Timely service, they keep up with Covid Regulations during delivery, good prices, and our delivery guy Gilberto always goes above and beyond!

I work for a non profit homeless shelter and called this morning to see about getting a new water cooler, since we rent one through them. I asked how much more it would cost to get a bottom load instead of a top load and Erica (the customer service rep) worked her magic and we got one for a GREAT rental price! We have an office with only women and it was really hard for us to lift the 5 gallon jugs. We would have to call other employees to come and lift it for us, but not anymore!! We are soo excited to get our new water cooler next week. Erica, you are amazing and have totally made my day! Thank you Alhambra for having such amazing staff!

I’ve never had a problem. The customer service is great and the water taste so pure. My driver Jose is very friendly and always make sure that I have enough water that last until my next delivery. He’s a awesome guy

Delivery service is amazing. I have run out of water 3 days before and contact the delivery guys and within an hour he delivers everything. Love it!

My water delivery guy was pretty friendly until I cancelled the service due to me having to move out of state. I had a date set for when they were supposed to come pickup the water dispenser with the empty jugs but never showed up and I had to keep calling their customer service number to ask why no one had came to pickup the items as I was getting ready to move and couldn’t wait. I then received a nasty phone call from the delivery guy who was like “I understand you’re moving but are you moving somewhere that has the same water service” I told him “no I already cancelled I just need this picked up before date 00-00-00 because I’m moving” then he said “well I’m not in that part of town but I guess I have no choice but to come grab the items… just leave it outside and I’ll have to go out of my way to go get it”… I just thought it was very unprofessional that he felt the need to tell me what an inconvenience it was for him to come pickup HIS items. I had already gave him a week to come grab everything and he never showed up until I told them if they don’t come then I can’t be held responsible for the empty jugs or the dispenser. I will not be renewing service with this company ever again.

We have been a customer for many, many years. The service has deteriorated lately, with missed deliveries, hour wait times on the phone, and very poor customer service.They recently missed a delivery and my yard is out of bottled water. The well water I have is non-potable, so water is crucial. Their claim is the next delivery would be July 13, 2 weeks away. Completely unacceptable.No longer a customer, and I will be sure to tell all of my business associates. I tried to communicate with them, but an hour and a half on hold told me how much they value my business.

Great service, friendly drivers. I do wish I could get Distilled Water in 5 gallon glass bottles like I used to. Now I have to get Spring Water and its not as good. Otherwise, I like Alhambra and have been with them for over a decade.

I signed up for Alhambra water services on August 9th 2021. I signed up for buy two get two free and I pay $15.00 dollars for each glass bottles which came to the amount of $121.93 after two days I received a email from sparklettes I guess its one of Alhambra sister idk they told me my delivery will arrive on August 13th 2021. I recieved my delivery on August 15th 2021 which was fine. Until they only delivered two glass bottles. The driver which was very helpful came back on the August 19th and delivered the other two bottles. Then a couple days later I was charged $91.93. I called Alhambra and was transferred to mountain springs water because I guess the glass bottles are a different company. I was told that with the glass bottles I didnt get the buy two get two free offer on the glass bottles the offer was only on the plastic bottles. Why wasnt I aware of this and if that was the case why did the company give me a 30.00 credit for the two missing bottles. I had to pay $50.00 deposit I was told they never took it but when I spoke to the representative at mountain springs water they said that they did take the $50.00 deposit but they didnt take it but no one can tell me who and how can I get my $50 back. So on September 13th I was charged $61.93 + the $30.00 credit I had on my account which totals $91.93 for I guess two bottles that were delivered. I never received anymore deliveries. They said that was for the charge on August 15th 2021 so I paid $193.93 +$91.93 +$61.93 for 4 glass bottles. I am warning you dont waste your time or money on this go to your local water store and fill up your water. Please dont get scam. Dont buy!!!!

Very happy with my services, could not be better! I know when theyre coming, whats my bill, if I want to add or remove things. I cant complain, my family and I are very satisfied with their services.

Trying to locate a human to discuss delivery issues. On hold two different times for over 39 minutes each time. Finally got a human in another state! Not able to tell me exactly what the issue is on delivery issues, except for this. They cannot get enough people to run the routes, due to COVID. Really? Is COVID to blame for all things? Customer rep offered to schedule a delivery for this week. Will pass on my concerns to local manager, whose name I cannot have because they dont do that. Dont like feeling as though they are doing me a favor, when I am a paying customer. Disappointed in the poor customer service.

The water itself and regular delivery was fine. Beware Canceling service online is NOT an option. Trying to reach a service rep via phone took us 3 days of multiple calls ranging from 10 minutes to 90 minutes of waiting on hold. It was dreadfully painful.

Love the delivery service! Its so convenient and prices are great! Definitely worth it! I always have good, clean cold or hot water thats delivered to my door.With different water type and size options, as well as k-cup coffee options, cups and straws for offices sparkling water. Love this service and wish I had it sooner like PP said! Fits perfectly in my apartment and the knobs are high enough so my 2 year old cant reach!Easy to replace water. And doesnt take that much energy. Love it!

Since Primo took over the service and deliveries have been unreliable. To top it off they turn off their phone service without no way to communicate and inquire where’s your water delivery. I was suppose to get my delivery on the 14th, and then supposedly for today, but still without my delivery.

Horrible service my order was supposed to be delivered June 13th and it is now July 2nd and I still haven’t received anything. I call the facility and they just give me the run around.

I love Alhambra Water. We get it delivered and always comes on the same day. I put a post-it on the bottle and tell them how many I want and it happens. If I want some bubble H2O I let the representative and it gets delivered with my water. I love how this helps the environment by not getting tons of water bottles we use the dispenser and we all have our own water bottles. I give Alhambra a 5 star. Oh I ordered this service through Costco.

I love Alhambra delivery services. Its much more convenient than buying cases of water, storing them, storing the empties and then recycling. I have 5 gallon bottles delivered every two weeks. My delivery driver/rep, Jesse G in Riverbank is awesome! He is efficient and prompt when answering any questions I have. I often forget to leave my empties out and he contacts me to see if I need replacements. He has provided such great customer service over the years, that I have referred my neighbors. Jesse is an asset to the company and I hope he continues for years to come.

I’ve had my water service for a few months and wished I’ve done it sooner!! My delivery guy Jesse G is the best!! He’s always so kind and has a big smile on his face. He also remembers my orders and calls me if something doesn’t look right!! He’s awesome!! My deliveries are always on time, the website and new app are so easy to follow!! The worst customer service!! I haven’t had a water delivery since June 3rd - I keep calling customer service and they reschedule an “expedited” delivery(3 times) but no one ever comes! It’s ridiculous.

I love having Alhambra water! I have had it for over 20 years! My delivery driver Jesse is awesome! I have physical ailments and when I see him he is willing to put water in house by front door so that we can manipulate the water bottles to where we need them. Love having the hot/cold cooler. The hot water spout has a safety button so that children can not open it! I use the hot water for cup of noodles, hot cocoa, tea, etc! Had to replace unit and I was able to get within the week that I called.

I signed up for Alhambra Water through Costco and Im so happy I did! $2.99 a month to rent their bottom load water dispenser. Its so easy to replace the bottles and no more spills. Hot and cold water at your finger tips. Their website makes it easy to add or skip deliveries or add other products. I have direct line to my driver if I forget to skip my delivery. I get reminder calls for deliveries and email if there is a delay. Ive gotten the kids to drink more water since having Alhambra Water.

Super disappointed. I signed up for delivery service and they have not shown up once for over 2 weeks. They keep promising to show up the next day and never do. I am cancelling. Too unreliable!

Alhambra delivers to our office each month. Our driver is very helpful and never fails to make sure we get the amount of water we need.

They miss advertise when making sales. Representatives are very rude. Even after making a complaint, I was never accommodated for all I lost.

Alhambra in my opinion is the best tasting water to drink. Instant hot water from the dispenser is the best for tea or anything you prefer. Always recommend Alhambra!

My driver - delivery guy whatever you want to call him is very friendly and always ask if there is anything else he can do for us I recently had a very detailed Back Surgery (Screws 8, Rods 2, and Spacers 3) all for my Lower Back. He carries the Bottles in for me. Thats Great Service.

Alhambra water company is a waste of time and money! This company’s customer service and protocols are very disappointing! I had the service for awhile and it wasn’t worth the payout. I tried to cancel in November and they drew the process out and charge me for water I never received. I spent months trying to be done with this company and it took 4 months and countless hours on the phone talking to people that never really helped. Needless to say I am disappointed with the service I received but I will not be recommending Alhambra water services to anyone because of this ordeal and I wouldn’t ever be a customer again! This company doesn’t care about their customers they only care about money! My experience has been proof.Sincerely keeping it real

I love having Alhambra water! I have had it for over 15 years and I will never be without it! My delivery driver Scott is awesome! Having the hot/cold cooler encourages me and my family and guests to drink more water. We keep plastic cups on the top of it at all times and everyone that comes over is always encouraged to help themselves! My young grandchildren even help themselves since I have a low drawer full of cups for them. I also fill my Hydro Flask each morning so that I always have fresh cold water to drink. The hot water spout has a safety button so that children can not open it! We use the hot water in the cooler months for cup of noodles, hot cocoa and tea!

This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. How on earth they stay in business is beyond me. They are expensive to begin with, but you figure it’s worth it for the convenience. Except there no convenience!! They deliver on the wrong day IF they deliver at all. Their website is trash, the workers are garbage, the call center might as well no exist at all it’s so damn useless. They get the billing wrong every month!! The equipment they rent you is just hot garbage. Forget it. I’m a busy guy but I’d rather go get my own water.
