I would LOVE to see LESS Strat style guitars and more exotic shapes. Ive been doing business here for at least 40 years. Just bought a Jackson Ive wanted since 1985.More of these and I would refer more people.

This used too be a great place to shop and one of my favorite places to go growing up. Ben going there for years. I walked in today to buy a guitar and couldnt even get help. They have a great choice selection from cheeper to high end stuff. But with a younger crew of none people skilled workers not the same as the old crew of workers like Tim. Chris..and older guys. Just not the same great old place it once was....

Ive dealt with this music story in the past and Ive always had great experiences with them I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Ive done business with them for 53 years and they carry the best selection of the latest products and you can plug in a guitar and try all the amps in store. They have almost every instrument I can think of and they will let you try everything as long as you want. They are also very good at repairs. I have an antique active bass that was not working that they wanted to keep it in original condition and searched the world for the diagram and parts and it works perfectly and still holds its value. For me it is like a child in a candy store.

Ive had a nothing but good experiences with this place. I took 2 guitars in with messed up pickup switches and they fixed both affordably. I should add that the techs at Guitar Center and Sam Ash tried and failed to do this. This is where I go for nearly all musical items and repairs now.

Good selection of instruments and a helpful staff.

We came in tonight after I spoke to Nathan on the phone about getting my daughter (7) and son (6) instruments after they showed they could get proper tone and on pitch notes out of their respective instruments. We came in at 7P and picked up a John Packer tenor saxophone (for the wife. She is giving her alto to pur daughter) and a John Packer trumpet for my son (and maybe a little for me when I dont want to play the coronet). Shawn and Nathan were patient while we picked up everything (including the case of the missing trumpet case!) and made buying our kids first instruments a pleasure. Thank you guys so much, especially after we kept you after closing!

When we decided our sons would take piano years ago we headed to Metronome to check out our options for piano at home. We dont have much room and were looking for an electronic piano that would give the same feel and keys as a full size piano without the girth. The staff was excellent and showed us the perfect fit in a Yamaha Electronic Piano. They delivered and set it up very professionally and my kids have now been using it for years and it still looks and plays like brand new. I would highly recommend Metronome. Their pricing was great and the service is excellent.

This place has been here since I was a kid. Im 48 years old now and I remember riding my bicycle here and parking it on the front lawn with a buddy and spending hours playing around in this music store! I remember the owner Larry Miller was ALWAYS kind to us. Imagine two black kids with No Money playing with stuff they cant possibly afford, and he NEVER THREW US OUT!!!! This place has had such a Positive influence on my Childhood life I had to bring my daughter (age 14) in to experience Metronome Music of Mansfield Ohio! The same KIND Owner Larry came out and greeted us. He even told my daughter feel free to look though the instruments and dont hesitate to play them!! Ive been coming here since the 90s. The staff is helpful, and the selection is good for a store this size. They offer lessons in a lot of instruments. The instruments are reasonably priced and they offer layaway. Their guitar technician is great and has never done a bad job for me.

I purchased a Fender Mustang GT200 guitar amp about two months ago. I love how helpful the staff was in answering all of my questions and going out of their way to demonstrate all of the capabilities it has to offer. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you!!

I can here to get a bass, had one of the guys help me choose something i can learn on. While the guy did begin with showing me some of the basses with a higher price point he did eventually find something that Id be interested in getting that wasnt too expensive, and gave me tons of helpful advice about basses.

I had a rather large non warranty service ticket that needed to be processed that ultimately turned into multiple service tickets that needed to be filled out.It took a little extra time, but ultimately, it was completed and it was completed correctly the 1st time!I just hope that my school can reimburse me as fast as the staff was at Metronome Music tonight.
