Wines & More Mansfield has a very extensive selection of different alcohols and liquors, and you are likely to find whatever you are looking for. Prices are reasonable, and the facility is both spacious and clean. The biggest limitation of this business is the quality and consistency of their customer service. Some days you can have good service, while other days its disappointing. I have been a patron of this establishment for a couple of years now, and have preferentially shopped here despite it being farther away from other liquor stores and our home. Tonight we came in to buy a few gifts for our friends. We provided our IDs as requested, however, mine was not accepted because it was a few weeks expired. I informed the lady that due to this global pandemic, Massachusetts extended the validity of drivers licenses and ID cards until September 2020, and even longer for those expiring later in the summer (extended to December 2020). The RMV is also “not providing updated credentials to reflect the extended date”. This information is also readily available on the Massachusetts.gov website. Despite both of us being in our 30s, I asked if my significant other could purchase instead and I could wait outside, but we were still denied. We had to leave, run an errand, and then drive back just so that my significant other could re-enter the store, re-pick out the liquors again, and then purchase again. Overall, I think the store itself has a great selection, but the customer service really needs work-- very unfortunate for a promising business.Update: A manager reached out to discuss my experience at the store and I greatly appreciated this. I felt that my concerns were addressed appropriately, and that this will help prevent future incidences from happening to other guests. Thank you!

Big selection of wine and beer. I wish they had more local craft beer in stock. Prices arent bad but not great either.

Better services and especially prices are offered elsewhere. I stopped shopping here and instead go to Yankee Spirits or Total Wine. Well worth the trip for exceptional customer service and prices. Compare prices and you will see!

Love this place. Whenever I have to go out to the liquor store to grab something for a party or a weekend in, the sheer amount of craft beer and liquors is astounding. Great if you just want to grab a 30-rack of Bud Light and a fifth of Fireball, even better when youre looking for something more niche. Awesome store.

The prices are not discounted well. You can find better. Selection is large but poorly organized considering the amount of space. For a large liquor store its mediocre at best, leaves much to be desired.Experience Total Wine and youll realize the missed opportunity at this place. Update your branding, improve your experience, be more helpful, theres a long list of improvements needed here. Start by entering 2020 and leave the late 80s/90s behind.A harsh star rating, but the current overall star rating is misleading. Unless improvements are made, Ill be waiting for the day Total Wine arrives out this way...

Nice layout and selection

The clerk here was so unprofessional and so unpleasantly mannered along with management! Although it was clean I do not recommend this liquor store . I walked in with a person of color and did not feel welcomed at all. Will not be returning

They had a great selection! We went because they carry a certain cider we like and the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. They have tons of wine but also great options for every other type of alcohol. Plus they have lots of individual cans so you can try all the funky flavors without committing to a whole 6 pack.

A fantastic selection of every type of alcoholic beverages, cocktail treats and snacks, cigars and whatever you would want from Wines & More! They do have more than probably any other store of its type. Their staff is always very helpful and friendly! The store is very clean and the shelves are always full and easy to find whatever you are looking for.

Great selection of beers and spirits. Price is very reasonable. Welcome Ben (new manager) a great knowledge of whiskies. We spoke for about an hour and very impressed! Selection of whisky has greatly increased! For those of you who missed the Scotch seminar and the (many) open house tastings..you are missing out!

They always have phenomenal beers at their beer tastings! They keep whiskey and bourbon out to taste also. Their wine tastings are awesome as well. They are very accommodating.

What an extensive selection of wines from around the world. And the beer selection is phenomenal. The staff is really knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Went to the Mansfield location with my daughter. She was not touching anything, minding her own business and staying with me the entire time. I was approached by an employee who asked me if she was 21 years of age, which she was not. It made her uncomfortable and made me want to take my business elsewhere. The laws in Massachusetts don’t prohibit underage children that are accompanied by a parent into an establishment that sells liquor. So I was a little put off by this. In addition, the prices are not all that great, fifty percent of the time, the items that I am looking for are unavailable. The employees that work there for the most part are very helpful, which is why they got three stars out of me. But I am not impressed with Wines and More in Mansfield.

The beer selection is well above average, but I wish the kept some more of the craft brews in a cooler. The wine and spirits selection is also excellent. However, the downside is that it is the priciest liquor store in the area, at least that Ive come across. A great inventory apparently comes at a great price.

If you cant find something to drink here, Im seriously going to question your taste. They also have great gift ideas and a ton of knowledge if youre unsure what you want.

Very competent staff, and huge selection of all kinds of alcohol. Also a great craft beer section. And also they will get stuff for you if they dont have it in stock(for more unique stuff).

HUGE selection of everything you need (and didnt know you needed) the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about their selection, they are always eager to make recommendations based off what you are interested in! I always leave with something new to try out!

Wines & More in Mansfield CrossingWould only go there if I needed my mini chocolate shot cups, a quick bottle of wine or six pack and not near any other liquor store.The store is huge and I do not believe the craft beers or micro brews are the freshest.Cold beer is way back in the store and they have so many wines that it can get confusing.Their wine tasting is neat you can sample various labels and they give you a mini lesson on how to taste the wine. They also stock mini chocolate shot cups which are very hard to find, I will go there for a few boxesHowever beware they are waaaaay over priced and make sure you check expiration dates.

Needed some cold beer, so after a small hike to the back of the store and back it rings up 3 bucks higher than marked. So I can either feel cheap or feel ripped off so I went with telling him it was not the price marked. Well then I get to wait for somebody else to take the 1/4 mile trek to the back of the store, check the price and come back and agree it rang up wrong.Now they were not too rude about it, but they never seemed too concerned either.Problem is there is no quick stop in this warehouse, every trip in feels like a trip to the registry of motor vehicles. Its great if you are trying to kill time though.

Walk a half mile to the back to find that they are out what you came for in the flyer. Pick something else out and the guy at the front rings up the wrong price. Then have to wait ten minutes while some other guy verifies correct price. Left with slightly old and overpriced beer that took way too long to buy.

Beer was overpriced compared to other similar stores. Place is way too big and not laid out logically. I felt like I walked a mile (its possible that I did) just to compare seasonal beers and to look for a basic red wine. Also, for such a huge place the beer selection was not overwhelming.Wont be back.

Its a huge store but not discount prices. Lots of beers, but freshness is sometimes iffy. It is like a 5k walk to get a cold 6 pack from the back of the store, so it never feels convenient.

Horrible customer service. Didnt know what 99 bananas was and then wouldnt sell to me because one of my friends who want purchasing alcohol was with me. I am 24 years old and not allowed to buy because your not posted policy says that everyone has to have an ID. Id go out of my way to go to a different store to get my alcohol.
