Sprouts some of the cashier and leader cashier are friendly great customer service . I just think they need some help sometime. And some manager rude. Meaning when you find a out of date and your employee reported to you. You dont tell me sorry to the customer. You tell your employee just take care of it. If I was the secret shopper this store would never have good report.

Amazing selection of healthy food, I am about to be 5 weeks post op gastric sleeve and I have never seen so many food items suitable to my new diet until now. The store was very clean and amazingly organized way better than any store I have been to.

Upon entering the store I was hoping for a warm and friendly greeting, however I was disappointed when I wasnt greeted at all. I didnt see any sanitizing wipes to wipe down the shopping cart either. Other than that, the employees were courteous, polite and eager to provide assistance. The shop is clean and well stocked. Everything is organized and simple to locate. The checkout cashier, Delaina, was very kind! She greeted every customer within sight and just showed all around professionalism. Ill definitely continue shopping here and Ill even recommend this location to my Friends/Family.

This store doesn’t care about plastic crisis. They 100% contribute to the problem. Ive been going to Mansfield Sprouts for almost 20 years and checkers are NEVER educated or urged to offer paper. I know Sprouts corp understands and cares, but Mansfield store doesnt follow, manager says its just easier. I didnt know saying paper or plastic was a lot of work! Sprouts needs to educate their employees about whats going on and stop living under a rock. I bring my bags and see every single employee automatically bag products in plastic that will stay in the earth for eternity. So sad for our gorgeous planet and animals.

I never knew I could love a grocery store so much. Like for real, this is my happy place. Everything is always fresh, delicious, beautiful....the cashiers are always friendly and talk about my purchases with me. I love this place so much.

Sorry to say this, but I’m becoming disappointed with this store. Every time I pick up a packaged meal, i always end up with the awful tasting ones and what do you know, they are out of date when I buy them. Please look for the dates on the packaged meals.

They had what I wanted, but a bit overpriced. It was a pretty quick trip, fast check out, clean and stocked. I gave it three stars though because the stocking guy acted like I was in his way. Then he starts chatting it up with his buddies, guess he was late for a department meeting.

If your into healthy this is the place you wanna visit.. its not cheap but itsdo-a-bel ...lol

There is no cashier in this industry say thanks after your check out with appreciative and your last name .She made everyone special as my thought.She cool and nice .One thing that’s you can recognize her that she is Black and wear a Anime Doraemon mask 😷. Very energetic cashier I ever meet . Thumbs Up .

Sprouts is my favorite local grocer. Love the fresh produce. The meats & cheese selection is great, too. Theres a wide variety of everything. I purchase spices there, as well as nuts, rice/grains, candy, & more from the bulk bins. The employees are always very courteous, & they make sure to keep wait times in line to a minimum. Glad to have them in Mansfield.

We love going to Sprouts. If we cant find something or need an item that they dont carry, we have called management and they get it right in for us. Great customer service, and the cashiers are always pleasant. Im not sure how many folks know this (we didnt before), but we brought in our own bags and got a discount for each bag. Now, we try to remember to bring them with us everytime!

These folks and their products and presentation are first class. Youve gotta check it out because its even fun its so refreshingly better than grocery stores, even the better ones.

Had the cashier not been so timid and stressed out I would have said something, but if you are requiring and/or allowing your employees to wear gloves you need to spend the time and money on the proper training on how to use them. Because of Starbucks wearing gloves that is how my Aunt contracted Covid. I could truly CARE LESS about Covid but its frustrating to watch people use them with pure ignorance! The cashier was wearing them as I walked up and touched everything the people in front of me had. Not only did he touch their items from their cart but he also touched every surface at his station with them. That contaminates EVERYTHING. The material of those gloves pick up double+ the amount of germs he would have on his hands if he were just using a sanitizer on them. He also did not sanitize his station (every surface) afterward, he did not wash his hands and change his gloves afterward, he just continued on to my items and even on to the person behind me after I cashed out. Do yall see how this works when wearing gloves? After EVERY item he touches he needs to wash his hands and put on a new pair of gloves, and he needs to sanitize EVERY surfaces after every customer or after every item touches that surface. The amount of time that would take to check people out, if done correctly would be completely absurd. Gloves are a SINGLE ONE TIME use that involves a LOT of hand washing.....

Delightful store that is just around the corner. My favorite thing is the many, many bulk bins. Coffee, rice, beans, granola, salted nuts, unsalted nuts, grains, oatmeal, chocolate covered items, candies - its all available here!The sushi is awesome.The fresh baked goods are delicious.The fresh, in-season produce is beautiful.The variety of milk type products is huge! Almond milk, cashew milk, rice milk, and so much more.

I love Sprouts. Its one of my favorite stores. Produce is amazing. And it actually smells really good. Their rotisserie chicken is really good. This was my first time in this Sprouts. My only issue is its a little pricey. But you get what you pay for.

Wonderful produce...sausages made on site...and they even have REAL whole milk ...I use it to make homemade yogurt. Its always clean and workers are cheerful. They also make fantastic deli sandwiches..you can put your order in and go shopping then pick up your sandwich on your way out. Yummy fresh bread...:-).

Terrible! Wasted money on rotten cucubers last time. Decided to try again.Almost every veggie I saw was wilted rotten or had gnats all over them. Not returning.

Needs better quality control. A few times I had found expired dairy products on the shelves and had to notify the staff. I opened a brand new, sealed container of organic chia seeds that I bought two weeks ago and found this—a living, crawling worm with an intricate network of webs formed inside the container. I shudder just thinking about it.

I find this supermarket super clean and well stocked. The prices are decent. The staff there are also friendly. It is my favorite supermarket.

I absolutely adore this place! I was expecting everything to be very pricey. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a lot of items were no more expensive than a regular grocery store, and in some cases cheaper. Their produce is exceptional. They have a wide assortment of homeopathic remedies for just about any ailment you can think of, as well as a lot of beauty related items. I just love going to visit Sprouts!

Love these stores in DFW area unique place to shop and assortment of items to pick from. I just wish I had one closer to me and have to drive 30 miles to the nearest one.

We love Sprouts. Well used to. Wish I could give zero stars. We spend, around $20,000 every year there (yes seriously. We keep receipts) . We have a child with a medical complication that requires a GF and DF diet with organic meats and produce. Its nice not to have to check labels here. My husbands mask came down below his nose when he was talking and an employee said We call cops on people like YOU! And today I was there. For yet another $250/trip for < 1 week of groceries and apparently cashiers are to no longer to load groceries into the cart....? I have NO problems loading my own groceries, Im not above that.... I just wasnt expecting that?? By the time I realized this was the case, I casually walked over and started loading my groceries. I broke my arm last year and have several pins and a titanium plate with only 1 functioning wrist. So, it takes me a little longer. Whilst loading my cart she stands there with her arms at her side and proceeds to tell me my total... as if I should stop loading groceries, come back around, pay, and then go back to loading my cart? So she just stands there watching me load my cart..... We will be finding another grocer to take our money to in the future. Thanks Sprouts for being good to us up until about 6 months ago. ✌

Always find what I need here! And, even the unexpected, a large, beautiful basil plant for $3.99! The store is clean, well organized, never a mess! The employees are cheerful and helpful.

Called twice trying to get info on if they carry a specific product or not because they are a 20 min drive from me. Employee who answered stated they did not know and made no effort to find out, they first sent me to someone else in the grocery department who did not pick up, then I called again and the same person sent me to the manager line who also failed to answer. Know whats available in your stores and dont leave customers on hold for 20 mins asking for a keto protein bar jfc.

The service in this place is just so bad they take so long to get to you when you come in and then when you order your food they tell you one time when your food will be ready then you go back in at that time then they tell you it will be 10 more mines so I wait and then or it will be even more time then the food is cold when I get it and then I still have to wait on the drinks it’s like what are you doing back there
