Came in a couple weeks ago & got my hair cut Adrian the barber did a great job!!

I will only ever get my hair done here. Sometimes I have fun at home and do my own semi permanent temporary colors for fun, but when I need a hair cut or want to do something nice I will only go to this location of fantastic sams, Stephanie is an amazing manager all around, she has made me feel confident in getting my hair done by any one of her team member, she’s usually always right by their side if they have questions or need suggestions from her! My absolute favorite thing about this place is you can tell the staff is not afraid to ask their boss for help, she seems like she’s made everyone family and it’s such a good feeling as a customer the entire atmosphere is enjoyable I also bring my kids here too! I’ve had my hair done by lots of ladies through the years, all amazing! Yaya always stood out to me my 6 yr old absolutely loved getting his hair cut by her he says she’s so gentle with his hair. Izzy is lovely and makes you feel comfortable right away! And I can not say enough amazing things about Stephanie! If you’re ever looking for a place to get your hair done professionally, not feel judged if you get bored and mess with your hair at home but need a professional to clean up your mess, if you are looking for a salon that feels like home! Definitely give this location a chance!

Emma was my stylist and she was awesome! She squeezed me in as a walk in, did everything exactly as I asked her to. She was kind, friendly and sweet. I would highly recommend!!

I have had nothing but trouble getting my grandbabys hair cut since we moved here a year ago. Weve been to Sports Clips, Great Clips (2 different ones), and another place I cant remember. I went to the Great Clips across the street from this location and they said they dont know how to do mowhawks. What I think it is, they dont know how to blend mix kids hair. Its whatever. They were rude af so I didnt want their services anyways.I googled places near me, and I found Fantastic Sams. I called and spoke to Stephanie I believe. She was very reassuring I wouldnt be disappointed bc they have an actual barber in the salon who would take good care of him. So I went there. You can make an appointment or walk in. I didnt have to wait too long. Adrian (not sure if Im spelling his name right) is the barber, and he was very patient and understanding . He did an amazing job on my grandbabys hair. It was nice not having to tell a stylist one side was longer than the other, or they messed up his hair line, or his hair was not blended properly. Everyone there was so nice! I have finally found a barber.

This has been the second time Ive made an appointment with Emily and she couldnt keep the commitment. Another time I waited 30 mins for a simple cut and no one even said hello. Just stood around talking. I guess when the manager isnt there customer service goes away. Terrible way to treat a customer for more than 10 years.

Was not expecting a 5 minute hair cut. Wash was nice, but I came home and there was a chunk of hair that was 5 inches longer than the rest.

I am a regular with Mila, she does an amazing job and genuinely cares about her clients. She constantly goes above and beyond. The salon as a whole is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. A wonderful team and the great prices dont hurt either ;)

Mila was my stylist when I went in a few weeks ago and I SWEAR she worked a miracle on my hair. Got it cut about 5 inches, bangs and she did two toned colors for me. I know I went in asking for a lot and she delivered. Was absolutely satisfied. Can’t wait to go back 😊

They did not listen to me when I went in for a hair cut. He did want he wanted with in my request but was not what I wanted. I request my hair to be curly when I left the straightened my curly hair.

Isabella was great! Not only did she not make me feel bad for cutting my own hair and not doing the best of job (will I ever learn?), but she also gave me an extremely cute cut. Will definitely be back!

Have been to quite a few local places but none compare to this one. The girls really love their jobs here. They actually laugh and have fun. AND they do a great job and the prices are FANTASTIC! Stephanie is awesome & my go to but from what I’ve seen, you can’t go wrong with any of them.

I had such a great experience! Morgan was awesome! I came in totally expecting to cut off most of my hair due to damage but she was able to keep it long and cut only what needed to go. She put fantastic layers in my hair and was so sweet. Great place for a walk-in hair cut. I will definitely be back!

This place has a good vibe to it. They welcome you right when you come in and are super nice and professional. (Very nice for a walk in that had a woops cutting her own bangs and has school the next day). We will definitely be back.

Like any chain haircut salon this one depends upon who you get. You can request individual stylists and they vary in how much they know. This last time that we were there all four of us got haircuts and we had good experiences. The only issue we had was with the check which they could not break up as easily as they previously could with their previous software. I tried to give tips to the individual stylists and they couldnt break it up easily or quickly. We will go back though.

I was a walk-in tonight at Fantastic Sams after a long work day and no appointment. I was hoping for a color, highlights, and a cut... but figured I would have to schedule an appointment and come back. Shane Barreda welcomed me and I felt at home instantly. The team was all friendly and Shane surprised me by saying if I had a couple of hours...he would take me then!! Shane was so professional and gave me ideas for color and shape of my cut! Shane worked so professionally but yet ...made me feel like family. My hair turned out amazing...beyond what I could have imagined!! Love this place! If your a guy definetly make an appointment because this is obviously the place women are going to get their hair colored! Without an appointment you might have to wait a little till they finish coloring hair. Stylist are awesome and very fast which is great when you dont want to sit in a salon all day. I came in the see Isabella for a dramatic haircut. I hadnt cut length off my hair in over 10 years, it was quite long and I loved it. But I had a baby recently and needed something mom friendly and had finally gotten up the nerve to make a change. I was terrified and Isabella did AMAZING. She took her time and looked at my hair from every possible angle to make sure it was exactly what I wanted which eased my anxious nerves. Ill definitely be going back to see Isabella!

This place has an great atmosphere and super sweet staff. All these bad reviews are from a year or more ago and they have different people there. Wont go anywhere else.

Fantastic Sams is where I feel like I get treated like an individual not a number. My stylist, Mila Ivovic, has done incredible work on my hair, so much so that Ive refered my friends. My stylist goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.

Bailey Bernal has cut my hair and trimmed my beard about 2 times and did a fantastic job. My barber even complimented her,my head is not the easiest to cut blend. Whenever I am in Mansfield thats where Im going!!

Made an appt with Amanda for 3:30. Got there at 3:20. She was finishing up a root job. When she finished, she went in the back for a while. Then she back to the front, checked out a client, gave advice to a client about bleaching her hair and proceeded to the back again. At 3:46, I walked out. I dont know who she thought she was, but she didnt impress me in the least. Ive been going to this location about 5 years - saw Rory and Melissa during that time. Im hoping the manager will read this, as theyve lost a customer for good. And I sure wont refer anyone else to them either. This was the only place close to me that did perms but Ill find somewhere else to go now. BTW, I ended up at SuperCuts, around the corner, and got a haircut and was back home by 4:30. So now Ive found a new place to go!!

If you come here say two hours prior to closing and want to dye your hair all over, don’t. They want you to do highlights bc it’s less time consuming and will try to guise you into doing that under the premise that it’s so much cheaper. They will make a very concerted effort to talk you out of what you want done to hair that you’re spending your money on so that they can get out at 7. Rude and terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job hours find a place to work where the hours don’t bother you.Update: I wasn’t happy with the way my hair turned out initially. I went back to have them fix it and Stephanie is the best. She a is a great representation of professionalism and took great care of my hair and listened to what I wanted and did not rush me once. Thank you Stephanie!!

I have visited the Burleson and Granbury locations and am pleased to have received phenomenal customer service and an excellent haircut at this location as well. Great company.I later brought my mother in for a haircut, perm and style and i have never seen her smile so big the girls treated her like a queen.

Amanda is fabulous... She knows more than most operators... I have thyroid issues which effects the dryness of my hair and the needs for perms. Shes spot on.

My wife normally gets her haircut here so I decided to give them a try. I get a zero fade and am very particular with it, the stylist went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it, 5 star quality.

I cant believe this company would have such an incompetent hair stylist! I told the her I wanted a mild trim. She began cutting and was going so fast she was literally pulling my hair and yanking my head from side to side. She cut it short and BUTCHERED my hair! If you go be sure to NOT get the African American lady who works there!

Never going back, I had my beard trimmed and colored, they had all color on my face and they ripped my skin off to remove the color from my face. Horrible experience. Wasted time money and have to suffer the burns on my skin when trying to remove the color from my face.

Okay, the lady did a good job shaping my sons mop on his head but then after she finished she blew dry his hair, which took LITERALLY 30 seconds and charged $7 bucks for it! Total was $24 for a young boys hair cut... ridiculous. If I had know that my wife had paid for that I would have demanded the money be refunded IMMEDIATELY. $7 for blow drying hair for half a minute is highway robbery. Will not be coming back her EVER, there are PLENTY of places to cut hair.

Dont go there. Made an appointment for the Monday special a week ahead of time and then when I got there I was told they dont do that any more. Charged me the full price, didnt get the toner I asked for and manager, who did my hair, got huffy when I could not afford a large tip. The next week I called to just see if they still did the Monday Special, was told yes would I like to make an appointment. 👎

I had a most unfortunate change of mind about this salon. I came in for the second time, after suffering a heart attack to get a hair cut for I was schedule for heart surgery and wanted my hair short. I came in and Stephanie was doing her own hair and makeup at the salon, she seemed to be upset, I tried to make small talk but she wanted to get to business and began telling me what she thought I wanted; I stopped her and said: no, just a hair cut she made a face and commenced to wet my hair, it took her less than 10 minutes and charged me for a shampoo, and hair cut $25.00 I went home and washed my hair, and my husband said: you have chunck of hair that are longer than others, I looked and sure enough my hair was uneven with long flaps on the side of my head, I called to let her know and she hunged up, I called back and told her she was unprofessional and went to Avante, where they cut and layered my hair and I videotaped the procedure and had the hair dresser make comments on what was wrong. I called Fantastic Sams asking for the $25.00 and was told : FAT CHANCE Mary the owner is so cheap she rather get sued. I went in hospital had stents and pace maker put in and when I called back about getting my money back, because I had paid to have it fixed after Stephanies fiasco I was told by at least 3 people at the salon: we dont know anything about it. Ive tried to reach out to the owner, and no success. Now I will let my lawyer handle it. They are going to pay a lot more than $ 25.00, Mary Welch got in my messenger acct without consent and I feel this people will do just about anything instead of returning the money. How sad that a place of business in my neighborhood would not reach out and make it better, so as to keep a client. Stephanie is from California is covered in tattoos and has a nasty attitude, just letting the public know my experience at: FANTASTIC SAMS, IT WAS TERRIBLE.

Ask for Shane. If Shane isnt working just let it grow out a little longer! (The other stylists are great too)

Very disappointed been going here for a couple of years till this new stylist named maria botched my haircut and dident even listen to what i was asking for I asked for a high fade with a 1 on the side.(ive been getting the same haircut for a while now) She told me that my hair cant have that because its not that style and she seemed as if she wasent trained right because she cut the side of my hair with scissors and it was very uneven and looked embarrassing then instead or spraying my hair with water to thin it out she used hair gel to clump it together and cut it very dissatisfied here and will not be returning i almost wanted to cut all my hair off it looked that bad.

My son had a haircut with Laryn. She didn’t brush off the hairs that fell off his shoulder, face and neck! Hair was still very wet when we were paying so we thought cut was good until we arrived home and dried the hair. Laryn missed some spots and hair cut in the back is so uneven. I wish I could post a photo here. I am not recommending Laryn at all and she does not act as friendly as the rest of the crew.

Do NOT go to Fantastic Sams in Mansfield. They have HORRIBLE customer service & the stylists are inexperienced. Their stylists mess up haircuts so bad that the shop manager has to fix other stylists mess up. The shop manager, Jessica, doesnt keep her appointments or give a courtesy call to cancel the appointment despite the appointment being scheduled a month in advance & its written in the paper calendar. Very poor quality in all areas of this Fantastic Sams. The owners are ignorant to having quality service at their shop & they simply dont care. Avoid the stress & headache of their poor service. They are HORRIBLE, dont let them touch your hair.
