Who would think that All Glass Systems would show the same interest in a little $60.00 home glass replacement project as they do huge contracts? They do. I had no doubt that my little job was every bit as important as a big one. They were friendly, efficient, and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Very poor service!!!! No option for zero stars or that’s what I would have given. I ordered replacement glass for my windows. After a month I called for a status and was told someone would call me back. This happened 3 times over the next 2 weeks. The 4th time they said someone would call me back I questioned if they would actually call and they hung up on me. 6 weeks wasted so I went to glass doctor in Ashland. They provided great service and had the job done in 8 days.

Posting for my parents, who dont know how to leave google reviews. They were set to have three windows replaced and my dad sat around all day as they were given a time window of all day. They never showed up and never called or answered their call back. Need to be better at customer service/follow through, would not recommend if this is how the business is run.

We remodeled our master bathroom & hired them to installed our custom shower glass. There pretty good with a tape measure!! They did a excellent job & i would recommend Jason & his staff if your looking for someone to do some custom work at a fair cost.

Glass seems good quality, only reason I give 2 stars instead of one. Craftsmanship is amateur at best for a glass company. Had 2 shower doors and glass walls installed. Had problems initially with the seals at the seams- contacted company and never heard back after this. Luckily I could deal with this issue myself, dont know what I will do if I have a task problem during the warranty period. None of the glass is cut to the proper dimensions, large uneven gaps where things should look a lot cleaner. Not sure how they did such a poor job, they came to measure twice yet still messed every piece up. Overall quite dissatisfied and would not recommend

Very nice people, and fixed what we brought in quickly. I would recommend this place to others.
