Best place to get a car very honest people

We walked in not really trying to buy that day, just looking but found a car we really liked. The staff was so nice, non pressuring gave us an idea of what the loan would look like. We wanted a certain APR based on our credit scores, and they called the bank themselves and made it happen! They were able to meet all our needs, and exceeded our expectations with the whole process! Ive had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships but they totally turned that around for me! Will definitely go back to them with our future car needs, and highly recommend to everyone!They have mostly trucks, but have a nice supply of commuter friendly used cars as well, and get in new supply often. So whatever youre looking for dont hesitate to check them out!

I don’t recommend this dealership they are shady, they sold me a car, that broke down within 2 weeks and they don’t want to return my down deposit of 3,500$, I don’t recommend it at all. They are a bunch of thieves that only care about the money and not the customers.

I bought a dodge truck a few months ago and I LOVE IT! This review is well over due. I did not finance but I did not have the full 20,000 in one day so they let me pay over a few day’s time until it was paid off. So I guess it was a form of in house finance... but not technically. I am currently looking at another car on their lot. Now that I have my truck I need a sedan. Trucks are gas hogs..... happy returning customer.

Went to test drive a mustang GT, and left with it for a really good price, the car was in great running shape and so was the rest of the car( hard to find with used cars these days). Valentine hooked it up, he was easy to talk to,and he answered all my questions truthfully,no b.s. honest answers. Then he got Valentine Jr to detail it while we did paperwork, Jr hooked it up good while its raining ash from all the wild fires,( not easy to do) . If your looking for a car or truck check them out.,👍 The only negative was the drive home, it wasnt long enough had to pass my house and keep driving this mean machine.🙉

I just bought a 2014 Silverado, lowered with rims, tint etc. Valentine and Gus took care of me and are both really good dudes. After some confusion about the engine size of the truck, they were super willing to negotiate with me and get to a really fair price. Best selection of trucks and cars that Ive found around the valley.

Well I was going to give them a 5 star review until less than 30 days from the date I paid 9200 cash for my saturn sky I am waiting for it to get over 900 worth of work done on it as the water pump is out and it is no easy task to replace it. I contacted Gus and told him what had happened and that I was still waiting for the touch up kit he promised to send me. He told me it was fine when they sold it to me even though I commented about it smelling like pancakes when they brought it to me and took it to the shop the day after I bought it because it had overheated. Long story short is they were great until I paid cash for the car then I have been waiting almost a month for my touchup paint and now this. I did not even expect them to pay for the entire water pump even though a certified mechanic said it had started rusting and had been leaking way longer than I have had the car even after being told that I was only looking for a little help on the repair cost . But no they said I was on my own and to take care . So thank you Truck Max for the lesson in used car sales 101 and how not to trust Gus from Truck Max its all about the $ . My car is a beauty and after this I am hoping it is a dependable little car . Truck Max earned the amount of stars and review I had to give them at least 1 so I could post it the one star was earned by hector thank you for your help you deserve 5 stars

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE MY NIECE Just bought a truck here last week, truck literally only ran for 24 hours and is now broke and in the shop, fuel pump is out, SHE IS a young girl with limited income and the car lot is giving me the run around, they now wont return my calls or even answer their phones. They are taking advantage of HER and HER truck is still sitting in the shop waiting for them to call to pay the bill. I am going to take them to court and get them shut down, come Monday I am filing papers on them to get the repair bills paid, then I am going alway the way to the top of the state of california to get their dealer license pulled. All I want is the repair bills paid to get this truck back on the road and they will not return a call

Have you ever come accross an add on facebook market or craigslist or other websites where a dealership is claiming to sell a car at ridiculously good price so then you go to the dealership in person and that car is nowhere to be found?? Well NOT at Trucks Max USA. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by Valentine and he helped me find the Exact car that was in the add! I was blown away by the customer service here. They were not just pushy dealers but instead they were helpful and listened to help me find the Ford F350 i was looking for. This has been the only good car buying experience out of the past 3 cars i have bought from a dealerships before. I wish i had purchased my first car from here! I will definitely be reccomend to my friends and family. The whole management played a role in helping me get the truck i wanted at a perfect price for my budget. Needed a bigger car for my family, walked in talked to Jay about a year ago and got approved for our surburban with no problems even with bad credit. Car still runs great. Will definitely go again when i decide to get another car.

I was pulled over by CHP coming back from the weekend for operating my off road lights on the highway. The officer then told me that the license plates I had been given by the salesman, were for the wrong vehicle. I bought the car in August 2017 and they put the wrong information on the title and didnt give me the plates until November. Didnt get any help from the salesperson yesterday. Probably wont. New plates=$21; traffic fines=?👎👎👎👎👎

We purchased a truck from Jay and within a week the transmission went out. Jay agreed to pay half the cost of the repairs but ended up shorting us $200. Then a month later the head gasket needs replacing and at the same time we find out it had been illegally smoged and has to be redone. After my husband fixes the head gasket out of our own pockets, Jay has the truck for a month trying to get it to pass smog. Over the last 2 years we have had numerous small issues but my husband has fixed them all. Now come time to smog the truck again and come to find out they didnt have a sensor on the truck. So there is no way it passed smog legally the second time Jay had it done. Now we are having to pay $1,000 to have the sensor installed and get the truck to pass smog because the dealer cuts corners He was never honest with us and was always trying to push the problems off onto someone else. I would give them negative stars if I could and would never recommend them to anyone, dont let positive reviews fool you we have had to put so much money into our truck because of stupid stuff Truck max USA did or didnt do

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. My boyfriend bought a truck here, took it home, took it on 2-3 SHORT drives and started having problems. He’s had it for close to 5 months now and when it is not getting worked on in the shop, we only have it for about 2 weeks at a time before it starts having problems again. He has had to put close to 5 grand into it since he bought it! Tried calling dealership multiple times and texting manager, we get ignored every time. They sent us to one of their best mechanics when we first began having problems, when we went to pick it up there was a huge dent on the drivers side of the truck bed. They denied doing it and said it was already there. We tried contacting the ship owner after and never heard from them again, nor did the actual dealership manager that had originally recommended this shop. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

When my wife and I first purchased our truck from Trucks Max USA last week, I had no problem giving them 5 stars for their customer service and their willingness to bend over backwards to provide us the truck we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. They didn’t exactly meet our price, but we still got a hell of a deal. Jay assured us that their mechanics have gone over the truck and it’s in very good working order. We were extremely excited and felt good about our purchase.The next couple days I heard a “clunk” sound whenever I would accelerate from a dead stop and during sudden stops. It got to be annoying to me so I made an appointment with my mechanic. It was raining the day of my appointment and my truck happen to fishtail when I accelerated from a dead stop. So now I’m thinking it needs new tires.So after my mechanic looked it over, he said the clunking sound is coming from the front suspension. Not only that, he found an oil leak from the transmission and he confirmed that I needed a new set of tires. This is only partial reason why I’m giving them a low rating.My mechanic also noticed that we had no spare tire. I called Jay at Trucks Max USA and he was apologetic and explained they remove the spares to avoid them from getting stolen. He said he would make arrangements to have it delivered to me and that he would call me back later that day to confirm. At this point, I’d give them a 4 star rating, only because we ended up with a truck with $2k worth of problems. Because Jay was so understanding, I’d still give their customer service 5 stars.What happens next is where their star rating drops to a 1 (less if that was possible). I have called Jay many times about this spare tire and each time I would get a response that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I never get a call back. It got to a point where they put me on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up. Then they started avoiding my calls.Then I had to call from a different area code in order for them to answer. I asked for Jay and the man on the phone asked me who I was. I gave him a name (not mine). He asked what was this regarding and I said about a car. Then I asked him if I was speaking to Jay. He said yes. Not once during this call he led me to believe that he was Jay. Seriously, is this how one runs a business? I asked him why he was avoiding my calls and he simply said they’ve been busy.So he tells me that he doesn’t have anyone driving to my area anytime soon. So if I want my spare tire, I would have to drive 1.5 hours to get it or someone can meet me half way. Wait a minute! Since it was their fault for not putting the spare tire back on the truck which we paid for, shouldn’t they make arrangements to have it delivered to me?Funny, when we were first interested in buying, he (Jay) treated us like VIP’s. He took all our calls and even called me. Now that we signed all the paperwork and paid for our truck IN CASH, we are once again, peasants.

These guys will promise you one thing and then ignore you. I have a truck with no spare tire also. I have a drivers seat that only goes forward, not back. Which was verbally promised with handshake by Jay, to be fixed. Many missed appts by Mechanic and Jay and augustine no longer answering my messages. I also have a transmission that HARD shifts 1st to 2nd gear. Jay promised to get that fixed if the transmission service he was going to do didnt fix it. Well I have plenty to do on my own along with the larger payment than I was stuck with when he couldnt honor the first sales contract.Stay far away from this place.

We recently bought a 2004 Ford Explorer from Trucksmax. The only complaint I have is that the salesman had a little bit of an attitude at times. The explorer did not have a warranty, and we were told that if there were any problems with it within 30 days we could bring it in to be repaired. (excluding major repairs, due to the year of the vehicle and the amount of miles) About 4 days after we bought it the check engine light came on. The diagnostic said that the coolant level was too low, which means that it needed the thermostat replaced. I also found the lever on the blend door actuator near the floor board. It had broken off. They are notorious for breaking. I called Trucksmax and told them the problems. They said to bring it in and they would put it in the shop to be repaired. When I was able to get another vehicle to drive I dropped it off to be repaired. It took a little longer to get repaired than expected, but the fact that they stood by their word and repaired it is what is of most importance to me. I have the explorer back now, and everything is working great. I am giving Trucksmax a 4 star rating because they honored their promise to fix any minor problems on the vehicle within 30 days. My only advice to them would be to cheer up and smile :)

I purchases a mustang a couple years ago, the stickers said 07 in window. Price was on sale for 10k. When i was doing contract they tried to charge me 1k more than the advertised price, they also tried to charge me another 1k in random misc fees. Thank goodness i noticed the price hike and had them take it off the contract, but the other 1k misc fees they said were for tags, dmv, etc...however, when i looked over the contract there was already boxes with money allocated specifically for those purposes. Luckily the credit union that financed me was not happy about that, they removed the misc 1k fee off the contract prior to all the paperwork being processed at their bank and actually called the dealership in front of me to let them know that was unacceptable and they will not do further business if they continue unethical practices like that. Little did i know, when i went to pay my monthly payment and received all paperwork from DMV, my car was actually an 05!!!!!! Shady as mo foes!!!

In this lot I have acquired 3 cars mazda rx8,2010 honda civic and 2007 Toyota fj cruiser.There was never any problem with the 3 cars, I made very good choices and the owner Agustin helps a lot in the acquisition of the 100% recommended loans.

The worst thing that happened to me to buy a truck in this place I do not recommend it very kindly after you bought it, they never grab you, in case my truck came with gasoline parts and I bought a diesel truck, I could never get the Smok verification I have been spending 6 thousand dollars and they did not help me nor did they marry me they made fun of me they told me to do what I wanted but they are not Asian responsible they already sold it. catalyst of a gasoline car and parts that were not original from Ford

Truck Max and all its vendors are a ball of thieves. Especially one Gabriel. He stole my entre. I gave him $ 5,000 and when it rained the bank bil only appeared $ 500 between.Also the car they sold me had many failures. Do not go to this place! I hope he pays all he does to the poor people.
