The place is easy to work with, clean, and in good working order. The best part about this business is the staff!! Maleeka and Tyler are INCREDIBLY AWESOME!! There’s great communication, paying your bill is easy, and I wasn’t ever concerned about my stuff being damaged or stolen.The only part I didn’t like was the regularly spaced pricing adjustments (increases). These are necessary for any business’ growth and market demand; however, I felt they occurred too often.

We just rented a space for storage. The property is well kept and designed. Location is excellent. Could not have made a better choice.

Great storage facility. The staff were very courteous and professional. I was driven to see the unit, had all policies and procedures explained to me, and completed all the paperwork in less than 20 minutes.

Over the years, Ive rented several storage units, but this one by far is the absolute best. The customer service was amazing. Maleeka was really warm and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me select the right unit size for my needs. The facility (property as a whole) was really clean. She also took the time to sanitize EVERYTHING. I truly appreciate that also. Im definitely referring customers to see her.

Of all the storage places to choose, you should choose this one! They have the most handsome man working the front desk named Tyler. He’s so positive and was able to help me find which size unit would work best. They are way cheaper than the other competitors down the street so made my decision easy. PLUS they have uhauls available, even better.

The facilities are every bit of what the website advertised but the real benefit of doing business with this outfit is the people that you work with. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a convenient transfer from one storage area to a smaller one elsewhere. Save me some money he made me a long-term customer.

I was a customer with Compass Self Storage for almost a year. The customer service the staff provides is THE BEST!🏆 They treat you like youre part of their family. The security in and out of the gates are customized per unit. So its not one code provided for all who enter. I felt very safe and that was SUPER important to me. The property is kept super clean and they have 2 U-haul trucks to rent if needed. So thats convenient.

Awesome service. Had an issue with the locking mechanism and called the office on a Sunday. Very nice and professional person answered listening to the issue we had encountered at the locker. Tyler immediately came to help us and changed out the locking mechanism while we were there. Great job of customer service!!! Thank you Tyler!!

We have had a great experience renting a storage unit from this facility. The staff is so courteous and were always attentive to our needs or concerns. We felt comfortable and secure at all times of the day. Should we need to rent again in our future here in Mansfield we would consider renting from Compass again.

This is my favorite storage place I’ve ever used. The help is amazing, they’re securely guarded with a locked gate and cameras, and it’s super clean no bugs/mice like other storage units in the area. Tyler assisted me in my renting of a unit and was super helpful! Maleeka has helped me on several occasions too and is a pure joy! Such bright employees like Chick-Fil-A :)

Made a major move last year from the mid west to Mansfield, TX. Making arrangements long distance can be very frustrating. I was happy that finding storage wasn’t one of them. Without being there physically I was very happy to have great customer service over the phone. That same great service was continues upon arrival. My movers had no problem entering the storage ahead of my arrival. The storage units are clean, well lit and safe. I often visit my storage unit in the evenings and I’ve always felt safe. There’s always carts available for customers use. Moving things solo this is a big convince for me. We are now on our third year with Self Compass Storage. We downgraded to a smaller unit. That transition was hassle free and we appreciate the service.

I called several storage places today looking for pricing and to get in today. Maleeka at the Mansfield branch was amazing. She had the best customer service of all 3 that I called and was straight to the point with extremely helpful and fast information. I showed up 10mins later and she gave me a great deal and had me a unit and keys in less than 30 minutes. I am beyond pleased with her and her hospitality that she provided. Moving is stressful and every little simple and pleasurable encounter is huge during the process, this was one! I highly recommend Compass!

Maleeka and Tyler went out of their way to accommodate us with our storage rental needs. Both aways had a smile, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. The facility itself is clean, well kept, and easy to navigate. There were motion activated lights, plenty of surveillance cameras, and carts in each building, which were a great help moving into and out of the unit. I recommend the renters insurance as our unit was broken into, but our experience with the facility itself was nothing but good despite the misfortune. Will update experience on claim if necessary.

Prices are comparable to other facilities but what truly sets this facility apart are the employees. Maleeka and Tyler are two of the most wonderful employees Ive worked with any where. They answered every tedious question without making me feel like a burden to their time, offered to show me every unit, even knew my name when I walked in. I hope the owner knows what jewels of employees they have!
