The staff here is extremely professional and courteous. They completed and oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter swap out. Everything was done in a timely fashion and ample communication during the entire process. Great Job!

When I first got in I was greeted by Evan who has a very friendly and positive vibe to him. I told him what I needed done and was out of there in about 25-30 minutes. I like going to this jiffy lube because of the service here and everyone works well with each other.

I have been coming to this manteca location for my oil change the last 3 years. At the beginning of the this year, I moved into Stockton & I still come to this location. Their customer service is great ! They always try to get me in and out as fast as possible with what I need done ! I will continue to come to this location ! I have been taking my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for the past 3 years. The JL team are very friendly, they work as a team. I can hear as they communicate with each other in the service station. I am informed of parts need replacing and what services Ill need in the future.

A little pricy, make sure you use the coupon from the website. Came to 43$ after the coupon, for the cheapest blend. But, they were the only place open on a Sunday so I was happy they were there to help. In and out in 30 minutes. Also cleaned the front windshield which was a nice touch.

We normally go to the dealership but due to the convenience of this location I had her go to the Jiffy Lube in Manteca. The dealership doesnt even come close to this?? Explain?? By the way no other service was done.

The staff at this Jiffy lube are polite, professional, and dont try to up sell you.I had a Toyota Corolla that got 313,000 miles before I finally gave it to charity. Most if tge service was done at the Manteca Jiffy lube.I highly recommend this store.

Got there at 8:30 as they open at 9:00. Was the 4th car in line. They got me through in less than an hour and always are courteous and professional. Best shop I have been to. Always a coupon available for a discount too!!!

The gentleman running the shop (earings) while I was there on 1/26/21 was professional and friendly. The team was quick and efficient and multiple techs worked on various aspects of my vehicle’s maintenance as it required some specialized skills. Great service, good price, but the customer service is what has me writing the review.

Took it in around 3 and couldn’t pick up until 5:30, ended up not getting there until right before 6. Called them to let them know when I was on my way and promised I’d be there before closing and they offered to keep it in the shop to pick up the next day! Amazing customer service and definitely recommend them!

If you need any work done on your car go to jiffy lube they did a great job on my car today and I was very happy with the price they gave me they really got on it and took care of my car

The boys were very efficient and nice. Some car service companies can feel predatory toward women who may be less knowledgeable about cars and that did not come across at all.

The team/crew and mechanics that work here are friendly, they know what they are doing and can get your oil changed very quickly here. I stay in my car while they change the oil which is convenient for me!

Today I came in 15 minutes after eight there were four cars ahead of me and was informed it will be about 45 to hour before they can service my vehicle. I noticed there was only three techs, one in the pit and the two including the service manager handling the tasks above. The line of vehicles grew longer as crew greeted them some of them drove off due the length of time started to increase. The small crew worked hard to get the vehicles in front me serviced. It wasn’t until 0930 when the rest of the techs showed up that’s when my car got to my car (I have no issues with Jiffylube they are very good and I bring all my vehicles get serviced for several years now). My only complaint is usage of of the techs...there wasn’t enough to handle early morning crowd to me the was poor planning and it showed when you had potential customers drove off.

First off Robert F. is awesome. I called first to see how long the wait was and to find out a few prices, Robert said that there was not a long wait and then he gave me a few quotes. When I got there the guys that came to the car were very nice and helpful. They took some major COVID cautions even though I said it wasnt necessary. My 7 year old son was very happy to be able to connect to the WiFi in the waiting room, the area was very clean and the bathroom was also really clean.Several times Robert came in to give me and the other 2 customers updates on our cars. He let me know that I needed coolant added and he informed one of the men that his air filter was bad and needed replacing, but unfortunately they were out of stock so he said he would blow it out the best he could until he could have it replaced.When I cashed out he took my coupon with out any hassle and was sweet enough to double check that my change oil soon warning was re set. (I have driven off with out the warning re set and I felt really dumb)It is sad that customer service of this quality is no longer what we receive on a regular basis. It was a Saturday evening and the men working could have easily rushed us thru so they could get home. But the way they were working and the way they took their time to explain what they needed to do was very much appreciated. I think that Robert is an excellent example of amazing customer service and any company would be lucky to have him and his staff.

Friday night I requested a price quote for a full synthetic oil change on my Dodge Caravan. In the morning the quote was received and I went there around 10 am and it was crowded. I was 5 in line to get in to the bay. While waiting, I was approached by a mechanic and he knew exactly who I was, what I wanted, & needed in the van. He told me the quote and if I agree with it. I did and waited four about 30 minutes total. I got out, they drove my car in and got to work. I used their bathroom and it was clean, had soap and toilet paper. I signed an agreement to do the work and waited. The mechanic doing my work was nice and informed me my both air filters needed to be changed and that the in cabin filter was replaced incorrectly, I told him 1 of your guys did it I gave only had it serviced there. Out of courtesy he asked to go into my glove box (Covid yada yada). I accepted the offer to check it. I declined to get them replaced though. I knew how to replace the one in the engine, and I YouTubed the on cabin filter. I did them after in the OReillys parking lot by my house. Lol! The quote was on point, no hidden stuff. Also I had a coupon of 20% off. What a deal. I was outta there about 20 minutes after they pulled in my van. 4 outta 5 bc my windows werent clean all the way. The front windshield was cleaned on my side, but not the passengers. Overall this is the place to go!

Just a bit disappointed because the service was great, oil changed on cue...but I had said it was a new car that I just bought and would they give it a good once over...the only problem I have is that items were never checked Transmission Fluid (because I was sitting right there in the car) they never checked it BUT the sheet said it was OK, so it leads me to think what other items were never checked but marked OK...like everything underneath the vehicle...

UPDATED REVIEW: Please Read Below.Jiffy lube made an honest mistake (they forgot to put back on my radiator reservoir cap and ultimately caused engine damage to my Hybrid Car. In the end (Recap of incident below), Jiffy Lube ended up owning up to their mistake and paid to have my car fixed.My advice after getting your car serviced is to look under the hood and make sure all caps are on and secured. Not just at Jiffy Lube but anywhere you get your car serviced.Story of what happened (Written on 8/3/21)I went to Jiffy Lube a few months ago. I had an oil change and now I need a new engine. Tech apparently forgot to put radiator reservoir cap back on (not radiator cap but reservoir where you add in radiator fluid) 2 months later after driving 2500 miles with no, I repeat no issues, my car engine light came on. I pulled over and found cap (see pictures below) sitting apparently where tech last placed it under the hood and not back on. I now need over $13,000 worth of work (new engine and manifold). Again no sign of trouble at all. Car is still new 2018 Hybrid with only 29,000 miles.Initially Jiffy Lube said they would not pay because their mechanic said the car could not be driven that distance without some sign or alert. I think after talking with the Dealer and the Technician that accessed the damage, Jiffy Lube changed their mind and said that they would pay for the repairs to my car.My Initial Review was about 18 months ago and was edited on 8/12/21.

Needed an oil change while traveling through.I got lucky and there was no wait to get in, but! I was out of there, all fixed up, windows washed! in less than a half hour!!! 15-20 minutes. *And kind and courteous.* Great spot.

Took my car in on a Saturday morning for an oil change, everything was really quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled around back and the guy was quick to come up to me and asked what I needed, he asked me to just park it right there and come inside theyd take care of it. I get inside and was greeted by Brittany, she finishes up helping the previous customer and gets right to the computer and goes over my car info. She confirms my car info and tells me theyll have it done in just a few minutes. I did not get any high pressure sales pitch on extra services, like you usually get when you go. I was recommended the transmission fluid be changed and because I didnt get the usual vulture tactics sales pitch I ended up getting the extra service and was in and out in under 20 minutes. They were friendly and professional from beginning to end. Would highly recommend.

Decent service. My only complaint is that the service writer promised me a service champ synthetic filter in my BMW. When the tech was doing the service to my vehicle, I noticed he installed a standard filter.I didnt say anything at the time, but I did decline the other services and left. In all fairness. He did charge me for the standard filter. And I assume that he did not have the promised filter in stock. And just decided not to tell me.

This JiffyLube surprised me. I went in for an oil change and I received a multi-point inspection, air to all 4 tires, cleaned windows, topped off all fluids, oil change, in 16 minutes. The lady inside went over what the technicians did and set me up for a reminder for my next service. She was very professional. Now, this is what surprised me. An elderly lady by the name of Ms. Mary came in and they greeted her as if they known her for years. They inspected her car, and all fluids were good. They pulled her car around there was no charge. They didn’t try to upsell her any service she didn’t need or services they could make a huge profit on. These people care. Something you don’t see everyday. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you for the great service.

Friendly service, I brought my own oil so that save me a couple dollars on the full synthetic. The only issue I had, was the greasy handprints on the outside of the door handle area from the technician. But besides that, very satisfied and I will continue to use Jiffy Lube in Manteca.
