Stay away from this place!!! If you have money and time to waste then this is the place. Went in for a wheel alignment and i had to make a U turn and go RIGHT BACK. My steering wheel was out of alignment as well as my alignment was in worst shape than when I came. The manager Paul Scott was not of any help at all. They tried to blame it on something pre existing and I explained to him it wasnt driving that way before I came in. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY

I dont know why it seems all Firestones have such poor service. I have to go to Firestone to get maintenance on my van due to it being a fleet vehicle for my employer. Ive been to several locations, and made appointments ahead of time. I always get poor service and the vehicle is never ready on time. Today was the first day Ive been to this particular location. I was working on a construction site nearby and I needed an oil change on my company vehicle. I called the day before and asked if I were to drop off the vehicle as soon as they opened, if it would be ready before I got off work. I needed it to get back home. I was told that it would be no problem and that they could do it quickly. This morning, when I showed up, I told them that I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I also told them that the last time I went to a different location that they left the tires too low on air.It took them 11 hours to complete the work. I had to call them twice to check on the vehicle since I didnt hear from them while at work.The first time I called (at 3:35pm), I was told there was 3 cars in front of me (even though I showed up as soon as they opened at 7AM) and that it would be done in an hour. I called again at 5:00 PM to check on the vehicle and was told they would be done in 45 minutes.I had to get a coworker to drive me there in case I couldnt drive back home. We arrived at 6PM and they did call me as we were pulling into the parking lot to tell me the vehicle was ready.When I left, the tire sensor light was on. All tires were at completely different PSI and both rear tired were 20 PSI under what they should be. I am very frustrated because this keeps happening to me and Im forced to use firestone due to my employer. I told my employer today that I no longer want to take our vehicles there and they agreed that the service has been absolutely ridiculous. We are now looking into other companies to use for our fleet vehicles.I hate leaving bad reviews, but after so many bad interactions with firestone over the years, Im just done. I would rather go somewhere else and pay for maintenance myself than waste my time with this company and the poor service that each location gives us almost every single time.

Much better overall experience. Speedy service, friendly technicians and quality work. A little on the high side when it comes to price but labor is expensive anywhere you go.

**Updated Review 10/24/2021** - Unfortunately, the situation with Firestone has gotten worse as, in my opinion, they have engaged in fraud when recommending repairs. The first time I scheduled an appointment to perform recommended repairs, when I showed up, I was told they couldnt do the work I requested and they approved (See original review below). My mistake was showing up a 2nd time to have the same work performed. This time, while they seemingly performed the work they recommended, they doubled the fee from what was in their proposal. The proposal quoted a price of $353.99. Firestone then tried to charge me $682.49 for the same work quoted in the proposal. Initially, Firestone tried to come up with some excuse to justify the doubling of the rate. Then, they offered me some meaningless $100 discount. I objected because they gave me a quote for work they said was necessary. I approved that work. You dont get to go back and double the fee afterwards. After complaining and threatening not to pay anything and walk out with my truck, they finally reduced the bill to what was in the proposal. Heres the worst part. When I got in my truck to leave, the check engine light was still on. (Did they notice it was still on when they called me to tell me my truck was ready?) I went back in to let them know and sure enough, the fraud continued. This time, they told me additional work was required. So, it appears the initial work they proposed was unnecessary and now they want to charge me for additional work. This is 100% a scam, fraud, and should not be tolerated. We all worry about whether mechanics are being honest. I have been going to this same Firestone for 16 years. Now, I have to wonder, how much have they stolen from me over the years. I will never go back to this place and I encourage all others to consider whether they want to deal with a company who knowingly engages in fraud and tries to steal money from their unknowing customers.I emailed Firestone through the app to schedule a repair recommended by their technician. I even referenced the order # such that they could see their recommendation. The request was processed and a couple hours later, Firestone emailed me to confirm the appointment. When I got to the store this morning, I was told they couldnt perform their recommended repair today but could do it on Monday. Why the heck did you review and approve the repair for this morning if it couldnt be performed until Monday?? I have been going to this Firestone for 15 years - ever since I moved to Mansfield. Unfortunately, this kind of disregard for the customer and my time leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I will not be back

So after 3 days and some confusing employees I finally got my truck back. Went in to get the emergency brake cable adjusted {$30 supposedly} ended up getting a new tensioner pulley and serpentine belt too. So I got everything fixed and was happy until I got home and realized I got charged an extra $30 diagnostic fee along with the brake adjustment. When I dropped it off I pointed out the brake issues and the squeaky pulley so what was there to diagnose? Why wasnt the charge mentioned on one of the several phone calls? Very unprofessional to leave that out.

Had an appointment at 10am for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t receive a call all day so when I returned around 4pm my car was still in the same spot I left it in. I will not be returning. There’s no reason it should take more than 6 hours! What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s going to take all day!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Kept vehicle for 2 weeks because they wanted to play phone tag with parts supplier on part needed to fix vehicle. Vehicle was vandalized while at this location and MGMT has yet to contact me to tell me if they found anything on video. Escalated to area manager and havnt heard back from him as well. Their courtesy check is a joke. Just discovered that truck is missing a bolt for caliper so not sure what to make of that. I will never bring my car back to Firestone

They were able to do an alignment on my Ram 3500 dually with a long 8 bed. Plus the alignment includes 1 year of re-alignment. Plus cheaper then others too.

I dropped my f250 off yesterday at approximately 10 am to get my emergency brake cable tightened and a safety inspection. I got a call last night saying the inspection was complete and off I could leave it over nighty they worked do the alignment in the morning. It is now almost 5pm and they close at 6. Where is my truck, why is it next in line? Why wasnt it first in line this morning? I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt

CUSTOMER FRUAD DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!Made an appointment today to have an oil change and a state inspection done on my truck. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told it was gonna take AN HOUR to have it done and was offered to leave and I would get a call when the truck was done. After an hour I received a phone call to and was told my vehicle would fail the inspection due my license plate light not working. they offered to replace the bulbs but i declined ( not gonna pay 20 plus dollars to replace a $5 bulb). i picked up my truck and went straight to Auto Zone to get replacements bulbs. the Auto Zone tech put in the new bulbs and the lights were still not working. we looked under the hood and the cover to my fuse box was opened ( which is not part of an inspection process). after making sure no fuse was missing or blown, the Auto Zone looked at the wiring harness and noticed the grounding wires had been disconnected. After grounding them out the original lights worked just fine. I immediately went back to firestone and asked to speak to the manager . Mr. PAUL SCOTT from the fort worth location who was the Manager immediately denied any wrong doing and said that there is no way the fuse box would be messed with and even denied the ground was disconnected!!! After he realized i know more that the average customer and he was caught in this fraud attempt he said he would have tech re attach the ground and he would re-work my inspection paperwork and pass the vehicle. all while some of the technicians were laughing and stating WELL WE DIDNT FOOL THIS ONE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

Firestone Complete Auto Care provided exceptional service in evaluating my sons car following an accident. The car sustained significant damage, and I took it to them to evaluate the extent of repairs. They looked at it on Saturday and called that afternoon to let me know that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the car. I went to pick up the car knowing that it would be sold for scrap. When I asked what I owed for their diagnostic work, they told me there was no charge and to remember them the next time I needed work done. I certainly will. They spent several hours looking at a car that would ultimately not result in a single repair for which they would be paid. I would have been happy to pay them for their time and the information but they wouldnt hear of it. The way they handled this situation has certainly made a return customer out of me. It is great to be treated so well. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Very nice and super quick! They have my vehicle an oil change and found it needed new tires! No pressure but tires were under warranty so they changed the and quick like! I was back on the road in no time! 🚙🛣️

Arrived for my appointment at 4pm at 355 left at 645... I got an oil change tire rotation air cabin replacement and state inspection. I guess thats two hours and 45 minutes of work. Funny thing is they rolled my truck back at 545 so essentially it sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes for no apparent reason. They gave me a free oil change... on my NEXT visit though.

Very disappointed with the service and attitude. Ive been going to this location since 2017, but yesterday was my last time. I dropped my car off at 9:30-10am to get an oil change, state inspection, and alignment. Victoria told me theyre busy and it would be a COUPLE hours. I said no problem, I have a errands to run while I wait. I call at 2:30pm to see how much longer, they said roughly about an hour more. Of course I wait, I call and hour later so its now 3:30pm to ask for an update, they said it would be about 45 minutes until they took it back! My car sat there for the majority of the day and never even was serviced. I went to pick up my car and not even an apology or a word was said besides asking what I needed. I asked for my keys and walked away. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Poorly trained employees asked to do an alignment come back clock spring broken and alignment is not done correctly file a claim I’m told it’s impossible to do that and denied. don’t go here go to a local family owned business your better off they probably actually know what they’re doing and aren’t letting the guy who just got out of training yesterday work on your car poor excuse for a company and standards. will not be going back

Very busy, yet dropped truck off yesterday and last night was called and said it be ready in the morning, its now almost 5 the next day and truck still isnt ready. Ugh....

Bought a lifetime alignment a month ago thinking if I ever needed it again it would pay for its self. WRONG the first time the didnt reset my SAS (for the steering wheel) when I took it back a few days later saying it was still pulling I told them to resest my SAS as they clearly didnt think to (even though most modern cars have memory steering.) They took it in did it all and my alignment still WASNT correct! This time I went in to tell them that this is the 3rd time and I needed it fixed now. Got a call a hour or so later and they said that the bushing was tack welded on (which was false and I know for a fact it wasnt as I have a lift) and that it was gonna be $500 for a FALSE repair. Luckily I know the tricks these places do and I always mod my car and repair my own issues. Cant believe a business tried this and they didnt even touch my alignment! Worst experience every reporting to the BBB!

Making an appointment for wheel balance and tire rotation is USELESS. Not being followed. My appointment would be at 7 am sharp. But they fix the car at 8:20. Its a long wait.

Ridiculous wait time took 4 hours plus after telling me a hour and half 2 hours max. Dont recommend decided to do my spare myself instead of waiting even longer

Come here for oil changes and several times now they want to charge different prices for the change. I even use their coupon they send to me to come do it and still try to rip me off. Will not be back again and should have learned the first time they tried charging extra for no reason at all. If you want to get ripped off come here!

1 star only so I can leave a review. I have brought my company truck here twice. First for new tires, a fresh alignment and an oil change. I scheduled it in advance for first thing in the morning, it took them 5 hours to do that, the truck sat for an hour before they touched it. The alignment wasn’t that great, my steering wheel is more cockeyed than before they had it. Few weeks later I need another oil change, tire rotation and I found a broke lug. Took it here to have the work done 7hours later I have received an oil change but no tire rotation or a new lug like I had asked for. This is by far the worst auto care place to go.

Unethical at best. i brought my vehicle in to fix the 1 part that was squeeking that I personally didnt have the tool to fix and they tried to tell me 5 of 7 parts that were installed in less than the previous year were bad and the cause of the sound. they are clearly trying to hustle people out of their money if they are not wise enough to know better. do not trust them

May 24, 2019. Poor customer service. Refused service by manager (Paul Scott) because they would be closing in 15 minutes. My car battery died as I was driving. Managed to make it 4.6 miles before it completely died. Radio stopped working, power steering stopped working, air conditioner stopped working. You get the picture. I made it at 6:38 and explained to one of the techs walking by that my car was about to died that everything pretty much has stopped functioning and that I needed a battery. He told me they would be closing in 15 minutes and I could park and leave my car here and they would tend to it in the morning. I said Im here now and you are still open. I will be stranded. He said Ill talk to my manager. He came back and said the manager said no, it was too close to closing (at this point its 6:45) I asked him again to talk to his manager because I lived too far to make it home that if I turn off the ignition that it would completely die. He said sorry we cant help you besides we dont know if we have the battery you need. I was stunned!!! I insisted that he go and check since they were still open and working on other cars. Two minutes later he said maam we cant help you today. Sorry! And walked away. Im still here as we speak, car dead, stranded and they are still working on other cars. I have never been treated so poorly in my 51 years. I am new to this area and I will NEVER do business with Firestone again... especially this location in Mansfield off 287. The address is 1698 Highway 287 N Mansfield TX. Complete unprofessional garbage.Mansfield, TX 76063. I will be call their Corporate office on Tuesday as Monday is a Holiday.United States. By the way, if I could have given 0 stars I would have. 1 star is too high for this place.

They charged me $100 for a diagnostic fee which is fine, but they didn’t even find anything wrong with the car. It also won’t come out of the final cost of my should I choose to get it fixed here in the future- since there’s something still wrong.

Be carefull with this place. I went to get some NEW tires installed and they added road hazard insurance on my final bill without even discussing it with me. Even worst, after I went back the next day, the sales representative refused to cancel it because he said I was given a promotional discount (typical sales tactics). They have unethical ways of doing business. Look at the invoice carefully before giving them authorization to do any work.

I havent even used this place. However, I have dropped my brother off here 3 times to get his truck that was supposedly fixed. Now for the third straight time, I am taking him BACK HOME because the same problem that they have said was fixed THREE TIMES NOW IS STILL NOT FIXED! Great experience!! The guys that work there are very honest!! Was told before my car was looked at of a service that i might need that was more than $500. To my surprise they called 2hrs later and told me i was in good shape and didnt need the service after all. I was so thankful for the amazing customer service i received and the time they took explaining my options to me. Roy is the one that helped us and was very kind and attentive from start to finish!! Highly recommend!!

Bought a set a tires from there because they had a better price I had to take my car in to get my tire repaired and rotated the did the rotation but not the repair and they don’t store any information about what they had to do to fix it they just want to try and sell you on additional services why would I trust you to do anything else to my vehicle if you can’t even take care of the issue I brought it in for Oh and I talked to some guy name Paul he’s completely worthless i don’t even know why he has a job there like talking to a rock

Took my 2001 ranger for oil change.left whith oil on hood, door .seats, steering wheel.oh well i guess i will start using some place else.

I came to this location strictly out of convenience, but I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this location to anyone.I came by on 2/18 because my right rear tire was almost completely flat. I dropped it off and returned to work because I work nearby. I receive a phone call later and they recommended an air filter change. First of all, what does that have to do with my flat tire? So, I ask, what will the tire repair cost me? I was told it would be no charge. Great, go ahead and do the filter change and a tire rotation since I won’t have to buy a new tire.I receive another call a few hours later. I was told the tire wasn’t repairable and it would be $265 to replace, but it wouldn’t be here until the following day. Fine, go ahead and order it. Later on I thought to ask if they were ordering the Same tire brand with the matching tread pattern, of course they were not doing that. I then asked them to order my exact same tire. I was pleased to find out that my requested tire was $50 less expensive, however still wasn’t going to be here until the following day.2/19: I received a call to notify me that my car is ready. I inspect my car before I even stepped into the location today and now my right front tire is flat. I told them that there is still an issue and they are working on it now. She said it’s the new tire that is leaking and they just have to re-seat the tire because the leak is at the bead.I strongly believe that when they rotated my tires they replaced the incorrect tire and disposed of one of my good tires.Time will tell. This is my first and last experience here.

Left me stranded for two days in a row constantly putting me off.either ignored or didnt find the additional problem that I knew was there.charge me over $150 more than what they quoted I told him what I wanted to replace and they did a test on it anyway charge you $70 to doing it. If I werent stranded out of town I wouldnt have used them to begin with. I am my own mechanic. Top of everything else my radio wasTune into some gangster station.

You must be willing to wait more than 2 hrs for any service. This shop has been extremely busy every time I have attempted to use them. They rarely meet there own estimated completion time. They prefer drop off customers only but even then you can expect them to hold your vehicle for a full day or more.

Great service, knowledgeable techs and wonderful experience!!! Will not go to any other Firestone location.The Tech specifically, that dealt with my alignment was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & listened to my needs as well as knew what he was looking at. I had a bad experience at a different location with the tech so it was good to be at a location where people know what they are doing. The staff inside were also very helpful and worked to make sure I was happy not only with the service they provide but with the experience that I had. This is a great location and will not go to any other going forward.

I called and you have the store manager or someone answering a phone claim in there the store manager I ask for help with their free brake inspection I asked to set up an appointment they want me to leave my vehicle for a whole day when Ive explained to the gentleman does claiming hes a store manager about leaving my car I have told them over and over again that I cannot leave my vehicle so what the employee wants to do at this location is put me on hold keep on picking up the line to see if Ive hung up the phone to try to keep me on hold long enough so I will hang up the phone so I call her address to manager and he claims that its accidents Im not understanding how that can be an accident when you do it three to four times in a row this is very professional the manager at this location needs to learn some ethics I let them know that Im going to be calling corporate and the individual on the phone tells me he doesnt care if I call corporate or not the customer service at this location is horrible and their customer service did not consist of the needs and matters of customers this should really be addressed and I would like someone in upper management to give me a call or respond to my review to have no concern for a customer or the customers needs is ridiculous very poor sorry customer service what is the point of scheduling an appointment and your appointment consist of you waiting for 3 hours it seems like to me they need some new management at this location

I literally walked in at 5:10pm told Mr. Rob I really need a oil change but have to pick up my son whose about 7 min away by 6pm.... He said well get you out by then and here it is 5:31pm and my car is done. Both of my cars are serviced here. Great customer service!!! Firestone is one of my go to places when I need simple car maintenance done, anything from new tires to oil changes. They are very competitive on there prices and will price match there competitors. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Helpful staff. I had my daughters car in and they saw a tire that needed attention. He called and took care of it for us. Things like that make a huge difference...this person cared.

They give you definitive times on completion of simple oil changes and tire rotation, yet have never been good on their word. Taking it elsewhere next time. Its always one more car ahead of you, itll be done in an hour. Be good for your word, if you cant then tell your customer that you cant give them a time! Four hours for an oil change and rotation is way beyond ridiculous!

Rob & Paul are definitely men of their word. Great service, they will explain what repairs are need and why. They are very aware of how valuable your time is and will make every effort to exceed your expectations....I would recommend this Firestone to anyone. However, I did feel sorry for the gentleman after me that had to deal with a young woman behind the counter. She was obviously annoyed when the customer asked to go to his car to get his phone charger....This was after he had tried to get her attention 3 times. When he first tried to get her attention I noticed she was sitting in an office playing or texting on her phone. She pretty much stayed in that office playing with her phone most of the time I was there for my repair. So a word to the wise...ask for Rob or Paul!

Usually have great service here but today I made an appointment a day in advance. Dropped off my truck at 10 am. Told me it would be ready early afternoon. Called at 4 guy told me it would be ready in an hour. Drive to pick up and they haven’t even finished tires and still needs alignment. They have had my truck 7 hours and couldn’t get 4 tires and alignment done? Spoke with manager(African American guy). He basically didn’t care at all and tells me “sir we work on more than just your vehicle”. Very rude and unprofessional. So they lied and wasted my time. Also to mention I spent almost $1500. The workers here seem to be knowledgeable and helpful and polite but this manager sucks and needs some training in customer service.

Got in at last min with no problem. Got my alignment dont ASAP on a Sunday. Great people trying to help. I also wanted to get pricing for 40s tires for my truck, but they didnt carry them. Still tried very hard looking on the computer at other places

These people were specifically told to replace fluids after they told me I was losing fluids. There was no indication whatsoever i.e. pools of fluid under the car or engine light indicating there was a problem prior to taking my car there to be inspected. Last night my engine light came on. I checked this morning and radiator fluid was very low and my brake fluid was very low. Again, there was no indication I was leaking any fluid prior to taking my car to their facility. IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, CHECK THEIR WORK YOURSELF. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! These b@$t@rd $ will rip you off. I went because my car was making a bad screeching noise and because it was also leaking oil. Being a very long time customer of theirs I took it here to have it looked at. Well I only always been here to have my tires changed. Anyways they told me the screeching was the drive train and the oil leak had to do with the gasket. They estimated me 3082.00. I paid for them to check out the issues with my car even donated a dollar to a charity they were running. A few days later I came to have the actual repairs done. That same morning I dropped it off they called me two different times because they keep finding more things wrong with it. I kinda expected that because I was using a coupon. They managed to get their money back. My price then jumps to 3200.00. Two days later after picking the car back up I hear the screeching sound AGAIN only its worse! I take it back and this place is giving me the run around and not only that they make me feel like I dont know what Im talking about. I pull out the first invoice they gave me. It stated right there the reasons I had taken my car. The only thing they suggest is I come back to have my car looked at no charge and then speak with the manager to work out some payment arrangement for more repairs. As if the 3200.00 was not enough!!! I basically paid for parts and labor my car did not need. To this day I wonder if they really fixed my oil leak. Will find out today when I get my car inspection. Terrible customer service, horrible car repairs, and total ripoff.

What should have taken 1-1 1/2 hours to complete wound up taking well over 3 1/2 hours because, “your truck takes a special kind of transmission fluid that we did not have in stock.” If you’ve known for several days what kind of vehicle you’d be servicing, YOU MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT THE APPOINTED TIME!!! They wasted my time, which is a huge pet peeve. If you do not respect your customers time, you do not respect your customers.

I went into Firestone in Mansfield for a pre-sale inspection on a vehicle. The guys seemed nice enough but gave me a sheet showing it needed almost $1,700 in recommended services. This didnt seem right to me because this Honda seemed so nice! I decided to take the vehicle along with the estimate to another shop to get a second opinion. When the next shop looked at the vehicle and the estimate he immediately called the rest of the guys over to take a look at what I was showing him. They all got a good chuckle. They told me this car was fine and ABSOLUTLEY did NOT need any of the recommended services that Firestone had recommended. He let me know they are known around here for using scare tactics to take advantage of those who know little about cars. He then went on to call Firestone for me. Firestone acknowledged it didnt need any of these repairs but at some point in the future it may... could be a year or even 2 years before it would be needed! Please think twice before taking your car to Firestone Mansfield. They are not mechanics but instead commissioned salesman who will try to scare you into unneeded repairs.

Id give this location 0 stars if I could. I made a 7am appointment to have brake pads replaced. No lie, it took them 4 hours to even look at them, and an additional 4 hours to actually replace them. So whats the point of making an appointment and getting it up there first thing, if they put every walk-in in front of you?? A complete waste of a day, absolutely ridiculous for such a trivial job. Not to mention they tried to charge me for rotors as well, which I did not authorize. Had I not questioned it before they did the work, I probably would have been stuck with $100+ extra work that I didnt want. And theres also the usual shtick of your cabin air filter needs to be replaced (its 2 months old) and your battery needs to be replaced (battery is 2 weeks old). UNTRUSTWORTHY. If you dont know enough about basic car parts in order to question their recommendations orto understand what they are charging you for, avoid this place at all costs.

On Tuesday July 15th I contacted this location to have the radiator replaced on our SUV. I spoke with a young lady who quoted me between $685-900. My spouse brought the vehicle here for repair and was told the cost would be $ 1100 for the same exact work I was quoted over the phone. We have been faithful customers of Firestone mainly the Mansfield location. My spouse took the vehicle to another Firestone location and the repairs with parts and labor was no where near the telephone and face to face quotes we received.

Took my car to their shop at 7:30am on Saturday. Called them at 10:30 to ask the status and they said they were just about to pull the car in to take a look at it. Called at 1p to ask the status and they said they just pulled it in to the stall to examine it. Called at 2p to ask what they found and they said they were about to look at it. Finally at 4:30 in the afternoon, thats right... 9 hours later... they called me back and told me the drive shaft needed to be replaced.The next week I took the car back to them this weekend to ask them to take another look at. Again they verified that it was definitely the drive shaft but that they couldnt find the part.At this point I took the car to two different mechanics, one of which was the Toyota dealer who fixed it, and they informed me that there is exactly nothing wrong with the drive shaft. It was the right rear axle.If you decide to use this location, please please please get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust.

They put my spare back under my truck after changing a tire. The tech seemed very inexperienced. I should have double checked his work because a week later it fell off and i ran over it with my trailer at highway speed. Almost crashed me and did damage to trailer and who knows what carnage happened behind me. I didnt know what happened or what I ran over till later that day when I was inspecting damage and saw it had fallen off. Now Im out a tire and wheel as well as the damage it did to trailer. I just hope it didnt hurt or kill anyone behind me.

This place is fine for tires and alignments they do a great job the place is clean and they are knowledgeable. However if you want anything more than that, like troubleshooting parts or problems with the car you might as well go to the dealer These Guys charge $125 per hour which is the same as what the dealer charges on top of that they may or may not be able to fix your car but they will still charge you for the four hours or whatever time it took of Diagnostics just to tell you that they cant fix it and to take it to the dealer. I also think that the dealer who is likely to be more familiar with your vehicle will end up spending less time diagnosing a problem then they will thereby saving you money

It took far too long for them to replace tires after scheduling an appointment. Also, they recommended we have our wheels be aligned and it actually got worse once we drove off. Btw that was an upwards of 75.00. We ended up taking the truck right back for them to correct, but ultimately the whole experience took approximately 4 hours out of my schedule.

I tried to get my car and get my tires done but they were not going to be able to do it until the next day. I even asked if I left it overnight would I be able to get it in first thing they said they couldnt guarantee that. I look to set an appointment and asked if I put my appointment in would it be guaranteed to be out within an hour or two of that time and then again they could not guarantee this. I got a quote on the tires which was fair and it turned out was able to be used by another site. I had purchased lifetime alignment with them at this time and when I was checking about the tires they said when you purchase new tires you dont need to do an alignment. That is a untrue statement as I know that anytime you replace tires you should check the alignment because the alignment could always be out regardless of the new tires. You might want to watch what they tell you and you better know something about your car before just taking their word for it right now. It seems there may have been turnover in theyre help because in previous times I have used them they have done very well. However I may have to go elsewhere for a

Too bad zero stars isnt an option. Ive been a customer since this location opened but I will not be back. Their customer service has been terrible for the last couple of years. Theyre always trying to sell me services that arent needed. However, today was the final straw. I took my wifes vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When picking it up, they tried to sell me a fuel system service on a one year old vehicle. Then I had to check to make sure they put my wheel lock key back in the car, which they didnt, and required me to walk back into the office. On the way home, my wife calls to let me know she had to pull over because they didnt close her hood properly.Avoid these clowns at all costs! They will never get any more business from me.

I have taken my foxbody to this location for years and also my silverado. The customer service has seemed to drop a bit lately but overall their customer service has been great. The prices are a little higher than others but the fact that they offer a line of credit helps if ever i need a tire repaired and no free cash at the moment.

I always have my alignments done in this store. They always do a great job for me.

Ive been going to here for many years and I always thought they were fair and honest come to find out today that they been ripping me off try to get new tires are today and they were $400 more then the Firestone in Arlington. My suggestion for Firestone Mansfield for everyone is to check other Firestone before you take your vehicle there because of manager is a thief!!!

They cant seem to get a tire balanced and lied about my wheel alignment. I didnt believe them so i had it checked elsewhere and it was fine. So yep. They straight up lied.

Such a rip off. I paid $60 for an oil change that did not include the checking of my fluids or my tire pressure. I also had no sticker in my car to tell me when to come back for my next oil change. I was told, “You don’t need one. Your car will tell you when to come back.” That makes no sense to me. My car didnt tell me to come get one in the first place so if this is true, why did you change the oil? So now I have no clue when my next oil change is. I have to guestimate the mileage. Horrible experience. I could have gone to the $20 places that have me in and out for way cheaper and quicker.

I had a good experience here, for my first time. Yes, they were a bit pricey, but they did a good job on my car and in a timely manner. I always take my car to CBs but my car always pulled right and wore out tires. One trip here and my car is prefect going down the road, time will tell on the tires, so well see! Overall very happy!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Every time you go here they recommend things that are unnecessary and even when you decline them they seem to charge you for them anyway. I just got new tires elsewhere, cause I definitely wont get them from this place, and they said I needed new ones!!!! Just ridiculous! DONT Go Here! Oh and a side note a friend of mine just told me they forgot to put something back on her car after they had it and then she had to take her car into the dealership.

I had four tires replaced and a complicated 4-wheel alignment. The service was outstanding along with a short wait time for the car. Other visits have all been just as good.

It was mixed experience... I learned an important lesson though... Hibdon is a firestone company... So if you have a Hibdon warranty you can get your car serviced at Firestone in an area where there is no Hibdon.
