Friendly staff members and willing to help you out. Took me a while to find the gun that I wanted and not only that, they even showed me options similar to what i want. I ended up up buying their best recomendation since the firearm that i really wanted was not CA compliant. Will definitely comeback to purchase my next firearm in near future.

Wow. These guys are great. Made a purchase despite the long drive since it was the best deal I could find anywhere. The distributor made an error that significantly delayed the delivery of my rifle, and they went above and beyond to make up for that. I was not upset, but they did it anyway. Everyone I encountered there was honest, professional, and tolerant of the newbie. Highly recommended.

Walked in and they were busy just like any other gun store these days. But within 10 minutes, a friendly staff member came over and was knowledgeable and ready to help me with my questions. I was able to get everything I needed to build my complete my AR at my budget. Couldnt ask for better friendly service.

When I went to Elite to look at hand-guns for the first time, I felt very insecure because of my inexperience and because I am female. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the staff to be kind and welcoming. Gene was very patient with me and was a good teacher. Ok, my initial experience with Elite was somewhat awkward on the phone. I, not having experience with exercising my Second Amendment, did not know what questions to ask, the few stupid questions were indeed answered in a professional manner. So I decided to purchase various items over the web (using the Elite Arms & Supply site) and the experience was even better going in person to the store as the follow up to becoming a new gun/rifle owner...To make a long story short, I have to say Thanks Guys for helping me out and making me feel welcomed through all steps leading to exercising my rights...

Horrible customer service. My wife tried to buy a couple of rifles online and had the purchase blocked by the manager. Said the gun was illegal in CA. Also said he was charging her a restock fee. How is that if it was never processed? Any ways tried to talk to the manager and have him explain and he treated us as if we were stupid. He said the Web site explained their policy on ca. Gun purchases and here was no way this gun was legal. Funny thing is my wife bought the same gun in Stockton and it was perfectly legal. These guys use a national gun site as there personal site in order to take advantage of the restocking fee. What a rip off and still refuses to refund my purchase for a week. Stay away from here.

I recently bough 4 guns from them and i live in sac, Mark and Rob made transaction soooo easy! we had a couple of hitches(being that i got guns shipped here) but they solved everything with ease! I am a new but will be a long time loyal customer from now on!

These guys are friendly and intelligent. Prices are firm and you cant talk them into throwing in anything into a deal. If you want a deal go to a mom and pop gun store. I was going to buy an AK from these guys but called another store and they offered a buy today price for $200 less.

The others leaving bad reviews havnt been to this store, they lie, or work for the competition. Of the 5 local gun stores, these guys are by FAR the best store. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Always friendly and super helpful. I have had bad customer service at the the other local stores, and I work Retail, so i know what customer service means. Elite is my go to store and I am a Loyal Customer. These Guys Rock.

Elite arms is by far the best gun store in the valley. I dont even live in manteca but i will make the drive out there just to give them my business. They have great relationships with their distributers so their prices are FAR lower than any other gun store. Even with bass pro just being a mile down the road, Elite Arms is by far more affordable and incredibly more helpful. Whenever you walk into the store there are always several of knowledgeable employees that are incredibly friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile. They have several guys who specialize in different areas of shooting so if one employee cant answer your question, theyll steer you to one of the other employees who would be more helpful. Ive been to other gun stores around the valley and have been treated rudely when i didnt know as much as they did. I can not recommend this store enough. I will only do business with them.

Okay prices, but I would rather pay the extra for some service!! Man who eventually helped us, after another customer told them we were there first, was rude and dismissive, and when I asked to see a different gun moved on to another customer. Their loss.

I used to buy my firearms to this place until someone told me to check out Alquist Firearms in Turlock. Alquist, in general, is 10% to 20% cheaper than Elite Arms and Supply. I dont mind buying from Elite Arms if they could much the price listings of other dealers.

I had a great time picking out the right handgun. The staff was very help full and understanding. Being fairly new to hand guns and the sport of target shooting, the guys at elite let me hold many guns till I found the one right for me. At the time I decided what glock I wanted, I already knew how to take it apart and what a safe action trigger was. lol.... AllnAll the service was great, the price was greater (lowest price around). But MOST IMPORTANT I felt like i could go back to the store and buy ammo, and have the staff remember me and what gun i bought. Give me advice on shooting tips, types of ammo, gun lingo and legal advice. lol**** Heads up, if you go into the gun store, talking about how you have a full auto ak!! 100 round clip!! 50 bmg that and this!!! Buddy with illegal blah blah blah.. and all that other b.s. talk.... Just know ( robert one of the store owners/salesmen) will listen to you with a smile. But then will have a pretty epic comeback/good advice after your story. He is pretty straight forward (with or without sugar coating) and a good person to talk too when it comes to gun law questions & finding badass guns that are CA legal and hard to find/get.

Called regarding a .22lr AR and when I started asking questions the guy wasnt familiar with the weapon and didnt know how to answer so he told me this particular weapon was illegal in CA but when I told him that two of my friends purchased the same rifle few month ago at another gun dealer, he didnt know what to say and hang-up on me without saying a word now, thats what I call an ASS!....Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity
