Ive always wanted to stop by and I finally got the chance to, and as much as you see outside youll see even more on the inside. Its almost overwhelming with everything that they have. There fish tank is awesome!!! So many products to look at and two stores of nothing but an outdoor mans dream.

I always find what I am looking for. I really appreciate that most of the staff are avid practitioners of the department they work in.

I wanted to purchase new boat here, but salespeople were not knowledgeable and would not return a phone call. I took care of all my financing and was pre approved. All they had to do is order the 60k boat. SMH. I thought is was a coincident that when I transferred my financing to Gone Fishin Marine in Dixon, I got a phone call about coming in to order boat. Too late. There did not seem like much care that they lost the sale. I found out the salespeople are just hourly guys. This is something that upper management needs to be aware of.

Bass pro shop is a beautiful store with extremely high prices, on just about everything however if you take inventory you can find some really good deals a case and point would be the sea to summit titanium silverware found in the camping section retails at REI for $38 sells for $22 at Bass pro shop -shop wisely and you can save a little bit of money here.

My grandpa loves looking for new lures all the time here, friendly workers and such a cool place! Very large building, and has some awesome features inside + outside. Highly recommend for fishing, hunting, camping, and all the outdoorsmen and women.

I paid 585.55 to replace the starter and relay and to repair the ignition switch in by tracker boat with a merc outboard. When I picked it up the paperwork said tested good. When I put it in the water it would not start. The battery was good and fully charged. I have called numerous times and they will not answer the phone. They are nearly impossible to deal with. If at all possible take your boat somewhere else. Also, dont but a tracker. Buy a boat from a dealer with a good service department.

This place is always a good place to go,quality items hunting fishing all outdoor needs just about, I purchase iron cooking pans there also carry streamlight flash lights as well, the live fish aquarium is cool also, the fudge is also good they have more then a few kinds of fudge to choose from.

Great spot to pick up some gear or clothing a must check if youve never been 😉

Terrible place to buy a boat. Salesmen are mediocre, the finance department is non existent, you can never get thru to anyone by phone in the sales or finance department. You actually have to deal with finance back east and in store. .I got approved for financing 2 days ago, and no one from the in-store financing has contacted me yet. I even left a message. Twice. Not buying a boat from Bass pro now. Too much hassle. No communication.

Bass pro is always amazing and treat us right. We have always gone there for photos and theyre getting it right this time round. We didnt wait more than 10 mins

Staff always helpful and knowledgeable, makes a gun newbie like myself feel very comfortable.
