If it wasnt so blatantly overpriced, it would almost be hilarious.Stop here to ship a package, overseas. They wanted a $160 to ship 13 oz of cardboard to the United Kingdom.They dont offer any of the flat rate/single price Box options.I shipped the same thing at the Post Office, literally 4 minutes and 30 seconds away from the location, for $40.And, itll be there in 5 days guaranteed.
This is my email to the UPS store 3993 after getting overcharged and NEVER hearing back from this complaint .;Ok package arrived ok but the weight was less than 15 ounces but the postage was charged at 2 pounds. When I generated a shipping quote from us to you the cost was only a bit over 10.00 so seems like I was over charged by 10.00 here is the screen shot and the weight of box before opening(I sent some proof in a photo to them)I’ve only dealt with UPS stores from online auctions that force us to use them and each time I get overcharged and the packing does not coincide with the charges. I own a online retail store and have been shipping goods almost every day since 1994. The items were just put in the box with a little bit of bubble wrap around them not individually wrapped or anything. I’m just trying to figure out why you are charging what you did maybe you should adjust your scales or something because that package was nowhere near 2 pounds even at 2 pounds is still like $10 shipping cost or so. I know I’ll never recommend a UPS store for anything and I’ll never use one again for sure.(end of message).Summary:I would think a UPS store could weigh the package correctly it was a very small box. Paying for two pounds when it weighed less than 15oz is not ok with me.. They also say they are Competitive in pricing but a small 8x8x8 box costs nearly $4.00? Ill find them all day long for less than a dollar...I was originally charged $27.00+ he adjusted to $24.00+ after first contact basically removing insurance I assume...but Around $25.00 for 14 oz package USPS would have cost less than $10 also not very Competitive in my book. So I guess I paid $14.00 handling fee to put some small jewelry box items in a box with 1 piece of bubble wrap..
I had them print color photo books for our school. They were lightning fast, very helpful and professional. I can definitely recommend them for all your printing and mailing needs!
Horrible experience. The guy gave over 300 dollars worth of my items to a different person he also allowed them to sign for them knowing it was not their name on the box. . The address label on all of the boxes were right however he hit the wrong entry button to a different apartment and allowed a random person with a different last name sign for my products. None of the items were replaced by them so Im out 300 dollars .
This store GAVE AWAY my $2,000 package. I did not authorize anyone else but me to pick it up. They told me a lady came in with the same address and they just gave it to her. No checking of photo I.D. no signature, nothing. They pretty much acted like it wasnt a big deal and not their fault. They gave me a claims number and hung up. Since when can you walk in anywhere and tell the store associate you live at so and so and they just hand over a package?!
This place was great. But there was one particular woman in this store when I visited to make returns today (Dec 28th) that made everything run smooth. She is so good and so very efficient that I would drive out of my way to do all my shipping needs at this store!!
I had a good experience at this store. I sent some very time-sensitive documents to Europe. When I went to track the shipment on UPS.com, the tracking number that I was given at the store didn’t pull anything up. When I went in today, the gentleman tracked it for me and did a good job of explaining that sometimes the tracking numbers get changed.I do recommend that the store inform customers at the point of sale that this sometimes happens and what to do when/if it does, but the store rep did do a good job of explaining that and helping today.I appreciate the good service.

I too have used this store (Lexington Ave) many, many times over time..(usually to pick up a pkg that was taken there when the delivery driver wasnt able to leave a pkg at my address for some reason or another) and I would like to add that I have never had bad service there..even when I wasnt thrilled with having to go get something that I expected to be delivered. AND,, I really appreciate having this UPS store available,, the pure convenience of this alone is awsome! I am satisfied, and you will be too if you use them. Remember- kindness is contagious! Support your Local Small Businesses!! You dont know what youve got til its gone!?!

If you continue to allow people to be serviced without making them wear a mask, you are actively helping the virus spread. seriously. losing business should be more important to you than serving possibly infected customers/carriers.

I’m at this location weekly shipping multiple items and they don’t bat an eye on jumping in and helping me! Absolutely love them! Terrible service in this uncertain time, given bad, questionable looks while wearing a mask for safety amid the outbreak, then telling me i had to return home for more paperwork that im sure they can get themselves. You do realize that trips out of the home are a necessity right now and your resolution was to make yet another trip into your store.Ill think twice before coming back in.

I have been using this place for over a year. Highly reliable. People are always friendly. I recommend any small business to go to them for their mail box needs.

Ive been using this store for many, many years-mostly for printing services. Sure there is an issue from time to time (like anywhere else) but i keep going back because im a satisfied customer...
Terrible employees - unhelpful and unfriendly. The female manager and also employee names Aaron are ridiculous and seem to enjoy creating problems. They are simply unhappy people - similar to the type you will find at post offices. If they hate their jobs that much, they should find another place to work!
Helpful but lacking supplies. They suggested I go to store on Longview. Probably should have just gone there first

You can ship with them, but don’t use their photo service: pictures taken by their employees are terrible, they have no skills at all and equipment is bad
Slow customer service, misplaced package, delay of shipping, over priced, will not use their service again.
