Was supposed to have my package yesterday was unsure of time and was going to be late for work missed delivery right after I left. Got a update it would come next day still had not received that day so called as I had to pick up my kids to see when it would come. It was not even going to be out for delivery. Now I have to pick it up from the fedex location as it will not even be delivered now. I can’t even pick it up today as it apparently won’t be available until tomorrow. This was a very important time sensitive package and this is absolutely ridiculous to have wait and run around like this I wouldn’t even give a star.
Well, for the first time ever, FED EX delivered a package I was waiting on, to someone else who hasnt seen fit to bring it to us. My husband was waiting for the driver to get out of his truck when he parked in front of our house, but he just drove off. We did our due diligence and thoroughly checked outside, but there was no package. Customer service needs some help...apparently no one works the weekend to handle claims and the CSRs dont know this. Everything is done electronically and I can see the signature of who signed for my package. When I called Friday afternoon, they said it would take 24 hrs to find out what happened, where it was delivered. When I called Saturday evening, they said up to 48 hrs; when I called Sunday evening there was no progress and oh, by the way, we dont have a phone number for you. Seriously?! If I had all the correct information when I first called, I would not be as agitated as I am now. As of this review, FED EX knows nothing as to what happened and again, the individual who signed for my package has not seen fit to bring it to us. I am not interested in the driver losing his job and I did get the FED EX CSR to tell me the shipper would get some form of reimbursement ( good thing), but the shipper will also either lose the sale or have to ship me the items again at no cost to me. FED EX is not losing anything here, except reputation. FED EX needs to take better care of their drivers who in turn take better care of delivering the packages.
Received text from FedEx that my package was delivered at 3:36 pm. No package anywhere. Have been home all day. This is not the first time this has happened, it generally shows up the next day or two. POOR service by our driver!!!!!! Was told by other drivers he likes to be home early to be with family so he does not finish his deliveries till next day....if he doesnt want to work give up your job! He is always off the clock no later then 4ish. To make it worse it is medical supplies!!!! Thank GOD it is not meds!!!!!!! I personally never use FedEx because of this!!!!!!!!!!
If you want your package delivered on time and to the correct address use UPS or USPS. After 4 phone calls and 5 days the packages that were delivered to the wrong address are still on my front porch.

If I could I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.. not helpful when calling customer service, and my package is a rental so it’s due back the day it says I’m supposed to receive it yay! Fed Ex get your act together.
So here we are, 6 days just sitting in the Mansfield, OH FedEx facility. I paid extra to have it delivered and yet, the same message DAILY. FedEx......... COME ON PEOPLE!
Lost my envelope with legal documents. No delivery date. Am being told its on a truck to my area center in Mansfield ohio. I would like to know if anyone is actually looking for the package. I would a supervisor from the trace department to call me. There is never a supervisor working at the call center.
Cant believe I cant talk to anyone. The packages I sent were ON THE TRUCK Thursday and Friday. No delivery made. I suppose I will have to drive to FedEx Mansfield tomorrow and pick up and deliver it to my customer IN Mansfield.

Always am happy to see that my package is coming through FedEx and not UPS! UPS always takes a couple extra days and likes to deliver as late as 6:30 PM! I love FedEx, they move your packages quickly and have them delivered anywhere from 9:30-2 PM! I love their app so much more than UPS too, it gives you more details!
Terrible service I would give them no stars if possible! I paid $5 for a delivery after 5 they show up at 5 and leave right away, I rescheduled a delivery for Saturday, I call Saturday morning and they said its in transit it will for sure come,(they stop in throw another package out the door onto the ground and dont have my other scheduled package), 8 in the evening I call them and the other one is still at the FedEx location.
Staff is very helpful
They refuse to listen to simple instructions to use a call box on my apartment complex building so I know when they are delivering my packages. Leaving door tag after door tag and me calling several times to make notes that they need to use the call box so I can unlock the door for them. Still no delivery.
There drivers dont know East from West, they also say they tried to deliver your package but were never even near your house! Especially the drivers who deliver to the Kenton, OH area!!!

FEDEX is the absolute worst company you could ever deal with. Should of had a package on Tuesday this is Friday and still dont have it. I cant get a hold a live person to talk to either. This is a constant problem with FEDEX. I am going to quit purchasing from companies that only use FEDEX.
If I could give zero stars I would. We literally do everything we can including paying extra for shipping not to have our packages shipped fedex but every single time we have a package “delivered” through them it is delivered to another road and another house. In the 5 years we have lived in our house they have only delivered one of our packages to our actual house and then we have to go find them because they say it’s not their responsibility. You also have to call a call center not near here that mostly doesn’t speak English to be told of it will never happen again. Absolutely pathetic.

I have had notices that my package would be delivered 4/23 by the end of the day, but no package, notifications that package would be delivered by end of day 4/24a FedEx pulls up and low and behold its on the truck. Now they are saying package will be delivered 4/27. They will have had my package for 5 days! It didnt take 5 days to get from Tx, to Mansfield! What the heck! This is not the first time this has happened either!
Paid for overnight shipping by 10:30 and the package with medical product required for a 12 noon surgery has still not arrived three hours later. Waited on hold with FedEx three times, said that it would arrive by 12:30 and then by noon and that the facility would reach out to me within an hour. It’s now 1:30 and the patient and staff are still waiting and not a word from the facility. Terrible customer service—will request that my company use UPS going forward in this area.
Glad to see I’m not the only one have these experiences with fedex lol well just like a lot of you they said they attempted to deliver my package at 2:15pm but business was closed.. I’ve been home with front door open all day and I don’t live at a business. so I called at 2:30pm the same day and my package was at the warehouse already haha.. I asked what that meant And the gentlemen said It’s not his fault and anything could’ve happened also Im not aloud to come pick it up and that they will try and deliver it tomorrow.. I understand stuff happens but after see all these reviews I think I see a pattern.. plus I’ve never had this problem with UPS just saying so take what you want from this review..

I have had it with this company!! How they stay in business is beyond me!! Fedex smartpost??? NOT SMART!!! Ok let me calm down and explain. I bought a computer on ebay from a highly rated seller. He mailed it on June 4 from Utah to me in Central Ohio. The tracking showed it was in Columbus on the 8th of June. No problem. But then for the next 10 days it continued to show Columbus with no movement towards my city. The estimated arrival date was updated from June 12 to June 18. Frustration growing. I call Fed Ex to find out what was going on. The lady says their hands are tied because smart post is a collaboration with the USPS. No new information other than its still in Columbus!! So today is June 18 and guess where my computer is right now...Columbus!! I called my local post office and they ran my tracking number and found out Ill be lucky if I get it by the 20th!!?! Its been on the ground in Columbus since the 8th!! As a contrast Ill point out that Ive ordered several other items from other companies from all over the country since I bought this computer and all those items have already long arrived. Either by USPS, or UPS. Again I will say I do not know how FedEx stays in business. They leave my stuff out in the rain, they throw my stuff down on the ground in the middle of my driveway, their drivers are rude and could care less. Ive had years of complaints with the FedEx system and this is just the last straw.

You need to have a location specific phone number! This foreign customer service line is a bunch of bull. I had a signture required package through UPS and I called the local store and we made quick and easy arrangements to drop my package after I got off work. Now I have a signature required package through these disappointments and they try to deliver it at 3pm when most pepple are at work then refuse to make arrangements for any time other than 3pm the following day and the customer service representative tells me I need to make arrangements around their schedule. I am the paying customer here. I shouldnt have to leave work to get a damn package.
I am giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. On Thursday, the driver decided on their own to require a signature. This is in spite of having delivered items with 10x the value without one previously. Friday came and decided not to even attempt it. When I called to ask, the said it would be sent out on a Saturday. Now it is coming on Monday. Their inability to follow through with even the simplest task, one they created and decided upon is astounding. I don’t expect to actually receive it on Monday either.
Very rude would not connect me to a supervisor and called me at 6am about a package and address they say doesnt exist yet I receive multiple packages at said address.
Horrible Bigoted customer service, avoid this place like the plaque!! Yesterday I went to the Paragon way location with my sister to ship packages back to my home in Los Angeles. The agent Barb completely ignored us when we walked into the location taking 10-15 minutes to scan and hand over 4 boxes to the customer in front of us. A man walked in with his daughter while we were waiting and when she finally finished with the gentleman in front us she chose to acknowledge and wait on the man behind us instead of practicing good customer service and working on a first come first serve basis. When my sister spoke up she dismissed her with a very snide reply, well if you dont like it you can complain to the manager. Barb then turned around disappeared to the back office still not processing my order. When she finally returned she gave us a very lame explanation that the company policy is to wait on customers with labels first. I wouldve accepted this explanation if when we walked in Barb wouldve simply acknowledge our presence and asked us if we were dropping off labeled packages ignoring the customer in front of us. The manager Denise came out a few minutes later and essentially cosigned Barbs poor customer service. When my sister asked where is this policy displayed because when I come here to ship pre labeled packages I ALWAYS have to wait my turn. Denise then admitted this isnt a written policy. My sister then said well if this isnt a policy then it shouldve been handled on a first come first serve basis. Denise then proceeded to not ignore my sisters question/statement and wait on some other gentlemen who arrived a few minutes later. I was in a spot yesterday and absolutely had to use @FedEx #FedEx to ship my packages but never again!!

Had an expensive package delivered today at 12:57pm. No sign of it anywhere. No ticket, no item. Its very rural here, we have an elderly couple who are retired across the street with a big picture window in the front. They can clearly see our home and watch out for us. No FedEx truck came today. We drove around to check the other 10 houses on the 7 miles long road. Nothing. Very odd, no one comes around here to steal things. They would have had to walk into my wide open sun room porch to have taken it, mind you the front of my house is wide open. Nothing to block the view so someone can steal it in a sneeks matter. They would have been seen.

Here I sit, patiently waiting for a delivery that requires a signature. It was loaded on the truck at 9:00 AM. I called the national number, and they cant pinpoint my delivery any closer than by 8:00 PM tonight. Really???? This is a very small metropolitan area. Ive already seen 2 trucks in my neighborhood by 11:15 AM, but, alas, neither one had my package. No on at the local terminal in Mansfield, OH will take a call from the national center due to storms in the northeast . What?? I live in the Midwest. At least the cable company gives me a 4 hour window....
Customer service sucks, waited all day for delivery finally got a text saying that I wasnt home, guess I was in the wrong house. House door was open, garage door was open and car was in the garage. I dont believe he even came to our house, must have had better things to do.

Delivery driver wouldnt deliver my package three time after I marked he could deliver without me there . And then when I called and explained that Im not driving 46 minutes to Mansfield from Wooster to get my package that I played shipping for they said that thats the only thing I could do. Even tho wooster has a FedEx location
For the 2nd time, the driver tried to deliver a package without actually trying. We have a dog that goes off if a mouse farts, so the guy must not have even knocked. Called the number, which directs you to a support center, Im assuming, since the English isnt great. Not even 10 minutes after a failed delivery we asked them to retry because it was important and they wouldnt do so. Due to several experiences of this nature, I resent that some companies wont let you choose UPS instead of the substandard FedEx.10 months later...Im adding to this because once again I got stuck with a FedEx shipment, and they managed to prove how inept they are at simple tasks. First, my package says its to be delivered on Saturday, which would have been great considering it wasnt long after I ordered it. Saturday comes and goes with no package. I check the site for tracking and it has mysteriously gone from delivery on Saturday to, Hey, someones sending you a package! Well let you know when its been handed off to FedEx! So Im mildly disappointed, but somewhere inside Id thought that was too quick for FedEx, so its like, meh.I wait a few days, and now its due to arrive on Tuesday. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email Monday telling me it had been delivered to my front door. I check outside, but theres no package. I check the tracking to confirm, and it says delivered. So I check around one more time before calling to report a stolen package. When I get someone on the phone, they tell me it hadnt been delivered; the driver had accidentally said it had, but it should be up for delivery on Tuesday. So Im irritated, but its better than someone stealing my package, so whatever.On Tuesday, tracking has stopped for my package, because its delivered, so I dont know what is going on with it until some kid knocks on the door and hands me my package, saying it had been delivered to his Grandma, and luckily she was honest enough to send him out with the heavy thing to hand deliver it to me.Now Im angry. Or maybe 10 months of UPS had just spoiled me into believing my deliveries would be handled efficiently and by employees who arent completely inept at their jobs. Honestly, if I had known that the company I ordered from used FedEx, I would have taken a moment to mull over whether I really needed the thing, grit my teeth, and gone ahead and ordered it anyway with a (much needed) prayer that all might go well. As it stands now, I WILL be checking ANYTHING I buy to MAKE SURE FedEx will not be (mis)handling my packages. If it says FedEx, I will look for other companies who sell the product until I find one that uses UPS, or USPS, for all I care. I shouldnt have to do something so terribly inconvenient, but how many times can one company shaft me before its enough? Im not waiting until they deliver something actually important to the wrong person. Get your act together, FedEx, for the love of God. Maybe require a test before hiring? Just a standard reading and writing exam is all Im saying.
Really like our delivery guy, but horrible inability to get hold of them whenever I need to call. Tired of customer service meaning being able to get hold of a human without time spent going through countless phone prompts. What ever happen to actual service in customer service?! =/

Had 4 tires to be delivered today but they screwed up and only brought 3 called and asked if they could bring it still today due to having set a date to be installed tomorrow but no they cant. So I asked if I can go out of my way to pick it up at the FedEx location so I would have in time and was also told no. Your screw up and is costing me time and money.

FedEx is the slowest most unreliable way to ship. They also slam and bang your item around with no care of whats inside. Being a package handler is also one of the worst, most soul deadening, dead end jobs there is.
