First time here. Was curious and was pleasantly surprised. Nice layout, great selection and good prices some of them we were asking is this right. It was. Will definitely be back and this is much farther away from our local kroeger.

This is the best grocery store in the area, always clean, always fresh, the staff is amazing and truly go above and beyond. I cant imagine spending my money anywhere else. They bag your groceries for you and even take them to your car free of service, theres a bar inside if after a long day you feel like having a cold one or a nice glass of wine to shop with. Huge beer selection, the best deli and butcher around.

This is a great store it has is very clean and organized and the workers there are helpful for finding anything. There is a lot of variety and there is everything that your looking for. The only down side is that the prices are a bit high and are not that reasonable but other than that this is a wonderful store.

I am so impressed with the catering service at Market Street. I first used the full catering service in June for a graduation party. Paula provided us with a scheduled tasting for food and desserts. On the day of the event the food tasted amazing, the servers were great and the set-up was strategically planned and executed very well. I have since used the catering for smaller events. The most recent for Labor Day was just as fantastic. Paula and the team does a great job with consulting as well. Again, the food is exceptionally good and now I have some favorites thats a must for any event. My guest are always very pleased with the food and presentation.

I love this place!! Hands down my favorite place to go when I want to grab a bite to eat with my husband. I had brisket and BBQ sausage yesterday and it was amazing!! My husband got tenders, gave me more food since Im pregnant lol. But I love it here, just wished I stayed closer, I can only make it if Im on that side of town.

Clean and organized store.. Produce is very fresh. Great selection throughout the store. Prices are higher than stores like Kroger. Not many deals or discounts/coupons offered. Rewards do not add up quickly. Tried shopping here a few times to see if expense/bill at the end is comparable to other stores and its not. Struggled trying to figure out online shopping for this store. For purpose of ease and cost went back to shopping at Kroger for most grocery need, however would get produce from Market Street.

Great place to shop, super friendly staff and great selection of items

Kaitlyn at checkout ignored us at least 3 times, didnt say a word back when we talked to her. Shes super rude. Also, the people working at the hot friend chicken area ignored us and saw us standing there for 15 min as they cleaned other stuff. However, the guy at the checkout was super fast and helpful putting out groceries on the belt and he was great.

Great customer experience all over the store. Everyone made sure you found what you needed and were so professional.

Very disappointed bought some deviled eggs and the kid at the checkout counter put them in the bag upside down. Pretty much ruined them

My favorite market to purchase my groceries. Everytime I go I pick up a nice salad between shopping and can sit and dine. Its always clean, neat & organized. I love the fresh & BEAUTIFUL produce & meat. The staff are nice and informative. My #1 Store

Best customer service all around! We shop here about once a week. Great selection of produce, meats, organic snacks and all of our essentials...as well as some vitamins and supplements that we get here occasionally. Always happy with our experience!

The bakery team is phenomenal! Sometimes I go in there with an idea and they take it and bring it to life. Sent them a Pinterest picture to see if we can get the cake to look close to the design, they were ready to help me get the cake I request. The cake look exactly like the picture and it taste so good. The cake was definitely a conversation piece. They always take care of me.

Amazing I love this store, wish they would bring one ro Red Oak Texas, we have a new shopping center, plus Google and tons of growth in our city. I drive about 35 miles to go to the one in Mansfield. This Groceey store is so amazing. ❤❤❤

This place is like Tom Thumb in disguise. It was fine, but prices were higher than Kroger for same items. I ended up leaving and shopping my usual stores instead.

Kacie in the bakery saved me! We were having a special celebration for one of our students and yesterday I had to go to the ER. I didnt get to order the cake. Today I went in and explained everything and she produced a lovely cake for him . You have an amazing employee on your staff.

If I could give this place more stars I would. The grocery story is always clean. The produce is always fresh and good. The people who work there are always nice, competent and hard workers. And I just switched over to their pharmacy and that experience was a 10/10. I’d never shopped at a Market Street before moving to Mansfield, and I don’t know if they are all this top notch. But this location is a cut above any other grocery I’ve ever been in. (And I was / am a big HEB fan. Market Street > HEB). Even when they are busy they have PLENTY of manned stations opened and you don’t have to stand in long lines. 10/10. 5 + stars.

Review #627Okay so this is an awesome grocery store I couldnt take enough pictures to really show you all that I saw. And right now they are roasting hatch green chiles on Friday Saturdays and Sundays until 5 PM. And the lady at the Billy was so nice and gave me like three free samples to see what I liked and didnt like without me even asking. And every employee I ran across was helpful and asked me if I needed any help. The prices seem to be lower fan Sprouts or Central Market. The only real complaint I had was there were just two bathrooms for this huge place and I guess theyre just single bathrooms with one door and they were both locked. I will go back to the shop here but we need more bathrooms. Hope you enjoy the pictures. They have lots of parking. And the checkout was fairly fast as well.

Love this supermarket. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and they carry a large selection. I love the selection of fresh fish, and other meats they offer. Great atmosphere with a place to hang out and have a few drinks. Five star supermarket.

Always my favorite store! This location is fantastic. My regular one was in Frisco off Eldorado and the tollway. This one is a bit bigger and has a great look and feel inside and out.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for how great Market Street did for my recent event. The experience was seamless. Nicole from concierge/catering was so helpful and honest in the process of picking out my menu, she gave me the best options for my budget and occasion. Side note, they are also super AFFORDABLE. Such great quality too, my guest talked so highly of the food they provided. On pickup day she walked me through my order and so nicely helped load it in my vehicle. The Bakery department also did great! The cake was one of the best cakes if ever had, their team new exactly what I wanted and delivered again at incredible price! The floral department also did a stand out job, I had reference pictures for what I wanted and she went through and gave me options and recommendations for my event and had them ready to go the day of my event. I have never left a review for a grocery store but this is no ordinary grocery store. Thank you Market street!!

Market Street is awesome. They are very clean. The staff is always so nice to me. They have always fully stocked, even during pandemic.

Whole food meets Tom Thumb. Huge selection of produce, breads. Salad bar. Restaurant. Wine. Fresh meet market. Starbucks inside. Pharmacy. Large aisle....the best pivoting, light weight, easy driving small shopping cart. Kinda glides like those huge carts at IKEA.

Excellent selections. I love the quality of the meats from the butcher block -- actual meat without sugar or anything weird. The employees are very helpful and the store is clean and nice.

I went to the Mansfield store which was the very first time I’d been inside a Market Street. I went there for a specific item that I found online was available there. I was able to find it easily and every single associate I was in contact with was friendly, courteous and helpful. It is a level of customer service that is simply not found in any other grocery chain and I know because I retired from the grocery industry. I was also very impressed that shopping carts are not left in the parking lot which is not the case in other chains. The store is neat and clean and uncluttered. Most refreshing. Keep up the excellent work and superior customer service!

Great selection, you can buy a beer or wine and drink while shopping. They bag your groceries, take them to your.car.and load them. Full service. Lots of open registers. The only place I shop now.

I enjoy shopping here good food. I especially like the produce. I like that you get a choice of paper or plastic shopping bag. The workers are kind and they usually help you out to your car.

As usual, great customer service, friendly personnel, fast checkout, and clean environment. Someone use to insist on taking your groceries out, but that did not take place yesterday.

Pleasant and friendly staff; however, many were either clueless about inventory or profoundly well informed approaching accurate to precise shelf location. Several times stockers literally block aisles with too many items and were oblivious to the guests inability to maneuver around them as if they were angry about their tasks. Its a clean and well presented environment but pretty confusing ability to find items as if you needed to frequenly visit to navigate forcing one to nearly wander.

My husband loves going grocery shopping now....seeing as there are so many food options and can have a beer 🍺 while browsing the aisles. They have a lot of healthy food options as well! We live this place. The only I can say is that the young man that bagged my groceries placed my tart sideways in a bag, ruining it. So there is that area of opportunity.

We are new to the Area and absolutely love Market Street. The Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We love the fact you can get local crafted beer from the taproom and shop while enjoying it. The store really has great selections and Varieties and love their seasonal themes ( green chili). My husband goes to the meat department what seems like daily. It’s great that the store hires so many young kids.

This was a really cool market to go and check out. It honestly felt like being in an HEB. Some unique and interesting items were available on the shelves making for an interesting shopping section. The produce left a lot to be desired on the day I visited as there were some items in dire need of replacing. All around, a neat store. The honey bar is cool!

Husband got me flowers for Mothers Day and was delivered to wrong house.By the time I realized and looked up on line saying delivered I called florist and told them I never got them....the answer was( well they were delivered ) driver described my (so called) house and couch (of course it was wrong)and again told me well maybe someone took them off your porch.... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM HURTING THAT PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY HEARTLESS. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY SO THEY DONT CARE

Huge selection of beer and wine. Gourmet cheese shop with biggest selection of most everything. Our new store since opening. Prices are reasonable enough. Hot dinner plates are great and we unsually eat in the bar before shopping.

Love the place but unfortunately I was disappointed when she didnt offer to take my groceries to my car. Its a hassle when you have to go back and return the buggy :/

This is a wonderful grocery store. They have produce that I havent seen since I moved from California. Everything you need to do gourmet cooking is here. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they were having a chili roast! its quite a drive for me, but I would definitely come back over here if I was shopping for a special occasion meal.

My wife frequents Market Street in Mansfield quit often as she is in the medical field and works right down the street on Broad. She Loves the place, but unfortunately she had a very bad experience today (12/31/2020 @ approx. 11:20a CT) with a Seafood department female employee. She asked the employee if they had a box of frozen crab and her response was yes, its $500 Can You Afford It. She said that she was very offended and caught by surprise with that response, and a little embarrassed especially with the fact that others were around to hear that comment as well from the female employee...very rude indeed. She called me upset, and then I contacted the assistant store director named Christa, or Cristal, and she was very apologetic and showed impathy which I appreciated, and said that she would talk to this individual and hopefully this kind of response will not happen to anyone else going forward.
