Been making prints of my art for years. Was denied making prints of my pencil portraits for “copy right infringement” of images acquired through google. I hardly ever make money off of them and I use them for pencil studies for my students. So nice job for being a tool. I’ll just go somewhere else

My uncle purchased a HP printer from staples. Service here is really good. Especially the employee Chase helped me and my uncle a lot. Thank you buddy.

I recently purchased an Epson printer from the Manteca Staples. At the same time, I left 41 used ink cartridges with the salesperson. She explained that $2 is given for each used cartridge. When I didnt receive anything, I called and spoke with the manager of the store. If you are not a premier member, you can only get credit for 10. I want everyone to know the policy as they do not inform you nor is it posted.. I think, dishonestly, they take your cartridges knowing that you will not receive credit. I will no longer shop or trust Staples online or in person. There are better places to purchase office supplies.

Been in and out of here in the last few months, always met with friendly and attentive staff, wish I remembered more names, but most recently was helped by Jacob, shoutout to the homie Jacob.

Never in my life have I dealt with employees as lazy as the ones here at this Staples. I just wanted some images printed. Shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to get situated but an hour goes bye and I still not one picture was even attempted to get printed. All you hear is the employees dissing about the customers and the customers can hear it. All this happened at the printing section. Never going back

Came in today with a printing issue for some cards.Vicky greeting me and took care of all the issues. Will be back there staff rocks !

They make it easy to copy,scan,or print whatever you need.in and out service is great.

I only gave them a 3 Stars because the personnel there were very nice but theyre fax machine is not the best because you do not get a paper cover sheet you have to fill one out on their facts/copy machine and it leaves very little little space to put in your information and Memos. The fax cover sheets that are paper and you fill out with a pen are much better

Kind of slow printing department. Needs more than one associate there poor lady was swamped.

Never busy and always quiet. I can pretty much find whatever office supply I need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to use Self serve copy/print stations.

I love this place. There is a wide selection of supplies and the printing service is awesome unlike some people think it is. I had to get a bunch of flyers printed out but I was not gonna spend that much on ink they got it done, fast and easy.

Super helpful! Even though I had my ink cartridge with me I had no idea what I needed because it wasnt labeled. They found the right one and had me in and out quickly.

Staples has a great reputation, but the move to self service seems to benefit Staples in hiring less employees to presumably make more $. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth when 3 or 4 of us are waiting for assistance while the one employee is busy behind the counter. I will be looking for better service in another company

Printing services customer service was horrible. The two employees spent 10 minutes laughing and socializing before they could take time to tell me they couldnt make the 7 copies I needed because they were too busy. I was the only customer, and nothing was being printed. They were simply happy a giggly flirty moment with each other and didnt want to be bothered. I definitely miss office max here in Manteca, they were so much more focused on customer satisfaction.

Dulce and Candy are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and experienced. I always enjoy their friendly and professional service.

Sales person was very helpful. Did not have to look for someone to help. Very nice experience and I ended up with a very nice purchase.

Went to the Manteca staples this evening and I must say Im very disappointed I only wish I would have got the customer service the woman ahead of me got instead I left very upset and wishing I went somewhere else. I asked for help with making copies of my sons birthday invitations and the man wouldnt even come from behind counter to show me he made me feel stupid for even asking so I ended up with a bunch of copies that I cant even use. maybe if I was white like the lady in front of me I would have got what the help I needed

Worst Store Ever! I have hesitated in writing a review but feel this is the only way to get their attention. I have been shopping here for the past several years - not by choice but because it is the closest store to me. First of all, there are ALWAYS several employees in the store but not once, has anyone ever asked if I need assistance. I have to hunt someone down and I always feel as tho I am interrupting whatever they are doing. The most recent was this morning - my husband went in there needing11 x 17 paper and was told by staff that they were out of stock. Well I just went on their website and was told I could pick up in 1 hour - more than one brand available too! I have now been on hold over 10 minutes waiting for a customer service person to confirm that they do in fact have the paper - the store isnt that big so why is it taking so long to confirm? On a side note, I have shopped at the Riverbank Staples in the past and the employees there go out of their way asking if I need assistance. Not understanding who trains these people :/

I was always love buying there thumb drives over there. The store is sum what confusing always moving stuff around on me. I wanted to buy myself a cheap laptop chrome book computer from there it was not worth it but did not have any in stock at that point in time. So I had went over to target instead for that same exact make & model chrome book cheap laptop computer. I love there business chairs alot . :D

I turn to Tracy in the Print and Copy Center when I need to create custom marketing materials that look great but need to be produced overnight. Shes super helpful, as reliable as sunrise and a great resource for anyone who needs to make the right impression with printed signs or presentations.

Was trying to print some pages, and I had no idea what I was doing. Not even two minutes passed and someone came over and helped me without being asked! Very helpful!

I had a good experience with the sales tech Tina, she really was working her but off helping me, answering the phone and helping other customers. Unfortunately I feel they need more techs, this has been like buying a car...hours of waiting and going back and forth.

Customer service is poor, they never ask you if you need help or even try to make eye contact with you in the printing area. Their printing equipment is slow and always has issues. Fax machine is slow and doesnt work either.

Normally I have a pretty good experience here. But today was horrible. A supervisor told me this morning at 10 that there was no one to help me print out resume paper. You would think that since hes management he would know this type of job duty. He also told me that no one would be there to help until 2pm this afternoon. Apparently he got his employees mixed up. Later I found out there was an associate that started at 10. This supervisor or manager or whatever he is needs to get his act together. Stop giving poor customer service.

I have been to this location multiple times and have not been impressed by the level of professionalism from any of the staff, especially the GM. I expect to be helped if Im spending a couple hundred. There have been times I have ordered print, gotten notifications they were ready for pickup and not even complete.

Greeted promptly at the door and able to get immediate assistance - a nice experience!

I went there to buy a laptop and had to talk to the store manager whose name is Candie, whats funny is that the clerk who ended up helping me, is named Dolce which is also candy and before I got to the store I had just bought a Hersheys chocolate bar and when I got to the store I asked for Candie and the desk person directed me to the candy aisle
