My window has been paid for months now I’ve been trying to get them to deliver. I set up an appointment for the 15th and still nothing. Very inconsistent since ive dealt with them. The lady is very rude and seems as tho she does not care about having business and treating customers nicely. They don’t even deserve this one star. I’ve been very patient but business is horrible.

We called to find out if they could come out and fix our business door that someone had broken trying while braking into our business. since we had used them in the past, we figured it made since to use them again. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, asked what town we were in and we told her she said she wouldnt have anyone in our area until next week and told us to find another company, when asked if she could recommend anyone she said nope look online there are enough in your town find one then hung up. Like wow lady take a customer service class it doesnt take much to be nice!

I had a situation with Road Runner Glass company in Manteca. A screen door replacement with an upgrade screen. On returning a week later, they didn’t have what I asked for. They gave me an upgraded frame not the upgraded screen I requested. I ended disagreeing with the employees. they tried remembering what I ordered. They wanted to charge me $40 more to correct the problem and they swear that they’re taking a big loss. whatever happened to the customer is always right, not there

I own B & B Consignments & Boutique Inc in Downtown Manteca Ca. We have been broken into three times since we opened our doors in 2013. I have used Roadrunner Glass all three times on my window repairs and recently to repair a mirror Ive broken in my store. I find them to be very reasonable in their pricing and great to work with. I truly like using them for any glass repair needs I have. Keep up the Good Work Guys!

Slow on quotes

I took my 3 cars with little chips and they cracked windshield while fixing minor chips (now I regret why I took my cars to them). I asked them what is the best weather to get these chips fixed and they told me hotter is better. I am talking about June 17th around 3 pm, temp 88 degrees F. Other one they broke during little chip repair was on June 16th, temp 89 degrees F. I am not comfortable with their service and strongly DOES NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to get windshield chips repair here after my bad experience. I am talking about 2010 honda pilot and 2000 honda accord with chip damage less than month and both cars are not heavy commuter cars if roadrunner wants to plead that older chips tend to break during fix or if you drive they tend to break during fixes. Bottomline.... try at your own risk, I regret going there and this would cost me now few hundred bucks as the the cracks in windshield they create are so big that it is dangreous to drive cars now without replacing them. One thing more I wanted to say here is that chips I had initially were very small and I could have have lived with them for next 10-15 years easily.
