I have been dealing with Yarde for 15 years. In the past, I would normally give Yarde 4 stars. Prices are good and my customer service rep has always been pleasant to deal with. I found out today they will no longer deliver to my location because the driver cannot maneuver in my lot. I can back my 36 foot motorhome into my bay without issue. This man has been complaining about his job for years, telling us how bad it is to get into other places. He is supposed to be a professional at his job. Apparently, no one can override his decision. Be warned, If the driver has to do more than a 3-point turn to deliver to your location, then you will be contacted by the sales manager that they will no longer do business with you unless you get your delivery where the driver, Jim, thinks its easy to get in and out. I requested a quote on Thursday. Received the quote and agreed to the terms.My email read,“ Hi Ok, any chance you could expedite for tomorrow? I know its late but....Also, please send it COD (ill write a check). Ive got a new CC coming.Thanks”Did not receive a response from that so figured all was good.Tuesday of the following week I emailed to see where my stock was and they tel me they can ship it for Thursday.So I lost a whole week.Well this is not the first time they have screwed my schedule.I will find another supplier.Thanks guys.This time you lost a customer.

Called for a material quote and i was told we dont have you in our system even though we do thousands of dollars in business with them. the gentleman answering the phone was extremely rude. i will do everything in my power to divert our purchases away from Yarde metals.
