This company has went downhill. Now when you call to order fuel oil for your furnace the person could be in Kentucky or Chicago. Then IF they transfer you to Mansfield office goes straight to voicemail. Been over 1 week since placed order and still havent got any deliveryCustomer service is the WORST!
