Everyone at Suburban RV was amazing, friendly, and helpful! We ordered the same camper at another dealership closer to home, waited several weeks only to be told it would be even longer than originally promised. Called Suburban, they had our camper on the lot and within a week we were able to make the trip and pick it up! They did great working with us, answering our endless amount of questions and calls. When we got there to pick it up they welcomed us in, gave us a full, detailed run down on how everything worked. We were missing some parts for our hitch, and they had the parts in stock and were so helpful in installing everything! I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the dealership we choose! We did drive 6hrs but it was well worth it! Not to mention they were a couple thousand $$ lower on the sales prices than anyone else in a 4 state search. Great people! Will definitely recommend them!!

We cant say enough about the way we were treated by Tom and Ellen. The buying experience was pleasant and Jeff the tech bends over backwards to make sure everything is perfect. Service work was a breeze also. No six week wait for service. Small dealerships are the way to go if you want to be treated like more than a number!

We had a great experience. Tom stayed open late on a Saturday to show us around and help us find the exact camper we were looking for. Financing was a breeze. They also stayed open 2 extra hours on a weekday so we could finalize paperwork and pick up our new camper. Even though we were there past closing they still spent over an hour showing us every inch of the camper and answering every question we could think of. Tom also noticed a tiny bit of chrome peeled off one of our wheels so he ordered a new one free of charge - I would have never even noticed it. But thats how honest they are. Suburban was thousands cheaper than every other dealer around and thats why we went there. But with the great service, I would have paid more. I recommend suburban to anyone .

I bought a new camper from Tom and was extremely impressed by the service over the phone and during delivery. They absolutely had the best prices so I was wondering what was the catch, but there was none. I traveled from Tennessee to buy the camper so I was nervous, but they made me feel comfortable by sending me pics of the exact one I was going to be getting. When we arrived they took the time to go over every detail of how to work the camper, winterize it, and care and maintenance, instead of just giving us the keys and saying thanks. I highly recommend purchasing from them. They are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with.

Finalized the purchase of a new 2018 Rockwood Mini Lite today. Suburban is a great family owned RV center. Tom and Ellen are very helpful and not pushy at all, wanting to make sure your purchase and needs are well taken care of. I would not hesitate recommending them to my friends and family. The review stating that they don’t have financing is far from the truth. I had no issues getting financing and think it may have been more of an individual situation rather than something to do with Suburban.

I bought a new 2019 Rockwood Geo Pro 19fbs from Suburban RV. Our 1st ever trip with this (or any) RV was 3,100 miles over 9 states. We ran into some issues with the solar/batteries/inverter. We took it to Suburban to get some things corrected. Although there were some minor things wrong (a window shade, drawer, etc.) the large majority of what I thought were issues, were really user error...me being an RV rookie. When I first called to tell them about the problems, everyone I talked to assured me that everything would be taken care of. The people at Suburban are extremely nice and professional...even when they explained to me that the electrical systems were working as they should.Thank you for being professional and having great customer service, which is a rarity these days.I highly recommend Suburban RV!
