I know it is an issue all over, but stock was low on something I needed 2 weeks in a row. Cant really complain though considering it is Walmart and theres a million other options to purchase. The store is clean and what staff I encounter is always friendly.

Store was very Clean and Somewhat full. It has Newest Rollout with 90% self Checkout and Dollar shop (Like Target) but new Design and it Looks Great! Not Bad..

Friendly willing to help employees...... when you can Find them. Took a long time to get help and then they werent very knowledgeable in their products, some didnt even know where certain things were. Also as of late they are out of a lot of products and every person I talked to gave a different reason why.

Except for the national shortage of product lately, this store is always clean, organized and stocked. Almost completely self checkout, which isnt my favorite, but they do have the large bagging areas for your groceries. Prefer this Walmart to any others in the area!

Like this Walmart, its usually organized, clean and the staff are friendly. Its out in the country easy to get to. Its surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and easy access to route 71.

Walked in not knowing where anything was I asked a cashier that had no customers in his line and asked him where two items were the sweet young man told so I was in and out quickly.

I still feel guilty every time I go to one of these stores. Everyone should 1 should it is meaning the death of all the mom and pop stores and eventually we will have nowhere else to go and they will charge whatever price they want price they want.

The inside of the store has been upgraded; it is clean, spacious and feels more welcoming.

Went there around 5:30 last night and by the time I was done gathering all my items it was about 7:15. I had a really full cart with over $200 worth of items in it. I noticed only the self check out lanes were open. I asked an associate if they could open a regular check out line because self check out would take forever with this many items. She came back about 10 minutes later, after talking with her manager. I was told she wouldn’t open another line because then she (the manager) would have to “count another drawer”. I gave the associate my cart and went to Meijer. The manager could have given any other excuse and I would have probably just delt with it because I know it’s a crazy time in this world. The fact that she didn’t want to count another drawer was completely unacceptable to me. I spend hundreds of dollars at Walmart every time I walk in, multiple times a month. This will no longer be happening. I will take my business elsewhere. I know this isn’t going to make or break Walmart by any means. However, I won’t continue to support a place where I’m providing free labor, on top of purchasing goods, because a manager doesn’t want to do her job.

I love Walmart on possum run but having a hard time finding the items that I want since the changed it around and a lot of the time they are out of the item that I want or need. I absolutely love that added all of those self check out stations

They made me work for them I had to wring my own stuff up and they didnt even give me a discount they do not give a s*** about the customer

This is a pretty good Walmart. Large parking lot, easy to maneuver in with my big RV. The store itself is neat and orderly. The layout is straight forward. It always appears to be well stocked. Checkout is fast with lots of lanes open.Bonus points for having a Murphy USA on sight. Cheap gas!

Comfortable seating and very good pricing. Senior day is on Monday.

Sons from out of town were here for a visit. We decided to eat out, and wanted a regular meal and not fast food. Grandkids like Cracker Barrel.Good food and great service.Added, additional good time, to a great day.

Well....its Walmart. So... u know, theres that.Its a place that has everything...you can buy anything on earth here except stocks, bonds, hard liquor and a fully assembled car here...naw I take that back bc if youre buying a used car and the seller said meet em at Walmart....then TECHNICALLY 🤔

Bad news: our take out order was 1/2 missing. It was a very large order & they were understaffed. What we got was good.Good news: The next day the manager promptly offered up a full refund. Customer service A+

Definitely the cleanest most updated Walmart I have ever seen this place including the staff was way above and beyond the rest of the Walmart that I attend

No cashiers was open, had to scan and bag your own thing, which is fine if you have a few things but not idea for a full cart. They wouldnt allow cash (which you only found out after youre done nothing was posted) at the big SELF check out but did the smaller check out.

Well organized unless shortage raises shelves always stocked friendly staff.

Even though they may not have everything right now, and for some reason are setting up for winter in the end of summer, they have great service and help throughout the entire store.

I love this Walmart. I do all of my grocery pickups here and I get all my meds filled here. I’ve never had a bad experience here…But…can anyone explain to me why no one sends the capsules back in the pharmacy drive thru?? I don’t know why but this is such a pet peeve of mine. Kind of like when no one puts their carts in the cart return spots. Is there an explanation that I don’t know about?? Please advise 😊

This Walmart is great, They let you ride a Hover board around in the store, its much easier than concrete on my feet, I can get more shopping done faster, and its way more Fun

I always experience good prices and quality of food. Im able to find gluten free products for my husband.

Friend has covid and needs to pay for her medicines over the phone so someone w/o covid can pick them up. they refuse to let her do this. Theyd rather have her come in herself and expose various people to covid. I am on the phone with corporate right now trying to see about getting this changed due to COVID-19, so well see what happens.

Overall nice Walmart. Fairly easy to navigate and find what you want

I asked the gentlemen to place my groceries in the back seat. He shook his head and said sure. The proceed to go to the trunk and load it in. We were only there after they didnt deliver the groceries that Day(@1pm) so I called at 5 pm and they told me to cancel my order or come pick it up. Then they double charged me. Smh shame!

Stopped in to pick up some items real quick. Went to check out and there were no cash registers with cashiers to check us out? Really? Worst decision ever by Walmart. Only self check out. We will never go back. If all Walmarts do this, they will loose more customers. This is ridiculous.

My experience at Walmart was a real disaster......2 cashiers in the whole store. 20 or more waiting to check THEMSELVES OUT!! What a joke!! Im really hoping people will start going other places to shop. I will.

This particular store in my opinion is so much better than the Ontario store! Ontario Walmart could learn from them.

Too many self checkout Lanes open and not enough with an actual person. Walmart makes billions a month and dont want to pay a cashier. The elderly are not fond of the self checkout lanes and often get confused with the entire situation. Then have to wait for a person who is actually employed to help. SHAME OF WALMART

The guys came back to the RV impressed with the size and selection in this Walmart. Including the isle of Spirits! The chicken fingers and potatoes from the hot food dept. were old and cold. We were there around noon so you would have thought that they should have been pretty fresh.

I remember a time when customer service was important, today I spent $455 and had to ring up my own purchases. If you dont feel like that is worth paying an hourly rate to a person to run a register thats crazy. Moving to self checkout I plan on shopping somewhere else and will spend my money somewhere that customer service matters.

I waited about 40 or 50 minutes to pick up my pictures. I guess the person that works in electronics went on break. Nobody was covering for him. I even asked other workers for help and they said they would get someone but never did. This is the wors ran Walmart I have ever been in to. The complete management should be fired. Also I picked up a few things and was mind blown when I seen that the green lights in the self check out. Only 2 where lit up. One of them said closed but all of them where open. Do not waste your time. Just drive to Ontario.

It was freezing cold in the store. They were out of Jose Quervo regular flavor margarita mix. They did have other flavors.

Unhappy that there was only one register that was not a U-scan. Grocery prices were much higher than my usual go to grocery spot. I hadnt been to Walmart for about 6 months and it was not a pleasant experience. I used to be a regular Walmart shopper before Covid. No plans to return anytime soon.

Like every other Walmart. Meh staff, meh products, meh everything. Nothing great about Walmart in general.

Be careful in this Walmart parking lot in Ontario. My sister in law who was 9 months pregnant was carrying my 10 month old son and she tripped in a pothole and fell . Its on camera and everything and they said because she fell in daylight it isnt thier fault.

Tire center was very nice. Didnt fix the problem but they tried.

Never have anything that I really need. I go there to get items I cant find at my local dollar stores, and soon as I finally find the right isle and get to the spot where its supposed to be. Its all gone. Ive had that happen to many times to count. They move tje items way to much and change the isles around entirely to much. They also do not give a rain check for sale items either. Just to give a heads up. I went 3 times one time a couple years ago for a sale item the shelf stayed completely empty til after the sale. I think Walmarts owner is very selfish and money hungry, cuz that has happened to me multiple times. Also ill just go to Aldi or save a lot like many others do now, since we got to package our own groceries

Missing lots of sizes in swimwear. Was the main reason for my visit. Other than that pretty typical WalMart.

Customer service is lacking. I understand being short staffed. But dont need employees to short with the customers that needs some assistance.

I never have a problem finding what I need. I love that they have a massive self checkout area. Makes a quick in and out.

We didnt know you can get a box of fast acting insulin for 42 bucks even without a prescription. Thats a good price for those who have no medicine coverage like our mom has none.

Its a regular wal Mart. Nothin special.Stares from other employees while your being helped at the service counter was kind of annoying.Pretty sure I dont leave the house uncleaned and showered daily. Im definitely not over weight or anything to stare at

It took a long time to find someone to help me find what I needed. Here it was on the top shelf - not marked, but once I found a sales person they knew exactly what I needed and got it

Used this Walmart for overnite RV parking. Everyone here was extremely nice, very clean unlike most Walmart stores. I noticed they had limited staff associates, just like most stores seem to experience during this pandemic.

Why am I waiting in a non existent line of 1 person when I have 4 employees standing in front of me doing nothing but bsn why an older women legit handles every customer when theres 4 people standing makes no sense typed this entire message still waiting #bakeryblows slooooo

1st time here... Im from Columbus, OH. My sister had to come here for her 1st Pfizer vaccine. So we made a road trip of it. Nice store clean, well stocked, helpful and happy employees.I found everything I was looking for. Well back for round 2!!

This is an nice walmart with plenty of variety..

Mainly stopped here for the Electrify America charger, (which worked great!). The store was very clean and well stocked

Oh my! What more can I say. Friendly, friendly, friendly. The entire place was clean and stocked. I found great deals that the Akron area Walmarts would never provide. The workers were so nice to my entire family. My cashier was awesome. Why cant Akron take some training form the South? Oh thats right, I live in an area where everyone is just mad at the world even before the pandemic.

One cashier in the whole store. Youre so worried about the self checkouts. 10 people standing in line just to use the cashier. Do you want me to ring up my purchases pay for my purchases bag my purchases and carry into my car you can compensate me! Got mad went to Krogers and saved money. And they had all their lanes open.

Had no available carts. Waited in the sportings good department for 1 hour waiting for assistence. Had 3 associates stop by and check to help but disappeared never to return. Hard to believe management is that busy or hard to find when they have 10 plus customers in line waiting for a set of keys.

We went to the walmart on possum run road very clean very put together pleasant place to shop the walmart in Ontario needs to take note and follow suit and no 400 pound women riding carts

Store was a mess. Employees were unfriendly. No checkout lanes were open, only self checkouts even for large orders. Also purchased general tso chicken from the deli that made the whole house sick. Not impressed at all and my experience reminded me why I never shop there unless its a specific item.

Dont stock shelves until late at night. Some people have to go early to take transportation.

Ordered groceries at 2 pm to have ready at 4-5 pm for it to be 7:35 pm and still no order and no ones conveniently answering the phones. Ironically the same week they changed all of the cash registers to self checkout and caused major delays. I think I’d rather spend more and shop at Kroger’s over going through this mess now.

I only went to this particular Walmart, because I had an order pick up that was in stock at this store. At first I was a little confused about the whole pick up process, but, after figuring out how the kiosk worked Im wondering why this pick up kiosk isnt being used everywhere. Quick, easy, efficient, I didnt talk to or touch or wait for another person to take action. I simply scanned the bar code on my phone and the machine dispensed my items. Felt like I should of been wearing a Star Trek uniform.

Very upsetting. Some older people, do not know how to run the scanners, some single parents have the kids with them and they are supposed to check out and bag their own groceries, while watching small children. Left and went to Krogers

Typical Walmart, except here you almost have no other option but to ring yourself out with a self checkout which I am not a fan of. Ill just start ordering online as opposed to shopping here.
