I went here to lighten my hair, my hair was in horrible shape but they STILL made it happen, the stylist somehow was able to lift my dark brown hair to blonde with no damage or any hair falling out at all, she cut it too & used good shampoo on it! And then she finished it up by curling it too for free ! I was nervous to do this because I’ve done the same thing somewhere else and half of my hair fell out and looked like ramen noodles . I bought the same shampoo she used on my hair and have been using it, and this is the most beautifulest my hair has EVER been! 💕 they’re amazing

Took my daughter for a corrective hair cut, she cut her own hair and we needed it fixed. The woman completely buchered her hair! It looked better before they fixed it.

I went to get my hair cut as a walk-in. The woman informed me that the cost would be $32.00. I purchased two hair products and she charged me over $91.00. I asked TWICE for her to tell me the cost of each item. The other items were about $25.00 combined. I asked her what the additional charge was and she told me its up to the stylist if they want to charge extra to Blow dry your hair. What!? Really!? She charged me $64.00 to cut, dry and style my hair? No way would I ever go back there. Had my hair done by someone else several months ago and the total charge was $22.00. This woman was NOT worth triple that!

Ive went here twice to get my hair cut and both times ended up paying to have my hair butchered. Even though the staff that work here dont seem to know what theyre doing they do seem friendly.

This place is not well cleaned. I saw mice. Not living mice, but eggs. MICE eggs.

I just got the worst haircut and style of my life. I literally have a bald spot on one side of my head. Will never go back again.
