same bagels cut down to reduce the carbs). Add a schemer of cream cheese and specialty coffee and it is heaven. Great service. They also have sandwiches and lots of other delicious goodies if my choices arent yours.

Really nice staff. Going through the drive thru was a breeze. This is a great place to stop and get the kids a quick breakfast or a treat. There are bagel and shmear flavor combinations to suit everyones preferences. You can even have them toasted (or not). The only downside is they do not offer gluten free bagels. :(

The service here has always been friendly and professional even when Ive seen the customers behaving badly. I love that the coffee refills are free as opposed to the place next door. The bagel sandwiches are great. My favorite is the pretzel bagel, or maybe the French toast bagel, or the green chili... If you like bagels this is a good place to go

Very fast drive thru- my first time here and I am very impressed. Woman who took my order was so helpful with recommendations. I ordered a coffee, a Farmhouse bagel sandwich, and a warm blueberry muffin. I absolutely loved all of it! Pricing isn’t terrible considering I could have spent all morning making these things myself at home dirtying up skillets and baking pans! I will definitely return. I would love to try some of their other sandwiches for sure :)

Went for A Bakers Dozen Monday for a mere 7 bucks! What s deal! It was lunchtime so I had to eat lunch, right? The Turkey, bacon, avocado on a cinamon raisin bagel toasted w/ tomato, lettuce and mayo was, unfortunarely, TOO BIG to finish! And then add the crunchy dill spear and potato salad! And iced green tea, oh, yes, a winner! And the staff- friendliness is the first requirement, I was told, to be able to work there!

I have been a huge fan of Einstein Bagels for a while. And was even more excited when this one went in near my house. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has plummeted recently. Im assuming its due to their inefficiency, but if theyre busy, my bagels are always barely warm hardly toasted which I know its a tactic to speed up the toaster. Half the time they dont have the bagels Im looking for. Theyre always running out. It just seems to be an absolutely horribly managed location. Unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting this location.

Went for their special that Monday- a Bakers Dozen for $7.00!! What a deal! And my free birthday breakfast bagel sandwich. What a staff! They treated you like you were a guest in their home, unlike some places that act like youre interrupting their day! They will look up any specials/ freebies you have coming by your phone number- just ask. Have a delicious day!
